SUMMARY The story tells us the need for considering,

understanding and helping others. It also

reminds one about the value of friendship and

mutual help.

The story revolves around the mice and the elephants.

Once a herd of elephants crushed many mice while going

in search of water. Mice asked for mercy and there

occurred a mutual understanding between them as the

elephant king agreed to go in another way for their

mission. After so many years these elephants were

trapped by the elephant- trappers. Now the mice comes

to their rescue.
