Upon navigation here, the landing (home) page displays as shown on the right.

The vertical column on the left contains information regarding Fiserv as well a list of supplemental links which provide additional information and resources regarding Fiserv.

To the right, are five portal entry points. Each one represents a different Fiserv business line.

Upon accessing your business line portal page, you can register for a personal account by selecting the Enroll Here to open the My Account page.

Complete the required fields () and then click the Save button to create your account.

Sign into the TLC portal.

Once you are registered, you can sign in to TLC anytime, anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.

Finally, click the Sign In button.

In the User ID field, type your email address you used to register with.

In the Password field, type your password you registered with.

If you forgot your password, click the Forgot it? link to reset it.

Search for Content.

Click on Search to begin searching for content using one of the several search options available.

Search by Title or DescriptionEnter any characters to search for all content with that character combination within either the title or the description of content.

Search by SolutionClick the drop-down and select any solution within the business line (see page 1 for reference). Select any solution to search for all content related to the selected solution.

Click the drop-down and select one of the options below to search for content based on the style of delivery:

• Instructor Led (Training)• Blended (Training)• Self-Paced Training

Search by Learning Method

This search works in conjunction with the Learning Method search; it is a way to further define the delivery style and search by that method:

If Instructor Led is selected, then the following sub-methods are available:• Classroom• Virtual Classroom• Webinar

If Self Paced Training is selected, then the following sub-methods are available:• Assessments• Online Courses• Pre-recorded Webinar

Search by Sub‐Method Search by PriceSelect a price range from the drop-down to search for content by price.

View the catalog.

Sign In & Search

Click on Catalog View to access the full catalog of training that is available.

Each solution has various sections within it which can be drilled down by clicking the +/- symbols.

Courses may also be launched directly from here by clicking directly on the course itself.

Depending on the business you selected when logging in, this catalog view will be different.

For example, the catalog view to the left is a partial listing of the Financial Performance Management and Financial Risk Management catalog.

View the calendar.

Sign In & Search

Click on Calendar View to access all upcoming live scheduled events (classes, webinars etc...) by clicking on either the days or months to display all available events for that period.

Once the scheduled events display, each one can be clicked to view more information and to register for the classes.

Register & Purchase.

Register, Purchase & Complete

After you select a course, curriculum or workshop from the catalog, click the Register button on the Details window.

On the Payment tab, select your payment type: Redeem Coupon and Validate or pay by Credit Card, and then click Purchase.

View and launch your assignments.


Click on My Assignments to view and access a list of all content for which you have registered.Click a title to open and launch a course.

View your history.


Click on My History to view completions, assessment scores, and CPE hours. Click any title to access detailed history for that item.

Print your certificates.


For training in which you earn a certificate of completion, you can print your certificate from My History.Click on My History, locate your assignment, and click the Certificate link.

The ability to open an on-line course is impossible unless your internet browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled.

TLC is compatible with these browsers: • Google Chrome • Firefox• Safari• Internet Explorer (version 9 and up)
