He founded this company aftera career in the insurance and health care industry asa sales executive. He brings over 20 years ofleadership and management experience from suchcompanies as Sun Life, Prudential, Met Life, Willisand AIM Healthcare Services. Richard’s diverse andextensive experience has made him a requestedspeaker on topics such as employee motivation and
retention, leadership, recruiting best practices, and talent management.
Richard is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served a combined 17 years ofActive and Reserve duty. He was awarded medals for meritorious service,battle readiness, marksmanship, and the prestigious Navy Achievement Medal.

Richard lives in Franklin, TN; he has been married for 27 years. He and hiswife have two children, ages 25 and 16.
