The main door is engineered with a sufficient thickness to hold good-quality hinges, lock and handle, and security eye. Other bedroom

doors and toilet doors are engineered doors with good quality hinges,

locks and handles. The living, dining room and balcony have glazed

french UPVC windows and glazed door cum windows. The balcony and

utility doors are UPVC with sliding shutters.

Windows are UPVC with glazed sliding / hinged windows with mosquito

mesh.

Ventilators are UPVC with glazed louvers / hinged and a provision for an

exhaust fan.

Master bedroom toilet has a bathtub and a granite / marble counter wash

basin (good quality vitreous pastel-coloured ceramic ware), a bottle trap

along with Jaquar premium quality or equivalent CP fittings and a good

quality vitreous pastel-coloured wall mounted EWC. The EWC includes a

seat cover, a flush valve (button type) and a health faucet. The other

bedrooms' attached toilet and the guest toilet have a shower area with a

ledge and Jaquar premium quality or equivalent CP fittings, a good

quality vitreous pastel-coloured wall mounted EWC and a wash basin

Stainless-steel sink (double bowl single drain) with a hot and cold water

sink mixer of Jaquar premium quality or equivalent. The kitchen counter

top is made of highly polished bull-nosed granite. A water outlet

The best quality cables / wiring through PVC conduits concealed in walls

and ceilings. Light points, fan or exhaust points, power points, call bell

point, telephone points and TV points. Two AC points are available in

master and guest bedrooms. The electric room will have panel boards,

meters, etc. as per KPTCL norms. 2 bedroom apartments will have

5000 W KPTCL power supply and 3 bedroom apartments will have

7000 W KPTCL power supply.

There is one outlet for TV and one for telephone in the living area and in all

bedrooms. There is also a provision for cable TV connection. There is

one internet point in each bedroom.

Hi-speed automatic lifts with Stainless-steel honey-comb matt and

mirror-finish car cabins with an intercom facility connected to the

security cabin.

Back-up for common area lighting, pumps and lifts. 2000 W back-up is

available for 2 bedroom apartments and 3000 W for 3 bedroom

apartments.

Intra-communication facility provided from security to each apartment,

and amongst apartments within the complex.

The ground floor main entrance lobby has highly polished granite. The

living area, passages leading to bedrooms, living and dining balcony,

dining area, bedroom attached balconies, kitchen and utility area are

provided with vitrified tiles. Toilets are provided with anti-skid / matt

ceramic designer tiles.

All interior wall faces and ceilings are plastered, smoothly finished and

painted with oil bound distemper. The dado over kitchen counter is of

rectified / vitrified tiles up to 60 cm [2’0”] ht. Toilets walls are of coloured

glazed designer tiles from the floor up to ceiling level, finished with

designer border. Exterior fascia of the building is plastered and painted

with acrylic based paint and textured surfaces in selective places, as per

the architect’s design to give an elegant look.

RCC framed structure. Parking in lower basement, upper basement and

ground floor. The apartments extend from the first floor to the fourteenth

floor. Staircases and lifts in each block connect from the basement to all

levels.
