Home Health Quality Measures

Cancellations: Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received on or after January 22, 2018 and non-paid registrations will be billed full price. Cancellations received prior to January 22, 2018 will receive a 90% refund. Continuing Education: Missouri Alliance for Home Care is an approved provider of Continuing Nursing Education by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Commission on Accreditation. The program planner and presenters have no conflict of interest in regards to this webinar. Participants will earn a maximum of 1.5 nursing contact hours per session.

Recordings: The recordings of this webinar will be sent directly after the live presentation concludes to all paid registrations. Nursing CE will only be

available for 90 days/until April 24, 2018. Please ensure you follow all the instructions to receive CNE.

Presenter: Rhonda Crawford has been working in home care since 1991. She has served in a variety of roles including clinical, administrative, consulting education, and program development. Currently a Senior Education Consultant for Foundation Management Services, Rhonda provides regional clinical support to the home care agencies managed by FMS. Her expertise in distilling broad concepts into practical processes and her informal, interactive presentations offer unique perspectives on OASIS and other home care documentation issues.
