A Q U A - S T O PAqua-Stop is a great new feature on many PowerBoss scrubbers. In aneffort to preserve chemical and water usage, Aqua-Stop is at the forefrontof brush technology. A 50% savings of water and chemical can beexpected as the system keeps them where they need to be, inside thebrush deck. Water will not spin to the sides of the brush head as is typicalon most scrubbers. Not only will you save on water and chemical, butthe cleaning power is concentrated at the brush, providing for a pristinepath the first time.

PowerBlast - Power Wash – Reclaim – Recycle – Re-usePowerBoss has now developed a versatile, productive system to clean Green. Our PowerBlast Clean Green system has been designed with military grade specification in mind. The system attacks the surface with5000 PSI of water pressure and a water temperature of 200 degrees. This innovative clean, recover andrecycle process removes oil, dirt, grease, rubber and other surface accumulations without any runoff.

PowerBlast• 300 gallon clean water tank, (2) 30 gallon

sediment holding tanks, additional (2) 15 gallon sediment tanks w/ 10 gallon per minute dual wand system

• Engine options - 48.1 HP Kubota V2203 4 cylinder liquid cooled diesel, used in the 5 GPM single wand machine 59.0 HP Kubota V2403 4 cylinder liquid cooled diesel, used in the 10 GPM dual wand machine

• Positive displacement roots blower, 20’ vacu-boom standard, 100' vacuum hose and 20' vacu-boom standard

• Two water pump models available: 5 GPM 5,000 PSI General pump for single wand usage and 10 GPM 3,625 PSI General Pump - capable of one or two wands at one time

• Recycling System - A total of 500 gallons of water is recycled and polished using a four step system. The recovered water travels through 30 gallon sediment tanks removing the heavy debris. The water then travels through a polishing filter manifold, which removes suspended particlesdown to five microns at the rate of up to 11 gallons per minute. Oleophilic (oil attracting) coalescing plates, reusable oil filtering foam media, oil absorption skimmermedia provide improve wash water clarityallowing for continuous use without draining and refilling

• 5 GPM single burner, 12 Volt 5000 PSI diesel fired burner, provides 200 plus degree water temperature. 10 GPM double burner, 12 Volt 5000PSI, diesel fired burner, provides 200 plus degree water temperature

• Skid mounted, 12' long X 6' wide, mount this to your flat bed truck, or one of our no ramp trailers

• 3500 watt continuous output four-stroke diesel generator, electric start, large fuel tank with 12 hours continuous run time and automatic shutdown for low oil pressure

• Accessories include: high temperaturelow oil pressure engine shutdown, low water burner shutdown system, high pressure safety relief valve and dischargevalve, oil pressure, water pressure, water temp, fuel, and battery gauges

• Optional PowerBoss equipment includes: Maxxclean washer / soda blaster, 10’ X 10’ mobile wash pad, 10’ X 20’ mobile wash pad, 12’ X 26’ mobile wash pad, 30’ vacu-boom complete, 40’ vacu-boom complete, PowerBoss no ramp custom trailer, waste water evaporators;TET 2, TET 5/7, TET 20/35, Powered walk-behind surface cleaner, available in 21" & 30" cleaning paths, manual surfacecleaners 17" up to 30" with or without vacuum

• Green features include: water recycling, BIO diesel capable, water conservation, prevents hazardous water runoff from entering the sewer system, developed in order to discharge, reclaim or recycle waste water in compliance with EPA regulations

Wastewater EvaporatorsEnvironmental regulatoions now require proper grey water disposal. Grease, oil, heavy metals and even carcinogenscan be in your wastewater. Our innovative wastewater processing systems can dispose of this waste without effectingthe earth’s air and water. The PowerBoss TET (Total Evaporation Technology) wastewater disposal evaporators areeconomical solutions for eliminating grey water waste streams.

TET 2• Best choice for small volume applications• Evaporates at a rate of 2 gallons per hour• On/Off switch, temperature dial,

redundantsafety shut-off thermostat• Electric power source• Fully automatic option is available

TET 5 & 7• Most productive for small volume

applications• Evaporates at a rate of 5 - 7 gallons

per hour• 60 gallon maximum tank capacity• Fully automatic option is available

TET 20 & 35• Most popular mid-volume evaporators• Evaporates at a rate of 20 - 35

gallons per hour• Fueled by natural gas or LPG burner• Fully automatic option is available

Self Contained WastewaterProcessing System• Offers a fast, quickly-installed solution

for many applications• Available in standard configurations or

PowerBoss can customize the equip-ment to meet specific customer needs

Oil/Water Separator and Advancing Media Filter• For heavy waste streams and for use where there are large amounts of particulates and waste in the water• Limit your risk of violating federal and local regulations with PowerBoss waste water evaporators and filters• Meet EPA Method 413.2 and European Standard EN 858-1 (99.99% free oil removal)• Advancing Media Filter can filter 8 gallons per hour

How Does a Wastewater Evaporator Work? While the PowerBoss wastewater evaporators employ the simple basic physical process heating liquids to temperaturesat which the water content is vaporized, our evaporators do much more. Our evaporators are designed to closelymatch the energy usage with the amount of liquid to be processed with controls to maintain "flat" vaporizationsurfaces. Along with coupled draft inducers and effective venting, these features result in the highest efficiencyprocess and negligible particle emissions. In addition, all our Total Evaporation Technology evaporators areequipped with separate evaporation chambers that are heated through an insulated oil chamber rather thandirectly by electric heating elements or burners. This design maintains the efficiency and significantly increasesthe reliability of these units. PowerBoss Evaporators have Total Evaporation Technology, meaning that the evaporatorcan be run without damaging the unit, completely drying most waste streams to a fraction of the original volume.

Green Features• Keeps grey water from entering the water supply• Proper disposal of oil from wastewater• Wastewater solids are eliminated from sanitary sewer systems• Evaporators exhaust pure steam, no hazardous fumes

ApplicationsPowerBoss’ wastewater evaporators can be used in many applications in which liquid waste is produced andwhere there is a need for an easier method of waste disposal. Liquid waste from these applications can be turnedto dry waste for easy environmental disposal.
