Great news the Judge granted our motion Exempting our self from paying the customary 400.00 filing fee. In his order he refused to admit that he was granting my motion to proceed without paying filing fees lol, but I' know the Judge really loves me!.So now our 1st civil action is on the record! YEA!!!! and the Marshals will be serving the summonses. Man we been waiting almost 10 yrs. for this day. I wonder if the Marshals would allow me to go along with them to serve summonses. Wish I' could see the look on the dirty cops faces. All of the misconduct listed in our civil action was already filed in Federal District in Kansas and was ignored!
