All winners must produce a valid identification in order to be paid. In addition, a Social Security card/number is required for net winnings of more than $5,000. Management reserves the right to cancel, or make revisions to daily tournament schedules, rules, and structures at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. Penalties may be imposed to anyone found not in compliance with Orleans general rules, tournament rules, and/or inappropriate behavior. If the issuance of penalties does not provide corrective action, an individual may be subject to disqualification at the discretion of the Tournament Floor Person. A disqualified patron will forfeit all monies he/she has contributed to the prize pool, as well as rights to any portion of the prize pool. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s Management in a manner that is fair to all parties.
