10/1/08
As requested by the Department, such as for annual career conferences

Most sections request either the same information or the same information enhanced with additional details (e.g., information on funded projects includes all prior requested information, plus information about funding and the aims of the project)
The relative order is unchanged except for - reporting clinical activity later in the CV- locating the narrative at the end
