She provides a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic approach informed by training in MBCT and other mindfulness-based therapies, as well as two years experience providing support to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and addiction. The Mindful Path through Depression offers a supportive setting where you learn mindfulness skills to relate differently to the difficult thoughts, emotions and body sensations common in depression.
