Kyle and I are vising with an IMB church planter there to see if and how we could partner with them in ways that will benefit what they are doing there and what we are doing here in church planng. Please keep us in your prayers. God’s will is our hearts’ desire. Just another word to encourage Connect Groups to spread out aendance at our 3 Easter services: 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00. We’re praying for 3000 worshipers that day, many of whom do not know Jesus. It’s important that we spread out our aendance so that there is adequate room for people who don’t normally come to church here. Remember, we exist to help them to Jesus: invite, invest, impact. Let’s be servants on Easter even in the maer of aending a service me that may be less convenient for us so that we make room for our guests. Thanks for helping. Lord willing, I’ll be back on Saturday to preach on Sunday as we connue our series, Cross Words. We’ll be looking at Jesus’ last word from the cross: “Father, into your hands I en- trust my spirit.” The suffering is over. Jesus’ work is done. It’s me to go home. Let’s talk about a life of trust on Sunday as we explore this word of Jesus. See you then. Upper Level Basketball, Season 6 We’re now recruiting volunteers for our special-needs basketball league for children and adults!

We need to start a: Nearly and Newly Wed Group at 9:00 a.m. Singles Group at 10:30 a.m. Singles Group for 25-35 at 9:00 a.m. Restart a College & Young 20’s Group at 9:00 a.m. We still need core group people for our new 10:30 a.m. Young Adult Group. Loving Threads If you like to knit, crochet, quilt or sew, the Loving Threads Ministry may be the place for you. The purpose of our group is to use our needlework talents to share the love and com-fort of Jesus Christ with others by making prayer comfort shawls and baby blankets.
