ORDERING INFORMATIONGUIDELINES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS


IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

STANDARD PRODUCTS are those that are manufactured to the dimensions specified in the Leon Price Guide. Standard Products include: TIMBRE, AXIS, AAROS, VAULT, DETAIL AND BOUNDARY SERIES speakers and HORIZON & PROFILE CLASSIC speakers.

BUILD-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS are listed in the price guide and are built specifically for each individual order. Build-To-Order Products may include custom dimensions, materials, colors and finishes. Build-To-Order Products include: HORIZON & PROFILE SERIES speakers.

CUSTOM “ONE-OFF” PRODUCTS are each engineered according to agreed upon specifications. Custom “One-Off” Products include all MEDIA DÉCOR products and any product that requires significant design time and customization.

WHEN ORDERING CUSTOM ONE-OFF PRODUCTS, PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 50% of your total invoice is due prior to production.

• Customer sign-off on CAD drawings is required in order to proceed to manufacturing.

• All Media Decor products ship via Freight. Call in advance for a quote.

• Purchase Orders for all Media Décor products must include: TV make and model, TV mount depth, art and frame choices or reference a quote number.

• No cancellations or returns allowed unless due to manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage.

• Refer to dealer policies for more information.

WHEN ORDERING STANDARD PRODUCTS, PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.

• Standard products may be modified to match a certain color or wood finish, and would then be considered BUILD-TO-ORDER. Refer to Dealer Policies for more information.

WHEN ORDERING BUILD-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS, PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Purchase Orders should include the full Leon model number and configuration (i.e. Hz44LX, HzUT-C, Pr33-MC, etc.).

• Purchase Orders should include the brand and full model number of the TV you are matching (i.e. Samsung® UN46D8000).

• When applicable, include the type of mounting bracket for desired application.

• Custom grills are available to match the contour of many TVs. Be sure to specify at time of order.

• Other helpful information includes: installation date, customer name, and any custom specifications desired (i.e. custom colors, grill materials, etc).

• Returns and cancellations subject to our Leon for Life program. See Dealer Policies.
