1 THE PEPPEY DANCE OF FEAR & LOVE What’s your intention? What light your passion? I believe we are all born with a sacred beauty, an altruistic intention to care for others, and a voice we may hear when we are silent. But, for each year as we grow up, we are influenced by family and people around us. And furthermore, whether we like it or not, we absorb, voices from the environment we live in. In this development of our growth, with rules and regulations from the society with even more with guidelines from parents and teachers, we slowly learn the concept of fear. “Don´t do that, do not say that, don´t go there. That’s wrong. He is bad. She is evil. They are stupid. You can do better. Why didn´t you go all the way? Why didn’t you get better grades?” The list and guide of what you learn, what to do and not to do is long. A lot of it is driven by fear. Fear of not doing the right thing. Not being good enough. Not following the rules. Fear of hurting others. Fear of not being seen. Fear of not being loved. On this journey it becomes easy to loose some of your core values and your inner voice. At times these voices can be louder than your own voice, hence, you may loose contact with it. However, you will not loose it. It is always there, deep inside.

THE PEPPEY DANCE OF FEAR & LOVE

What’s your intention? What light your passion?

I believe we are all born with a sacred beauty, an altruistic

intention to care for others, and a voice we may hear when we

are silent. But, for each year as we grow up, we are influenced by

family and people around us. And furthermore, whether we like it

or not, we absorb, voices from the environment we live in.

In this development of our growth, with rules and regulations

from the society with even more with guidelines from parents

and teachers, we slowly learn the concept of fear.

“Don´t do that, do not say that, don´t go there. That’s wrong. He is

bad. She is evil. They are stupid. You can do better. Why didn´t

you go all the way? Why didn’t you get better grades?”

The list and guide of what you learn, what to do and not to do is

long. A lot of it is driven by fear.

Fear of not doing the right thing. Not being good enough. Not

following the rules. Fear of hurting others. Fear of not being seen.

Fear of not being loved.

On this journey it becomes easy to loose some of your core

values and your inner voice. At times these voices can be louder

than your own voice, hence, you may loose contact with it.

However, you will not loose it. It is always there, deep inside.

It is vital to hold on to this core, because it is here you can find

your inner values, inner guide, and your true self. It is your

universe. It is your backbone, which supports by taking care of

this valuable asset you will nurture your love to yourself. The loss

of this perspective, will weaken your self- esteem, love and your

whole being.

This spinal cord of love is necessary in order to love your peers,

your neighbours , your friends, your beloved, and nature.

Creating yourself with love, will be the base of creating others

with love. Imagine you are love. And that you are here to spread

love. Imagine the difference we would make.

Many conflicts or despairs, originates from a loss of self-respect,

self-worth, shame or guilt, and of course very little love for

oneself. Be aware, it usually starts with you, not the another

person.

Therefore, if you can think: “I love myself. I am doing the right

thing. I believe in this. I can make a difference.” Then, you are

creating yourself with love. And, then you are creating others

with love. With this attitude, magic will happen, values will be

created in all dimensions, and you are seeding the soil with an

invaluable fertilizer.

When you think about it, there are no other way to go forward.

I love myself. I love my life. I love you. I love your life. I love this

world. Thank you for being part of it. Now, let’s create shared

value.

With this love, with this belief, you will be able to climb up the

mountains you didn´t think were possible to climb. This has

nothing to do with religion, or believing you can move mountains.

It is about you, with your own self-love, your strength, your inner

voice, who has the power which is beyond your imagination. You

may or may not have experienced some challenging situations

where such strength was demanded from you, challenges like

this will arise in different phases of life. It is up to you to connect

and use this power when you need it.

If you love your self, you may love your Mentee/Mentor. And,

then you will have a relationship, a Peppy dance, infused with

Fun and Love. The fruit of this attitude will be incomparable.
