By 2015, reduce the proportion of people living on less than $1 a day by half

By 2013, reduce the proportion of people who suffer from hunger by half

Assist people who cannot fulfill their basic needs such as food, water, clothing, and shelter Poor harvest – dry landscape and harsh climate
