The mission of the ONS Foundation is to support oncology nursing to improve the lives of people with

or at risk for cancer.

Supports oncology nursing research conducted by beginning and experienced researchers

Funding preference given to proposals that address the ONS Research Priorities and Agenda

• Nurse scientists and/or clinicians involved in the preparation and conduct of the proposal

• Proposal must be completed within 2 years

Funds activities to increase the applicant’s knowledge and experiences in order to advance a program of research

discipline within past 8 years• Career development activities must be

completed within one year
