2 3 Qualifying begins July 1st, 2013 THE ORLEANS POKER ROOM’S • Qualify with a minimum 30 hours of “live” rated Omaha play from 12:01 a.m. on July 1st 2013, through 11:59 p.m. on July 31st 2013, in the Orleans Poker room. • Free roll tournament will be held on Tuesday, August 13th 2013, at 11:00 a.m. in the Orleans poker room. • Players must have an Orleans B Connected rewards card in order to participate, and are responsible for ensuring they are logged in when playing in any “live” Omaha cash game. • Must be at least 21 years of age to participate. • Orleans poker room employees are not eligible. • Qualified players must sign up for a session beginning on Thursday, August 1st, 2013. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the tournament. • Seating assignments will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13th 2013. Registration and seating will close at the end of the first break (12:30pm). • Tournament will be Limit Omaha Hi Lo 8 or better. All levels will be 20 minutes. • Starting chip amounts are as follows: 30 – 44 hours = $3,000 chips, 45 – 59 hours = $4,000 chips, 60 hours or more = $6,000 chips. • An optional $10 bonus card is available, and will entitle players to an additional $2,000 in starting chips. The bonus card monies will go directly to the tournament dealers and tournament staff. • Payout structure as follows: 1st Place - $ 2,500 6th – 10th Place - $ 500 ea. 2nd Place - $ 1,750 11th – 20th Place - $ 300 ea. 3rd Place - $ 1,500 21st – 30TH Place - $ 150 ea. 4th Place - $ 1,250 5th Place - $ 1,000 • Winnings of $600 or more are taxable, and require a valid I.D. and social security card prior to payment. A form 1099 will be issued for winnings of $600 or more. • Management reserves the right to cancel and/or make amendments to this promotion at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. • Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s management in a timely manner that is fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied with management’s decision, he/she may exercise their rights under NRS. 463.362 et eq., and request the Nevada Gaming Control Board to review the matter. 3 2
