“It was a very good experience because this is the first time I had the chance to get such privileges,” Doroja commented.

Doroja toured and spoke in differ-ent business and academic institutions, and participated in outreaches as part of his tenure.

Doroja, along with other council-men, also implemented several student-oriented laws in a city student congress.

MaSci’s other delegate, Erwin John Gonda, also gained a seat in the city council as one of District 5’s coun-cilors.

Mr. Fernando B. Orines, Manila Science High School (MSHS) Principal, sealed the agreement of the sister-school partnership program with Incheon Yeil High School in a meeting in Manila City Hall last December 4, 2012.

The new partnership will also be a venue to see IYHS and MSHS and discuss perspectives in curriculum, teaching and learning methods, and solidify consensual ties. Mrs. Precilinda Arellano, TLE Head, said that it was both a pleasure and a privilege to welcome and escort the homestay students and give them an overview of the school’s curriculum and a tour of the campus and its facilities. “We look forward to a long and fruitful partnership to be enjoyed and benefitted from by both teachers and students,” she stated.
