Transcript of The Lessons of Gratitude
Gratitude is a divine principle. The Lord declared
through a revelation given to the Prophet “Thou shalt
thank the Lord thy God in all things…
I want to start this new chapter of my life by expressing my gratitude and so my heartfelt thanks and respect goes to the CDA Chairman for Orlando R. Ravanera for giving me the chance to lead CDA DEO. The journey took me 24 years from CDS-II, Sr CDS and Supervising CDS. No shortcut. It was a difficult climb (dumaan ako sa butas ng karayom).
I took the Neuro Psychoanalysis, job suitability, and essay examinations. Promotion ishard to get sometimes – Butpatience paid off. Thank you sir for the appreciation andencouragement.
My sincerest thanks to former Chair Emmanuel M.
Santiaguel and Adm. Eloy T. Castillo for the vote of
confidence given to ED Ray - nagkaroon ng bakante –nagkaroon ng chance as if
divine intervention.
I am thankful to ED Ray –my younger brother who acts as a big brother to me and now my immediate supervisor who had remained humble all the time. When he was the RD of CDA DEO our formula then was simple “open communication” and that’s it we made it through the rain and shared the joys of the brighter side.
Sir Ray, we will take care of the CDA DEO housekeeping and trouble shooting – thanks for your concern.
I am grateful to RD Caronan for
all support and for being a good
mentor, for my Sr CDS and
Supervising CDS promotion
Our formers Dir Rosario, Dir Mar and Dir Ray contributed greatly to who am I today by sharing their management skills, problem solving skills, management of resources and people and of course the trust and friendship is the ROI of that associationmade us closer to this day. Thank you so much Directors for your understanding, patience, support and most of pagmamahal.
