Krieghoff company commercialized DWM Lugers- The rear face of the frame struck "KRIEGHOFF SUHL"- An order of 10,000 Luger pistols for the "Luftwaffe"- Luger production means were tooled by the firm's engineers- Only Krieghoff Lugers bear "Luftwaffe" acceptance markings- A small quantity of Lugers sold on the commercial market- Today the firm KRIEGHOFF is based at ULM
