Howls At The

Stars

Has your weathered, weary soulever seen the starlight ablaze in the

twinkle of Her eyes? Have you ever

gazed upon the Aurora Borealis

cast from the gloss of Her lips, ever

been tempted by every word She

sings and the melody that resonates

through bared fangs? It is a primal

thing. It is a thing of beauty. At

night, the wolff howls at those

stars. This wolff pack is made of

stars.

The humans behind this Wolff

Pack are: Heather Perez (Mercury

Wolff), an eclectic mix of leadvocalist, synth & keys, art director,

writer & composer of material, as

well as video editor all packaged

into a single frame of humanity,

and Lee Rodriguez (Pluto Lee).

This pup is the duos bassist, AV

technician, pr incipal media

designer and production assistant.

Lee is often referred to as the

"Melodious Bass Player" as His

free-hand bass lines provide added

narrative to a tale told in soundvibrations all the while Heather's

voice is grossly versatile - from

blues to rock and can vary

a c c o r d i n g t o w h o m S h e

collaborates with.

On the stage, Mercury Wolff is a

no nonsense, matter-of-fact

modern day goddess from the

Andromeda galaxy. On Earth, Her

role is to be a messenger to the

gods - both through the sweet

syllables of vocal synecdoche or the

d o u b l e e n t e n d r e s o f H e r

entrancing body language and

rhythm. She is the incarnation of

what the new-aged mystics refer to

as ones Higher Self.

With the ability to channel

archetypal energies such as,

goddesses of Death and Rebirth,

Music & Arts, Compassion and

Divine Love, to express lifes

greatest passions and raw primalinstincts. Mercury on stage is like a

She-Wolf in human form with a

celestial voice guiding the room

t h r o u g h a t r a n s c e n d e n t a l

experience.

Once Her voice crescendos, She

morphs into a force of nature who

invites Her audience to feel the

threads an intertwined universe

held together by music. Through it

all, Pluto Lee is a powerful master

who rules His world from the

shadows. Lee supports Mercury as

the instigator of life-altering

transformations, while She delivers

the messages from the Sun.

What would happen if Grace Jones and

Kate Bush had a child, allowed Madonna &

Queen to raise her with the occasional holidays

spent with Led Zeppelin while every other

weekend she gets to kick it with Keith Sweat

and Uncle BabyFace?

Nestled within the urbane suburbia-liteenclaves of North Miami houses a home studio

dubbed, The Wolff s Den where each

member of the pack is utilizes the atelier to

cultivate their respective arts and/or crafts.

They say, Community is an Art form and the

Wolff Pack excels in creating both, as Wolff

Packs are currently in the process of being built

in both Atlanta and in the NYC area.

The Wolffs Den originated as a converted

commune of local artists and performers. The

Wolff's Den (formerly known as "REd Light"

due to the bright ruby entrance light that stood

as a welcoming beacon to new hearts), has been

known to many artists in Miami to be a

sanctuary for those who need to express

themselves creatively in a therapeutic and

naturally accepting environment.

In 2012, Mercury hosted a weekly event,

Sunday Funday! in which Pluto Lee was

invited by a mutual friend to visit the studio and

meet Mercury. He soon left to His

neighborhood to scoop up His then full-time

band members (The Midnight Hour) and

various friends to bring them back to the studio

for the event.

After a few weeks of jamming during theopen sessions, Mercury was invited to headline

a local show and without a band available in

time, She asked Pluto Lee and one of His

bandmates to accompany Her for an

improvised set. The gig became Her

breakthrough performance and Mercury &

Pluto have not let go of one another ever since.

When the duo perform, they create their

experience on stage with the assistance of The

Pack - an ad hoc group of collaborators, artists,

musicians and celestials made incarnate.
