Presidents ReportLast week we continued discussion on the future of the Club I think we have got to a point

where we are prepared for the future and will continue to work towards that end it wont besolved overnight or even in the next few months. Again thank you all for your contributions

to this discussion. Thank you to Tim and others for their contributions. Thanks Natalie for

you work on the Calendar.

We attended the Australia Day celebrations at Queanbeyan and the last part of the ceremony

were the four Australia Day awards made by Queanbeyan City Council. The QueanbeyanHigh School SRC won the award for Community Group and Rochelle Shilling and Penny

Slater jointly won the Junior Citizen of the Year. What a great achievement by all concerned.

Ty Phelps accepted on behalf of the SRC and Rochelle and Penny both spoke how well

they all did with their acceptance speeches. Michael must be so proud of what the SRC has

achieved. Congratulations to all of you.

The Rotary Club of Canberra East has sent out the roster for the Canberra Show and I have

sent it out please get your choices back to me asap.

Image & Public Relations, Undertaking meaningful Vocational Service Activities, and finally, Making a Difference

using your own experience and growth through RLI to help improve the path for others to follow.
