However, for appreciation of the candidates the formula adopted in calculating the meritof sports category of the above candidates is in pursuance of Hon'ble Division Bench of J&Kjudgement dated 10-02-2011 titled Alishah Kour Vis State and Ors. in LPA No. 44/2010worked out as under:-

Issuance of this Notification has become necessary in view of some typographical errorhaving crept in earlier Notification. However, marks awarded by State Sports Council vide theircommunication NO.SC/4911PGMI7511 dated 15-02-2017 have been ref1ected~PfQp:@ ;!:.tlyandno change has been made in the marks awarded to the candidates by the S 't£~ports Co ~4Cd.
