When EMD has to be paid….

Authoriser logs into mahatenders.gov website by keying ID/Password pertaining to this website.

He inputs required data in mahatenders.gov website. For making the payment , he will be directed to onlineSBI website.

Authoriser enters ID/Password in onlineSBI and selects the account and makes payment (maker-checker will not be applicable for merchants /limits setup for MPAT)
