    WHAT ARE SPIRITUALEXERCISES?

    The main purpose of spiritual exercises is tocreate a sacred space inside of the seeker, todevelop and enhance his psychic connection with the inner planes. These connections are built to facilitate the creation of personalrituals which are necessary preliminary steps to unfold spiritual initiations.

    Spiritual exercises are useful tools that givethe seeker the ability to create a spiritual

    practice, through a mystical system of self-training of our emotions, feelings, thoughtsand intentions.

    WHY PRACTICE SPIRITUALEXERCISES?

    Spiritual exercises are necessary practicesto improve our capabilities asmultidimensional light beings to receive, to

    process, to assimilate and to emanate Light.Similar to physical exercise, where oneneeds to put into practice a regime tostrengthen their physical muscles, spiritualexercises are designed to improve the extra-physical capabilities of your outer bodies.

    Spiritual exercises are also designed to feedthe needs of your soul, which willundoubtedly strengthen the connection between the Lower Self, or Ego-personality,

    and the Higher Self, or Oversoul. Thisconnection is part of the building of our Antahkarana, a necessary step to build our

    Rainbow Path back home.

    HOW TO USE THESPIRITUAL EXERCISES

    These are some recommendations that can be easily used to help you to accompany theprogression of your spiritual exercises andto monitor the best your internal dynamics.Note that these are just general suggestionsthat can be adapted to your own pace andlifestyle.

    1. Reserve time to practice. Makea point to allocate some peacefulperiod of time away from the

    computer and other demands of your daily life to do the SE (spiritualexercises). Even if this is only 5minutes to start with, make surethat at this time, you are in auniverse of your own, un-invaded by outer turmoil.

    2. Get ready. Make yourself comfortable, in a straight-up sittingposition, with spine erect andmuscles relaxed. Close your eyesand breathe deeply and slowly a few times. You can also practice somePranayama exercises that will

    benefit greatly your energetic level,and harmonize your Vortexes.

    Reserve at least 2 to 3 minutes forthis phase. We also suggestrecording the instructions for someexercises on blank tape cassettes, CDor MP3 to play back during yourpractices. This way, you can work

    with them repeatedly and listen tothem without interruption.

    3. Persevere. Initially, pick one ormore exercises at the time and

    practice them for at least for amonth. Occasionally, you may notnotice a result right away, but that

    does not mean that the exercise isnot working. There are quite oftenmany layers and sheaths of resistance that have to be peeled before one can perceive the benefitsof any spiritual exercise. Even if youdo not, notice immediate results,remember that just like withphysical exercise, repetition of theexercise multiplies its power.

    4. Bond with the practice. After you have performed a Spiritualexercise, it will keep working silently for you and in you, layer after layer,not only through your physical body but outer bodies and Auric field. Weexist in different dimensions and arespiritual beings having a humanexperience. Never forget that. If youdesire to intensify this experience,remind yourself of the experience,during other routine activities,invoking the energies and anchoringtheir Light in every aspect of yourdaily life. Bring the reality of yourspiritual life to the now of your daily life.

    5. Practice silence. The practice of silence is a powerful instrument tocalm your chattering thoughts, and

    it will start a commanding processof education of the lower mind.Reserve at least a couple of minutesa day to do so. Do not take this timeto listen to the TV, or work on thecomputer, neither to read a book.Practice silence when you are

    reflecting during a walk throughnature, for instance. Also, keep inmind that giving out your insights

    impulsively to people who may notunderstand them, or even grasp theconcepts of spiritual exercises,frequently dissipates thepsychological energy you have builtup during your practices.

    6. Take note of your progress andimpressions. We highly recommend you to keep a notebook and take note of your impressions,

    visions and dreams. Most of the work you are doing throughspiritual exercises are reflection of

    your inner planes, and they tend tomanifest through images andarchetypes. It is important to takenote, even if they seem initially tonot make much sense, so you caninvestigate them further later, asthese images tend to vanish from

    your head as soon as your logicalmind takes back the driver s seat.

    Do this daily. Write about yourinsights, your impressions, yourfeelings and difficulties.
