For over 30 years, we have been successfully designing,
developing and managing shopping centres and mixed-use projects
across four different continents. Our extensive experience and highly
specialised knowledge means we are uniquely positioned to be able

Our work with international investors leads us to create innovative investment vehicles, with the main goal of offering our investors dividends and capital appreciation through investments in high quality real estate properties. The management of each fund follows the same success formula and involves Sonae Sierra retaining part ownership and managing the real estate assets for the duration of the investment, generating the possibility of maintaining the partnerships with the tenants and co-owners of each asset, thus increasing the value of the portfolio.
Our pro-active property management services are designed to maximise shopping centre visits, tenant sales, high occupancy and high collection rates.
