SPORT MENS GOLF Last Saturday the men played for the TM Hinkley memorial trophy. There were 10 in the field in windy conditions. Once again scores weren’t terrific across the board which seems to be a common theme this season. But there were 2 or 3 good ones with the winner being Shaun Simpson 37 pts, runner up Keith Johnson 35 pts. This week is monthly mug par which is always a fun day. Hope to see a few there. LADIES GOLF We had perfect conditions for our Monthly Mug yesterday. Winner was Sharon Richards 37 pts, runner up was our multi talented Treasurer Janine Anderson 33 pts. Novelties were shared around with J. Bloom, B. Bond, A. Johnson and

Shauna Stone. Next week is Bisque Par. QUAIRADING BOWLING CLUB Country enhancement coaching will be held at Dowerin on the 26 and 27 September. A handful are having a kick with the Corrigin Tigers (and have collected a few awards!). So if you’re missing watching country footy head over to Corrigin for a watch. Upcoming games are: Saturday 15 August, Corrigin vs Narembeen in Corrigin. Saturday 22 August, Hyden/Karlgarin vs Corrigin (away). Saturday 29 August, Corrigin vs Narembeen in Corrigin.
