Открытое совместное заявление

Уважаемый господин президент Германии Кристиан Вульф!

Нами были отправлены Вам наши заявления (на номер - 030 20001999, указанный на Вашем сайте):

факсом - 06.12.2010г., 13.02.2011г., обычной почтой – 13.12.2010г.. Эти заявления и многие

документы, которые прилагаются к ним, были отправлены электронной почтой на адреса,

указанные на Вашем сайте.

Вышеуказанные заявления были посланы и адресованы лично Вам (в числе других) для

рассмотрения и принятия Вами срочных мер, ввиду критической, экстренной ситуации в связи с

многочисленными вопиющими нарушениями прав человека, внутренних законов и международных

стандартов (прежде всего) властями Германии.

Однако до сих пор от Вас никакого ответа на эти наши заявления почему-то не поступило. Так же

нет ответа и от Ангелы Меркель, на заявления, посланные ей факсом (25.01.2011г.) и электронной

почтой.

Поэтому мы вынуждены обратиться к Вам,господин Кристиан Вульф, повторно:

1. просим Вас всѐ же рассмотреть наши заявления и принять по ним немедленные меры ввиду

усугубления ситуации из-за бездействия – Вашего и других компетентных инстанций и т.д..

2. просим Вас ответить на все вопросы всех наших заявлений.

3. просим Вас сообщить причины: задержки ответа на наши заявления и непринятия мер.

Напоминаем Вам, что задержка Вами выдачи ответов затягивает доступ к правосудию,

восстановление нарушенных прав (и т.д. и т. п.) Ирине Викхольм; и так же негативно сказывается

на судьбах других лиц, указанных выше.

Dear Mr. Christian Woolf!

By us have been sent for You by faxour statements (on the tel. number - 030 20001999, specified in Your

site): by fax - 06.12.2010, 13.02.2011; by Post – 13.12.2010. These statements and many documents

which are enclosed to them have been sent by e-mail on the addresses, specified on your site.

The above-mentioned statements have been sent and addressed to You personally (among others) in view

of a critical, emergency situation because of numerous flagrant violations of human rights, of internal

laws and of the international standards by the authorities of Germany (above all) and by other.

However, for some reason we has not receive from You any answer to these our statements till now. Also

till now is no answer from Angela Merkel on the statements, that was sent to her by fax (25.01.2011г.)

and by e-mail.

We ask You personally, Mr.Christian Woolf:

1. yet consider our application and to take the necessary immediate measures in view of the

worseningsituation because of the inaction - of Your and of other competent organizations.

2. to answer all the questions of above-mentioned statements.

3. to inform us about the reasons of non-granting answers to our statements and about the reasons of

failure to take measures by You. We remind You, that Your not-granting of answers detain access to

justice, to restoration of the violated rights (etc.) for Irina Wickholm; and also negatively affects the lives

of others people, mentioned above.

In connection with persecution by Russia's "authorities", we ask You to send Your answers to our
