ACTIVITY PLANNING SCHEDULE We have a very active Council. When too many activities and events occur in the same month, it strains our manpower and resources. To better coordinate our events and minimize the impact of too many activities, we follow an Activity Planning Schedule. The chart below lists the events, the Chairman and target week of occurrence. Exact dates are indicated, but not required for planning purposes. The planning schedule is updated yearly at the Officer/Director meeting. Please provide any corrections, recommendations, comments, suggestions or concerns to the Deputy Grand Knight Rob Cecchetti.

FINAL TOOTSIE ROLL DRIVE NOVEMBER 23 Our 4th and final Tootsie Roll Drive of the 2019 campaign is scheduled for Saturday, November 23 (Saturday before Thanksgiving) from 9:00a to 5:00p in front of Shop-N-Save on Rt. 286. Eight Brothers are needed to man four shifts, 2 men per shift. So far, we collected a total of $1,934 for the year. We need only $566 to reach our goal of $2,500. This is due to the dedication & cooperative spirit of the Brothers who volunteer their time and energy for this worthy cause. Contact Chairman Carl Vitalbo at 412.760.5812 or email ‘[email protected]’ to volunteer.
