Foundation DirectionPresent Situation

Organization The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2007 and is presently in its community outreach development stage. The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation can best be described as currently being in the business of providing community outreach support and networking with other community based organizations, community action groups, faith based ministries, foundations, and corporate enterprises to help combat these issues that we face each day. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between the many organizations and the people who need them. By supplying information to these organizations and building a network between the many community groups, The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation will help them carry out their mission. It is our vision to foster programs that will enhance the lives of the people in our communities and to assure the people of our communities that there is help. We will develop relationships with the many community based organizations to enhance community teamwork, partnerships, and collaboration. In recent times our key strengths have been the ability to network with others.

Management The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors is comprised of skilled professionals who bring valuable knowledge, experience and resources from both the public and private sectors to aid in the development and management of this foundation.The efforts and expertise of each Director will ensure the efficiency of the foundation’s mission to help those who need help. The professional execution of the charitable interests of the founders, the Executive Advisory Board and the empowerment of other communities groups will provide the much needed resources to help those who are in need. Our comprehensive information center gives us the technology to provide assistance to anyone anywhere. Our resource directories and helpful link directories are direct links to both federal and state services which many people don't know exist. We have and will continue to join forces with other community groups and faith based organizations to develop a community workforce. With this workforce along with our technology and expertise, we will be able to place those who are in need with those who work to help the needy. The Board of Directors Partnership Alliances with other community and faith based groups will help to extend the best service in all areas of our community. We have placed critical links on our website which are designed to carry out many of the foundation’s services with the highest levels of expertise and professionalism. The Executive Board members and the Executive Advisory members share a professional bond built on trust, quality, and outstanding community services. Our Co-Founder has coined the phase “Be Blessed and be a Blessing to others". To The Kenneth Campfield Community Outreach Foundation staff these are not just words but the inspiration on which this Foundation is built. .

Our management team consists of men and women who have the same vision and objectives.The Kenneth Campfield Community Outreach Foundation (KCCOF) organization consists of dedicated, trained, and skilled professionals. The KCCOF Staff's combined experience and teamwork give us the ability to face the many problems and concerns that would handicap most organizations, foundations, community action groups, and companies. It is their dedication to helping others that band them together as a productive unit. Kenneth Campfield, Chairman and C.E.O.Develops and maintains the company vision. Oversees all areas and foundation departments. Approves all financial obligations. Seeks business opportunities and strategic alliances with other organizations. Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of business organization in accordance with board directives and company charter. Directs and coordinates financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing programs.

R. Akil Williams, President and C.O.O.Develops and maintains the company vision. Oversees all areas and foundation departments. Approves all financial obligations. Veronica B. Thomas, Executive Vice President, C.F.O.Manages working capital including receivables, inventory, cash, and donations. Performs financial forecasting including capital budget, cash budget, pro forma financial statements, external financing requirements, and financial condition requirements.

Mattie M. Smith, Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Seniors AffairsManages the foundation’s Senior Society program and network with senior centers around the country. Shameka Miles, ControllerDirects financial affairs of an organization. Prepares financial analysis of operations for guidance of management. Prepares reports which outline company's financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and future operations.Directs preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Arranges for audits of company's accounts.

Executive Advisory Board

The Kenneth Campfield Community Outreach Foundation (KCCOF) Executive Advisory Board is comprised of professionals whose combined experience gives this foundation the leading edge when it comes to community services. The Executive Advisory Board association and collaboration with other charitable organizations, companies, and community action groups gives KCCOF's Board of Directors the valuable knowledge, experience, and resources from both the public and private sectors to aid in the development and management of this foundation. The members are:

Mrs. Emma J. Bryant:Retired Officer for Tennessee the Department of Children’s Service (30 years). Ms. Veronica Hayes :Officer of Summit County Juvenile Court (Ms. Hayes represented abused and neglected children.) Doctor Kimberly Bryant-Holman:Doctor and Pharmacy owner of The Hatchie Pharmacy in Bolivar, Tennessee. Attorney Sheila W. Chavis :Attorney Chavis is actively involved in numerous community activities including the North Carolina Association of Trial Attorneys-Young Lawyers Exec-Board Member, Workers' Compensation Section Member, NCCU Law Alumni Board Member, and she is a licensed foster parent with Wake County Social Services.

Thelma R. Green:MEd., LPCI, SWA, CPSSIV, VRII.Ms. Green's professional background, skills, education, and work experience in the following areas: Child Protective Services- Investigations, Family Based In-homeServices, Assessment of abuse in the following areas, Physical, Emotional, Sexual and Physical Neglect, and Domestic Violence Counselor.

Janice Howard: Received her BS degree in Elementary education grades k-6 from Methodist College in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She received her certification from Fayetteville State University. She has a Master in Elementary Education in reading from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix Arizona. She is presently working on her Education Specialist in School Counseling degree at Argosy University in Sarasota Florida. She holds a certificate from the state of North Carolina for k-6 grades to teach and is certified to teach in the state of Georgia for grades k-8. Ms. Howard has achieved highly qualified status with both North Carolina and Georgia School systems.

Mrs. Angelia D. Howell(Managing Director for Academica Georgia) she co-founded Ivy Preparatory AcademyIncorporated, a college preparatory charter school for girls. Angelia serves as the Director of Business & Operations for Ivy Prep, which has grown from one school to three schools in the four short years of its existence. Currently Ivy Prep serves 6th - 9th grade students at the Norcross campus and K-12th grade boys & girls at the Dekalb campus. Ivy Prep has grown from 160 students in the first year to 1000 students in the 4th year.

Senior Society and Outreach Services are our principle services, and consists of 7 senior centers in 3 states (Georgia, Tennessee, and Ohio). These services provide outreach support to residents of senior centers in the forms of donated items, in house programs, and staff support.The first service developed by The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation, Inc. was KCCOF’s Senior Society and Outreach Services and was introduced in 2007.

(KCCOF) has developed the resources to design, develop, and implement online classes, seminars, and training sessions with the click of the mouse. KCCOF’s Board of Directors has authorized development of business, organization seminars, and training sessions to aid those organizations who need assistance and don't know where to turn nor have the funds to pay for the help. Our online classes will provide insight into many areas to include business startup, incorporation, setting up meetings, recordkeeping, and many other related topics of interest. We have a staff of business professionals who will offer their skills and knowledge acquired over 20 years in various fields of education and business.

KCCOF Community Outreach and Resource Center The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation, Inc. is currently in the developmental stage of operating its own Community Outreach and Resource Center. The vision is to locate this center in the Augusta area. The demographics for this location are base upon the community needs in the Augusta area and the strategic alliances that the foundation has with other community groups in the Augusta area.The board of directors for the Kenneth Campfield Community Outreach Foundation has a vision that having its own outreach center will help to provide the much needed services that many of the residents of the Augusta area are in need of.

The board has developed a 5 year plan to operate an outreach center that would house the foundation's top 5 programs:• Identity Theft Awareness Program• Senior Society Programs• Youth Services Programs• Heath Care Awareness Programs• Community Awareness and Public Safety Programs

This center will be open to the public and will also be used as a resource center for other community action groups to network. This center will play a key role in addressing the community needs that are being faced daily. The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation (KCCOF) is governed by leaders with strong ties to our communities. We will act as a community catalyst, bringing diverse voices and groups together to address local issues, and fostering greater giving and volunteering in our communities. It is our vision to build endowments to ensure services will be there to support the community forever and to educate communities to become self supporting. We will work closely with profit and nonprofit groups to foster the development of new organizations and programs which will support high-impact opportunities and assistance as community needs change. KCCOF Board of Directors that has over 100 years of combined community service experience and dedication. We are very proud of the honors, accolades, and awards we have received from state, local, and federal governments. We are committed to doing what we can to put people and services together and our dedication to fostering our own programs. The management of its own center will give KCCOF the outlet to use the skilled professionals who bring valuable knowledge, experience, and resources from both the public and private sectors to aid in the development and management of this foundation. The efforts and expertise of each director and staff member will ensure the efficiency of the foundation’s Mission to help those who need help. The professional execution of the charitable interests of the founders, the Executive Advisory Board, and the empowerment of other communities groups will provide the much needed help to ensure the mission of the center will never fail.

Facility Layout It is the vision of The Kenneth Campfield Outreach Foundation to obtain a center to be used to support its outreach services. The need for this center has been explained in this business plan. Our vision for the facility layout is as described:

• A facility with a common area that would accommodate 150 people. This area would be used for senior’s activities and projects (3 times a week). This area will also be used to setup classes for job training and employment research (2 times a week).• It is our vision to hold mentoring and after school tutoring sessions 3 times a week in the evening. We would open this area up to teachers, counselors, and other educational professionals to hold after school workshops.• It is our vision to use this common area of the center to hold healthcare workshops and healthcare screening.• This area would also be used to hold community awareness workshops which would include, drug awareness sessions, crime prevention workshops, Identity Theft workshops, community safety workshops, etc.• It is our vision to have a room that could house 6 computer workstations that could be used to do online employment research, computer training, etc.• It is our vision that this facility will have space for 2 offices, executive offices, and an administrative office. Our vision is of a facility with these minimum requirements managed by our staff could and would make a difference in the lives of the residents of the community. This facility would be a place where real people could find real help. We would use this facility as a center where other groups and community based organizations could promote and foster their own community programs and project. It would be a place where a few could serve so many.
