2013 milestone • Surveying of all contaminated areas by cluster munitions and analyzing all the existing Data have been completed. • Nearly 1497 cluster munitions strike have been identified covering an estimated area of 56 sqm. • Information and maps were filled in the IMSMA NG. • Dangerous areas were fenced and clearly marked.
Moreover, technical survey teams periodically patrol the areas as to ensure no tampering in fencing and marking.
