The dynamic 2 litre, 4 cylinder petrol (141kW) engine delivers all the power you need, when you need it. Classic MINI features include the Chrome-rib mesh grille, brake-cooling air intakes in the front bumper, air scoop in the bonnet, diffuser on the rear apron and central twin-pipe exhaust system. FEEL MORE OPEN.THE NEW MINI CONVERTIBLE.It takes just 20 seconds for the high-quality, electric soft-top to fully open, or close – even when travelling at speeds of up to 30km/h. The steep front windscreen offering a clear view of the sky above. When the roof is closed, multiple layers in the soft-top provide a high level of sound insulation and a more comfortable drive on longer journeys.

The Easy Load function increases the size of the luggage compartment opening by holding the retracted soft-top above the compartment hatch. The open tailgate can then hold up to 80kg. When the top is closed, the luggage compartment has a generous capacity of 215 litres.

The optional woven Union Jack (left) on the soft-top echoes the long tradition of MINI and the rich British heritage of the brand. Fancy some fresh air during your journey? Just open the cleverly integrated sunroof and let the sunshine in (below).
