Amber: This is Ben, 31, hit by car at around 30 Mph, He’s got quite a nasty hemotoma on the back of his head and had a GCS of 12 and was altered and combative, got a very unstable pelvis, open fracture to the right tib/fib, no other apparent injuries, Pulse 100, BP 90 over 65 had an RSI, 300 of Manitol, 2 litres of normal saline...
