I enjoy gangster films and GuyRitchie mainly works within thisgenre.

(who is also a part time sex shop owner) which is a common themethroughout Ritchies work. The theme of a man who has the power to

manipulate small time criminals into owing them something that they

cant possibly have, appears also in Snatch (with Brick Top; a part timeboxing promoter, a full time gang leader) and in RocknRolla (with

Lenny Cole; London crime boss who calls the shots in London'sunderworld .

He has stuck with the gangster genre.

Guy Ritchie does have his own style in the waythat he makes his films.

There are similar themes that can clearly beseen in his films that show he could be classed

as an Auteur. He hasnt directed enough films to be given the

title of Auteur, when you look at directors suchas Tim Burton, who have consistently produced

films of similar style and quality. I feel that his style is very recognizable as beinghis.
