In Southern Westchester,or rst quarter in 2010 vs.2011, thenumber o homes sold is down -8 percentand the prices have increased 6 percent.It is a little too soon to come to denitiveconclusions about this spring market dueto the lag time in reporting, but we are nodoubt headed in the right direction.

beautiul ball elds and parks, resh air andrelaxed quality o lie.
Neuman says the ease o living outsidethe city is simply what sets the area apart.
