1. 100% of teachers will use formative (CSUSA Benchmarks, Teacher created, Weekly Skills Assessments, etc ) and summative (CSUSA Benchmarks, FARE, DRA, DAR, FCAT, SAT-10, End of Course exams, SAT, ACT and AP Exams) assessments to provide timely and specific feedback and drive instruction on a continuous basis .

2. 100% of students obtaining level “4” will maintain or increase to a level “5” on the FCAT.

3. 100% of seniors who are continuously enrolled during their senior year will graduate.

4. 100% of students will set and achieve their personal learning goals

5. 100% of students will meet or exceed proficiency on state specific accountability assessments.

100% of teachers will implement the CSUSA Educational Model through meeting the following goals:

• 100% implementation of GVC• 100% of teachers will use the SIS lesson planning tools to implement

the instructional design questions articulated in the Art and Science of Teaching

• 100% of teacher will use effective instructional techniques as outlined by Marzano within The Art & Science of Teaching and noted on the CSUSA walk-thru form

• 100% of our instructional staff will provide academic opportunities to meet individual needs of all students.

• 100% of schools will participate in STRIVE activities/programs and ensure evidence is visible (bulletin boards and STRIVE heroes)
