Congratulations ZONE 8
A warm Friday afternoon to you all, my fellow Rotari-
ans! We welcome you to Cravings Restaurant here in
the Shangrila Mall, a stone's throw away from our
home in Edsa Shangrila Hotel. We welcome our
speaker this afternoon, Mr. Jovic Navarro who will talk
about farming and agriculture. I know some of us are
very interested in this topic(me included) and I look
forward to learning a lot from this discussion.
We write this piece on the heels of our successful District Convention at the
historic Manila Hotel. Our warmest congratulations to Zone 8 for winning
the Talent Night with our very own rendition of Mulan. Congratulations
also to all the participants not only from our home zone but from the entire
District 3800. It was truly a family affair, with the theme of Disney Prin-
cesses that evening. I enjoyed the fellowship and camaraderie. It truly was
an event that celebrates the very best of the district and highlights our theme
this year to LIGHT UP ROTARY.
But even before the dust settled, our Club was at it again, now at Mataas ng
Paaralan ng Neptali A. Gonzales (MPNAG) this past Tuesday for their An-
nual Recognition Day. Kudos to PE John who has been highly visible lately
together with the ever-present PP Oscar, the ever-reliable PP Albert, and the
star of our Talent show, PN Josh.
You represented RCM very well this week so the Club should fine you ac-
cordingly!
Holy Week is fast approaching and will be upon us soon enough. I will be
out of town with my family and won't be back until May. Nevertheless, I
will be writing our Secretary's Corner if time permits to keep you posted on
activities in the horizon. Be safe and a blessed Holy Week to all!

Good afternoon, fellow Rotarians.
First of all, let me congratulate those of us
who participated in the talent night’s show at
DISCON 2015 last Saturday. Your effort is
definitely not wasted because our production
show “Mulan” won the first prize of the event, beating all
other participants. Our zone also won Best actress and Best
supporting actor of the night.
Our very own club president, Pres. Gion, together with fellow
Rotarian Josh and his partner Charmaine, showed us how ver-
satile and efficient we can be if only we work hard together.
After DISCON, DISTAS is fast approaching. Those of us
who will join DISTAS this year, which will be held in the city
of pine, should register early to ensure proper reservation of
accomodation facilities.
With only a few months left before the torch will be passed to
the incoming president next Rotary year, our club needs more
fund to cope with the remaining activities of this current year.
Hence, once again I am reminding all members to please set-
tle all outstanding dues within this month. Your contribution
will go a long way in helping our club in meeting its project
goals for this year.

When I Fall In Love
When I fall in love it will be forever
Or I'll never fall in love
In a restless world
like this is
Love is ended before it's begun
And too many moonlight kisses
Seem to cool in the warmth of the sun
When I give my heart it will be completely
Or I'll never give my heart
And the moment I can feel that you feel that way too
Is when I fall in love with you.
And the moment I can feel that you feel that way too
Is when I fall in love with you.
