I got this published a long time ago as a guest writer in WORDS Magazine, which is a literary mag out of NYC (SVA funds it). The editor is Louis Phillips, who's one of the greatest underground post-modernist story writers in the world, and I was honored that he picked this out of a slush pile and published it with no changes. Just thought I'd post it if anyone wants to read it. Warning: Not for the squeamish, especially if you're an animal lover.
