A Totally Awesome Foldable

• Materials• 1 8.5 x 11 piece of

card stock• 2 pieces 8.5 x 2.5

strips of card stock, preferably of different colors

Materials Needed

Folding paper—Step 1

• Fold paper in half—”hamburger style”

Folding paper—Step 2

• Fold ends of paper to the middle, forming a “W”

Cutting tabs

• Determine number of tabs needed

• Cut the middle fold from the fold to the fold line

Adding strips

• Weave one strip through first side of slits

• Reverse the process for second strip

Making Pages--part 1

• Fold woven strips back to back

Making pages—part 2

• Place finger between “loops” of original paper

Making pages—part 3

• Separate loops to form the inner pages

Final Product

• Book is now ready for any project

• Example: Digestive system parts
