Dear Family of Faith, By the time you receive this newsletter, we will be ready for a new Church Calendar Year. The season of Advent which will lead us into Christmas. Typically, this is a time we joyously sing the carols of the season, fellowship with friends during the holidays, and feasting with family from near and far. Because of the outbreak of COVID, all the traditions of past years may be in jeopardy. Nevertheless, the glorious significance of this season still rings true: God is with us! Id like to encourage every household to prepare for this season by setting up a special place in your home for your personal Advent Wreath. All you will need are four candles to represent hope, love, joy and peace; a fifth, larger white candle, will represent Christ, the light of the world; and a plate (or tray) to accommodate all five candles. You can add sprigs of holly for decoration. Then, on Sunday mornings, when we will light the candles on our churchs Advent Wreath, you can light your candles at the same time. In this way, we could be spiritually close to one another even while we are apart. During the weekdays, make an effort to contact others in our church family or other members of our community who could use an encouraging note, card or call. May God use each of us as a blessing to others throughout this season. Grace and Peace, Bro. Paul

Dear Family of Faith, By the time you receive this newsletter, we

will be ready for a new Church Calendar Year.

The season of Advent which will lead us into

Christmas. Typically, this is a time we joyously

sing the carols of the season, fellowship with

friends during the holidays, and feasting with

family from near and far. Because of the

outbreak of COVID, all the traditions of past

years may be in jeopardy. Nevertheless, the

glorious significance of this season still rings

    true: God is with us!

I’d like to encourage every household to

community who could use an encouraging note,

card or call. May God use each of us as a

blessing to others throughout this season.
