The following are applications for operating licences under the Truck Transportation Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter T.22, and/or the Motor VehicleTransport Act, 1987, Chapter 35. The applicants have met the fitness requirements pursuant to Section 6 of the Truck Transportation Act and/orSection 8(2) of the Motor Vehicle Transport Act, 1987 and the provincial transport board and/or the Registrar of Motor Vehicles proposes to isslicences if no written objection is served on the applicant and filed with the Registrar of Motor Vehicles, within thirty days of this publication.

PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRANTS

PART 1 DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1.1 Definitions - In this Rule

“Branch Compliance Officer Course” means the courseprepared and conducted by the Institute of Canadian Bankersand so named on the effective date and every successor to thatcourse that does not materially narrow the content of the signif-icant subject matter of the course;

“Branch Managers Course” means the course prepared andconducted by the Canadian Securities Institute and so namedon the effective date, every predecessor to that course and everysuccessor to that course that does not materially narrow thecontent of the significant subject matter of the course;

“Canadian Investment Funds Course” means the courseprepared and conducted by the Education Division of TheInvestment Funds Institute of Canada and so named on theeffective date, every predecessor to that course and everysuccessor to that course that does not materially narrow thecontent of the significant subject matter of the course;

“Canadian Investment Manager Program” means the programprepared and conducted by the Canadian Securities Instituteand so named on the effective date, every predecessor to thatprogram and every successor to that program that does notmaterially narrow the content of the significant subject matterof the program;

“Canadian Securities Course” means the course prepared andconducted by the Canadian Securities Institute and so namedon the effective date, every predecessor to that course and everysuccessor to that course that does not materially narrow thecontent of the significant subject matter of the course;

“Chartered Financial Analyst Examination Program” meansthe program prepared and conducted by the Association forInvestment Management and Research and so named on theeffective date, every predecessor to that program and everysuccessor to that program that does not materially narrow thecontent of the significant subject matter of the program;

“Conduct and Practices Course” means the course prepared andconducted by the Canadian Securities Institute and so namedon the effective date, every predecessor to that course and everysuccessor to that course that does not materially narrow thecontent of the significant subject matter of the course;

“effective date” means the date on which this Rule comes intoforce;

“Investment Funds in Canada Course” means the courseprepared and conducted by the Institute of Canadian Bankersand so named on the effective date, every predecessor to thatcourse and every successor to that course that does not materi-ally narrow the content of the significant subject matter of thecourse;

“LSIF course” means a course designated by the Commissionas a labour sponsored investment funds course that providesinstruction about labour sponsored investment funds and theirsecurities that is relevant to a person engaged in trading in thesecurities of labour sponsored investment funds;

“Mutual Fund Branch Managers Course” means the courseprepared and conducted by the Education Division of TheInvestment Funds Institute of Canada and named the "BranchManagers Course" on the effective date, every predecessor tothat course and every successor to that course that does not

materially narrow the content of the significant subject mattof the course;

“Mutual Fund Officers, Partners and Directors Course” meathe course prepared and conducted by the Education Divisof The Investment Funds Institute of Canada and named “Officers, Partners and Directors Course” on the effective daevery predecessor to that course and every successor tocourse that does not materially narrow the content of the sigicant subject matter of the course;

“New Entrants Examination” means an examination preparand conducted by the Canadian Securities Institute for nentrants to the securities industry and so named on the effecdate, every predecessor to that examination and every succeto that examination that does not materially narrow the contof the significant subject matter of the examination;

“Options Supervisors Course” means the course prepared conducted to the Canadian Securities Institute and so namethe effective date, every predecessor to that course and esuccessor to that course that does not materially narrow content of the significant subject matter of the course;

“Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Qualifying Examintion” means the examination prepared and conducted by Canadian Securities Institute and so named on the effecdate, every predecessor to that examination and every succeto that examination that does not materially narrow the contof the significant subject matter of the examination;

“Professional Financial Planning Course” means the couprepared and conducted by the Canadian Securities Instiand so named on the effective date and every predecessothat course and every successor to that course that doesmaterially narrow the content of the significant subject mattof the course;

“restricted representative” means a salesperson of a broinvestment dealer or securities dealer whose registrationrestricted to

(a) the sale of mutual fund securities, or

(b) accepting unsolicited trade orders from clients provideno advice is provided to clients on the trade order;

“scholarship plan dealers course” means a course designatethe Commission as a scholarship plan dealers course provides instruction about scholarship plans and their securithat is relevant to a person engaged in trading in the securiof scholarship plans; and

“U.S. Series 7 Examination” means the examination prepaand conducted by securities regulators in the United StatesAmerica and so named on the effective date and every precessor to that examination and every successor to that examtion that does not materially narrow the content of thsignificant subject matter of the examination.

1.2 Time Limits on Completion of Courses and Previous Registrations

(1) For the purposes of satisfying Parts 2 and 3, excsubsection 2.1(2), an applicant for registration or reistatement of registration must have completed a specifcourse or examination not more than three years befthe date of the applicant’s application for registration reinstatement of registration, or have been previousregistered in the relevant category at any time during tthree-year period immediately before the date of thapplicant's application for registration or reinstatement registration.

completes, within the three-year period referred to insubsection (1), a specified course or examination forwhich another specified course or examination is aprerequisite, the specified course or examination that isthe prerequisite need not have been completed during thethree-year period.

PART 2 PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR DEALERS

2.1 Salespersons of Brokers, Investment Dealers and Securities Dealers

(1) Except as provided in Ontario securities law, an indi-vidual shall not be granted registration as a salesperson ofa broker, investment dealer or securities dealer unless theindividual has

(a) been granted registration previously as a sales-person, partner or officer of a broker or investmentdealer, other than as a restricted representative, oras a broker or investment dealer;

(b) been granted registration after the effective date asa salesperson, partner or officer of a securitiesdealer, other than as a restricted representative, oras a securities dealer;

(c) completed each of

(i) the Canadian Securities Course, and

(ii) the Conduct and Practices Course or the Part-ners, Directors and Senior Officers QualifyingExamination; or

(d) been granted registration as such by his or her prin-cipal regulator, as that term is defined in NationalInstrument 31-101 Mutual Reliance ReviewSystem for Registration, and that registration hasnot been suspended or terminated.

(2) A registration as a salesperson of a broker, investmentdealer or securities dealer granted after the effective dateis suspended on the last day of the thirtieth month afterthe date the registration was granted, despite anyrenewals in the interim, unless the salesperson has

(a) completed the Professional Financial PlanningCourse or the first course of the Canadian Invest-ment Management Program before the registrationwas granted; or

(b) before the end of the thirty-month period

(i) completed the Professional Financial Plan-ning Course or the first course of the Cana-dian Investment Management Program, and

(ii) delivered a notice to the Director disclosingthe completion of the proficiency in the formrequired by Ontario securities law for changesto registration information.

(3) Despite subsection (1), an individual that does not meetthe requirements for registration set out in that subsectionmay be granted registration as a salesperson of a broker,investment dealer or securities dealer if

(a) the registration is restricted to the sale of mutualfund securities;

(b) the individual has

(i) been granted registration previously as asalesperson, partner or officer of a mutual

fund dealer or as a mutual fund dealer, or

(ii) completed any one of the Canadian SecuritieCourse, the Canadian Investment FundCourse or the Investment Funds in CanadCourse; and

(c) at the date the registration for the individual igranted, the broker, investment dealer or securitidealer that is sponsoring the application has regtered with it not more than the lesser of

(i) 100 restricted representatives whose registrtion is restricted to the sale of mutual fundsand

(ii) that number of restricted representativewhose registration is restricted to the sale omutual funds equal to 5% of the total numbeof representatives registered with the brokeinvestment dealer or securities dealer.

(4) Subsection (2) does not apply to a restricted representive.

(5) Despite subsection (2), a registration as a salespersonbroker, investment dealer or securities dealer that warestricted registration is suspended on the last day of thirtieth month after the date that the restrictions on tregistration were removed, despite any renewals in tinterim, unless the salesperson has met the requiremeof paragraph 2(b).

(6) The registration of an individual as a salesperson unsubsection (3) expires on the date that is 270 days athe date that registration was granted, despite arenewals in the interim, unless the salesperson hcompleted each of

(a) the Canadian Securities Course; and

(b) the Conduct and Practices Course or the PartnDirectors and Senior Officers Qualifying Examination.

2.2 Salespersons of Mutual Fund Dealers - An individual shallnot be granted registration as a salesperson of a mutual fdealer unless the individual has

(a) been granted registration previously as a salesperspartner or officer of a broker, investment dealer, secuties dealer or mutual fund dealer or as a broker, invement dealer, securities dealer or mutual fund dealer; or

(b) completed any one of the Canadian Securities Course,Canadian Investment Funds Course or the InvestmFunds in Canada Course.

2.3 Salespersons of Scholarship Plan Dealers - An individualshall not be granted registration as a salesperson of a schship plan dealer unless the individual has

(a) been granted registration previously as a salesperson scholarship plan dealer; or

(b) completed a scholarship plan dealers course.

2.4 Brokers, Investment Dealers, Securities Dealers and their Partners, Officers, Branch Managers and Compliance Officers

(3) Despite paragraph (2)(c), an individual that is designatedas branch manager on the effective date may continue tobe so designated until the last day of the thirtieth monthafter the effective date without successfully completingthe Canadian Securities Course or the Branch ManagersCourse.

(4) Despite paragraph (2)(c)(ii), an individual that is desig-nated as branch manager on the effective date maycontinue to be so designated without successfullycompleting the Options Supervisors Course.

2.5 Mutual Fund Dealers and their Partners, Officers, Branch Managers and Compliance Officers

(1) An individual shall not be granted registration as amutual fund dealer or as a partner or officer of a mutualfund dealer or designated as the compliance officer undersection 1.3 of Rule 31-505 Conditions of Registration bya mutual fund dealer unless the individual has

(a) been granted registration previously as a partner orofficer of a broker, investment dealer, securitiesdealer or mutual fund dealer or as a broker, invest-ment dealer, securities dealer or mutual funddealer; or

(1) A mutual fund dealer shall not trade in the securities olabour sponsored investment fund unless

(a) the trade is made through one of its registersalespersons, partners or officers who satisfies tproficiency requirements in subsection (2);

(b) the mutual fund dealer has delivered a notice to tDirector stating the names of each of its registeresalespersons, partners and officers who will btrading in the securities of a labour sponsoreinvestment fund and the date on which the appcable course referred to in subsection (2) wacompleted by each individual; and

(c) within ninety days after the mutual fund dealerfinancial year end, the mutual fund dealer delivea notice to the Director stating the names of eachits registered salespersons, partners and officewho will be trading in the securities of a labousponsored investment fund and the date on whithe applicable course was completed by each invidual.

(2) A registered salesperson, partner or officer of a mutufund dealer shall not trade in the securities of a labosponsored investment fund on behalf of a mutual fudealer unless the salesperson, partner or officer hcompleted

(a) an LSIF course;

(b) the Canadian Securities Course on or after Octob25, 1993; or

(c) the Canadian Securities Course before October 1993 and has been registered and employed aregistrant at any time during the three year perioimmediately before the trade.

2.7 New Entrants Equivalency - In this Part, an individual maymeet a requirement to complete the Canadian Securities Courseor the Conduct and Practices Course by completion of the NewEntrants Examination and the U.S. Series 7 Examination.

PART 3 PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVISERS

3.1 Securities Advisers and their Representatives, Partners, Officers, Branch Managers and Compliance Officers

(1) An individual shall not be granted registration as a securi-ties adviser or a representative, partner or officer of asecurities adviser unless

(a) the individual has been granted registration previ-ously as a representative, partner or officer or anassociate partner or associate officer of a securitiesadviser, investment counsel or portfolio manager oras a securities adviser, investment counsel or port-folio manager;

(b) the individual has

(i) completed the Canadian Investment ManagerProgram or the first year of the CanadianFinancial Analyst Examination Program, and

(ii) established that the individual performedresearch involving the financial analysis ofinvestments for at least two years under thesupervision of a registered adviser; or

(c) the individual has been granted registration as suchby his or her principal regulator, as that term isdefined in National Instrument 31-101 MutualReliance Review System for Registration, and thatregistration has not been suspended or terminated.

(2) An individual shall not be designated by a securitiesadviser as the compliance officer under section 1.3 ofRule 31-505 Conditions of Registration or as a branchmanager under section 1.4 of Rule 31-505 Conditions ofRegistration unless the individual has been granted regis-tration previously as a representative, partner or officer ofa securities adviser, investment counsel or portfoliomanager.

3.2 Investment Counsel and Portfolio Managers and their Representatives, Partners, Officers, Branch Managers and Compliance Officers

(1) An individual shall not be granted registration as aninvestment counsel or portfolio manager or as a represen-tative, partner or officer of an investment counsel or port-folio manager unless the individual

(a) has been granted registration previously as a repre-sentative, partner or officer of an investmentcounsel or portfolio manager or as an investmentcounsel or portfolio manager, other than in relianceon section 3.3 or under a registration subject toterms and conditions requiring the individual'sadvising activities to be supervised;

(b) has

(i) completed either

(A) the Canadian Investment ManagerProgram and the first year of the Char-tered Financial Analysts ExaminationProgram; or

(B) the Chartered Financial Analyst Exami-nation Program, and

(ii) established that the individual has beeemployed for five years performing researcinvolving the financial analysis of invest-ments, and that three of the five years havbeen under the supervision of a registereadviser having the responsibility on a discretionary basis for the management or supervsion of investment portfolios having anaggregate value of not less than $5,000,000;

(c) has established that

(i) the individual has

(A) had three years experience as an assciate representative, associate partner associate officer of an investmencounsel or portfolio manager;

(B) had three years experience as a regitered salesperson of a broker, invesment dealer or securities dealer and twyears experience as an associate repsentative, associate partner or associaofficer of an investment counsel or portfolio manager;

(C) had three years experience as a reseaanalyst for a broker or investment dealeand two years experience as an associarepresentative, associate partner or assciate officer of an investment counsel oportfolio manger; or

(D) been responsible for the management supervision of investment portfolios ona discretionary basis having an aggregate value of not less than $5,000,00for a period of five years whileemployed by a Canadian financial institution or a pension fund; and

(ii) the individual has, at the time of applicationfor registration, and has had for a period oone year prior to the time of applicationunder his or her direct administration on discretionary basis investment portfolioshaving an aggregate value of not less tha$5,000,000; or

(d) has been granted registration as such by his or principal regulator, as that term is defined inNational Instrument 31-101 Mutual RelianceReview System for Registration, and that registrtion has not been suspended or terminated.

(2) An individual shall not be designated by an investmecounsel or portfolio manager as the compliance officunder section 1.3 of Rule 31-505 Conditions of Registrtion or as a branch manager under section 1.4 of Rule 505 Conditions of Registration unless the individual habeen granted registration previously as a representatpartner or officer of an investment counsel or portfolimanager, other than in reliance on section 3.3 or underegistration subject to terms and conditions requiring tindividual's advising activities to be supervised, or as investment counsel or portfolio manager.

3.3 Associate Representatives, Associate Partners and Associate Officers of Investment Counsel and Portfolio Managers

(1) An individual may be granted registration as an associrepresentative, associate partner or associate officer oinvestment counsel or portfolio manager if the individuahas

(2) An individual who is registered as an associate represen-tative, associate partner or associate officer of an invest-ment counsel or portfolio manager shall not give adviceunless the advice has been approved by a designatedregistered representative, partner or officer of the invest-ment counsel or portfolio manager that employs the indi-vidual.

(3) An investment counsel or portfolio manager that employsan associate representative, associate partner or associateofficer shall designate a representative, partner or officerthat is not an associate representative, associate partner orassociate officer to approve advice given by an associaterepresentative, associate partner or associate officer.

(4) The designated representative, partner or officerdescribed in subsection (3) shall be employed at the samelocation as the associate representative, associate partneror associate officer whose advice must be approved.

PART 4 EXEMPTION

4.1 Exemption - The Director may grant an exemption to thisRule, in whole or in part, subject to such conditions or restric-tions as may be imposed in the exemption.

1.2 Alternative Qualifications - The Director will considergranting an exemption to any of sections 2.1 to 2.5 and 3.1 to3.3 of the Rule to any person or company if the Director issatisfied that the person or company has qualifications or expe-rience that are equivalent to, or more appropriate in the circum-stances than, the qualifications or experience required under thesection.

1.3 Supervision by Non-Registered Advisers - For the purposesof establishing experience that is equivalent to, or more appro-priate in the circumstances than, the experience under the

supervision of a registered adviser in subparagraph 3.1(1)(band subparagraph 3.2(1)(b)(ii) of the Rule, the Director wconsider, among other relevant factors, experience under supervision of

(a) an unregistered investment manager of a Canadian fincial institution;

(b) an adviser that is registered in a jurisdiction other thOntario or a foreign jurisdiction; or

(c) an adviser that is not required to be registered under laws of the jurisdiction or foreign jurisdiction in whichthe adviser carries on business.

(1) The scholarship plan dealers’ courses prepared aconducted by each of Scholarship Consultants of NoAmerica, C.S.T. Consultants Inc., Canadian AmericaFinancial Corp. (Canada) Limited, Global EducationaMarketing Corporation and Education Fund Services Inas they exist on the effective date, every predecessoone of those courses and every successor to one of thcourses that does not narrow the scope of the significsubject matter of the course, are designated by Commission as scholarship plan dealers' courses unRule 31-502 Proficiency Requirements for Registrants.

(2) If the Commission is of the view that it is in the publiinterest to terminate any of the designations in subsect(1), it may do so after giving the affected party the oppotunity to be heard.

ZONING AREAS — TERRITORIAL DISTRICTOF RAINY RIVER

1. In this Order,

“accessory”, when used to describe a use, building or structure, meansa use, building or structure that is normally incidental or subordinateto the principal use, building or structure located on the same lot;

“dwelling unit” means one or more habitable rooms occupied orcapable of being occupied as an independent and separate house-keeping establishment in which separate kitchen and sanitary faci-lities are provided for the exclusive use of the occupants;

“lot” means a parcel of land shown as a lot or block on a registered planof subdivision;

“seasonal dwelling” means a building containing only one dwellingunit occupied or intended to be occupied as a recreation residence,but not as a permanent residence.

2. This Order applies to land in the Territorial District of RainyRiver, being lots 1 to 5 inclusive on Registered Plan 48M-376 registeredin the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Rainy River(No. 48).

3. (1) Every use of land and every erection, location or use of build-ings or structures is prohibited on the land described in section 2 exceptone seasonal dwelling for each lot and uses, building and structuresaccessory to a seasonal dwelling.

(2) No structure shall be located within 20 metres of the shoreline,except for docks, saunas and boathouses.

4. (1) Nothing in this Order prevents the reconstruction of anybuilding or structure that is damaged or destroyed by causes beyond thecontrol of the owner if the dimensions of the original building or struc-ture are not increased or its original use altered.

(2) Nothing in this Order prevents the strengthening or restorationto a safe condition of all or part of any building or structure.

(3) No land to which this Order applies shall be used and no buildingor structure shall be erected or used except in accordance with the termsof this Order, but nothing in this Order prevents the use of any land,building or structure for any purpose prohibited by this Order if suchland, building or structure was lawfully used for such purposes on theday this Order comes into force.

1. Examinations set by the Board in acupuncture, instrumentation,manipulation and jurisprudence.

2. In the case of applicants who have graduated from a school ofnaturopathy, the Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Examin-ations administered by the North American Board of Naturo-pathic Examiners.

3. In the case of applicants who have graduated from a school ofdrugless therapy, examinations approved by the Board in anat-omy, histology, physiology, bacteriology, chemistry, hygieneand sanitation, diagnosis, symptomatology, pathology and otherexaminations approved by the Board relating to principles ofpractice, technique and treatment for drugless therapy.

(2) The Board shall set a time for the writing of examinationsreferred to in paragraph 1 of subsection (1) at least once a year.

15. Every applicant for registration shall pay a fee of $75 to write theexaminations referred to in paragraph 1 of subsection 14 (1).

2. Sections 17 to 29 of the Regulation are revoked.

1. Sections 111 and 112 of Regulation 761 of the Revised Regula-tions of Ontario, 1990 are revoked.

2. Section 112.1 of the Regulation is revoked and the followingsubstituted:

112.1 (1) A person who carries on business as a distributor isexempt from subsection 15 (2) of the Act with respect to the distributionof unhomogenized milk with a minimum butterfat content of 3.8 percent that is sold or processed for sale to a consumer in a container of 20litres or more containing no internal gradations.

(2) In subsection (1),

“consumer” means an individual who is acting other than in the courseof carrying on business.

3. Section 113.1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the fol-lowing subsection:

(3) A license as a shopkeeper-distributor only permits the selling ordistribution of fluid milk products on the shop premises operated by theholder of the licence.

4. (1) Clause 114 (4) (c) of the Regulation is revoked.

(2) Clause 114 (4) (e) of the Regulation is amended by strikingout “in the distribution area, municipality or part thereof desig-nated on the licence”.

(3) Subsection 114 (4.1) of the Regulation is amended by strikingout “in the distribution area, municipality or part thereof desig-nated on the licence”.

(4) Subsection 114 (5) of the Regulation is revoked and the fol-lowing substituted:

(5) A licence to carry on business as a non-shopkeeper-distributorexpires three years after the effective date of the licence or upon suchearlier date as is fixed by the Director.

(5) Clause 114 (6) (b) of the Regulation is amended by strikingout “in the distribution area, municipality or part thereof desig-nated on the licence”.

(6) Clause 114 (6) (c) of the Regulation is amended by strikingout “in the distribution area, municipality or part thereof desig-nated on the licence”.

5. Section 114.1 of the Regulation is revoked and the followingsubstituted:

114.1 A non-shopkeeper-distributor shall only hold one licence inrespect of all locations at which the distributor carries on business as anon-shopkeeper-distributor.

6. Section 115 of the Regulation is revoked.

7. (1) Clauses 116 (d), (e) and (e.1) of the Regulation are revokedand the following substituted:

(d) where, in the opinion of the Director, the area in which theapplicant intends to deliver, sell or distribute fluid milk productsis already adequately served;

(e) where, in the opinion of the Director, regular service of fluidmilk products to consumers in the area in which the applicantintends to deliver, sell or distribute fluid milk products should beprovided or continued, and the applicant will not provide orcontinue such service;

(e.1) where, in the opinion of the Director, the applicant will not dis-tribute a full range of fluid milk products in relation to the needsof customers in the area in which the applicant intends to deliver,sell or distribute fluid milk products;

(2) Clause 116 (f) of the Regulation is revoked and the followingsubstituted:

(f) where, in the opinion of the Director, the existing relationshipbetween producers and distributors in the area in which theapplicant intends to deliver, sell or distribute fluid milk productsshould be continued;

8. (1) Clause 122 (1) (b) of the Regulation is revoked and thefollowing substituted:

(b) where so required by the Director, the holder of the licence pro-vides or continues regular delivery service of fluid milk productsto consumers in the area in which the applicant delivers, sells ordistributes fluid milk products;

(2) Clause 122 (1) (d) of the Regulation is revoked and the follow-ing substituted:

(d) the holder of the licence notifies the Director in writing of allchanges in the description of the locations at which the holdercarries on business as a non-shopkeeper-distributor;

(3) Clause 122 (1) (f) of the Regulation is revoked and the follow-ing substituted:

(f) the holder of the licence distributes a full range of fluid milkproducts in relation to the needs of customers in the area inwhich the applicant delivers, sells or distributes fluid milkproducts;

9. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

124. No person shall obtain fluid milk products for resale or dis-tribution from any person who is not a holder of a licence as a distributorunder the Act.

ACCESS TO SCHOOL PREMISES

1. This Regulation governs access to school premises under section305 of the Act.

2. (1) The following persons are permitted to be on school premiseson any day and at any time:

1. A person enrolled as a pupil in the school.

2. A parent or guardian of such a pupil.

3. A person employed or retained by the board.

4. A person who is otherwise on the premises for a lawful purpose.

(2) A person who is invited to attend an event, a class or a meetingon school premises is permitted to be on the premises for that purpose.

(3) A person who is invited onto school premises for a particularpurpose by the principal, a vice-principal or another person authorizedby board policy to do so is permitted to be on the premises for thatpurpose.

(4) Subsection (1), (2) or (3) does not entitle a person to have accessto all areas of the school premises.

(5) Subsection (1) does not restrict the right of the board to lock theschool premises when the premises are not being used for a purposeauthorized by the board.

3. (1) A person is not permitted to remain on school premises if hisor her presence is detrimental to the safety or well-being of a person onthe premises, in the judgment of the principal, a vice-principal oranother person authorized by the board to make such a determination.

(2) A person is not permitted to remain on school premises if apolicy of the board requires the person to report his or her presence onthe premises in a specified manner and the person fails to do so.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of,

(a) September 1, 2000; or

(b) the day on which section 3 of the Safe Schools Act, 2000 comesinto force.

1. Le présent règlement régit l’accès aux lieux scolaires pour l’ap-plication de l’article 305 de la Loi.

2. (1) Il est permis aux personnes suivantes de se trouver dans deslieux scolaires n’importe quel jour et à n’importe quelle heure :

1. Les personnes inscrites comme élèves à l’école.

2. Le père, la mère ou le tuteur de tels élèves.

3. Les personnes que le conseil emploie ou dont il retient les servi-ces.

4. Les personnes qui se trouvent dans les lieux à une autre fin licite.

(2) La personne qui est invitée à assister à une activité, à une classeou à une réunion qui se tient dans des lieux scolaires peut s’y trouver àcette fin.

(3) La personne que le directeur d’école, un directeur adjoint ou uneautre personne que la politique du conseil autorise à le faire invite dansdes lieux scolaires à une fin particulière peut s’y trouver à cette fin.

(4) Le paragraphe (1), (2) ou (3) ne confère pas un droit d’accès àl’ensemble des lieux scolaires.

(5) Le paragraphe (1) ne porte pas atteinte au droit qu’a le conseil defermer à clé les lieux scolaires lorsqu’ils ne sont pas utilisés à une finautorisée par lui.

3. (1) La personne dont la présence nuit à la sécurité ou au bien-êtrede quiconque se trouve dans des lieux scolaires, de l’avis du directeurd’école, d’un directeur adjoint ou d’une autre personne que le conseilautorise à juger d’une telle situation, ne peut y rester.

(2) La personne qu’une politique du conseil oblige à signaler d’unemanière précisée sa présence dans des lieux scolaires et qui ne le fait pasne peut y rester.

4. Le présent règlement entre en vigueur à celle des dates sui-vantes qui est postérieure à l’autre :

a) le 1er septembre 2000;

b) la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 3 de la Loi de 2000 surla sécurité dans les écoles.

THE ONTARIO GAZETTE is published each Saturday and advertisements must be received no later than Thursday 4 p.m.,9 days before publication of the issue in which they should appear.

Advertisements including the names of any signing officers must be typed or written legibly.

1. Advertising rates are for a first insertion per columnar space

i. up to 25mm is $22.50

ii. from 25mm to 100mm per columnar space is $5.60 for each 6mm

iii. from 100mm to 476mm per columnar space is $5.50 for each 6mm

2. in each calendar year, after 476mm has been reached the rate is $54.10 for each additional 119mm or part thereof.

3. for each multiple insertion ordered at the same time as the first insertion, one-half the rate payable under paragraph 1 or2, as the case may be

LA GAZETTE DE L’ONTARIO paraît chaque samedi, et les annonces à y insérer doivent parvenir à ses bureaux le jeudià 16 h au plus tard, soit au moins neuf jours avant la parution du numéro dans lequel elles figureront.

Les annonces, ainsi que le nom des signataires autorisés, doivent être dactylographiées ou écrites lisiblement.

1. Tarifs publicitaires pour la première insertion, par espace-colonne

i. allant jusqu’à 25 mm : 22,50 $

ii. allant de 25 mm à 100 mm, par espace-colonne : 5,60 $ pour chaque tranche de 6 mm

iii. allant de 100 mm à 476 mm, par espace-colonne : 5,50 $ pour chaque tranche de 6 mm

2. Dans chaque année civile, lorsque l’on a atteint 476 mm, le tarif est de 54,10 $ pour chaque tranche ou partie de tranchesupplémentaire de 119 mm.

3. Pour chaque insertion multiple commandée en même temps que l’insertion initiale, le tarif se calcule à raison de 50 % dutarif payable indiqué au paragraphe 1 ou 2, selon le cas.

Le tarif d’abonnement est de 126,50 $ + 7% T.P.S. pour 52 numéros hebdomadaires, et le tarif au numéro, de 2,90 $ + 7%T.P.S. (payable à l’avance). Tous les tarifs peuvent être augmentés sans préavis.
