LESSON LEARNED

Always believe people are the most important asset, and capital comes second.

It is not necessary to find the “best” talent but the talent that best fits your company.

Find and groom the talent inside your company rather than keep searching for talent from outside. The best talent is home-groomed people who fit our company culture. It always takes at least three years before people become fully immersed into our company culture

Believe in the potential of talent. There is no “smartest” talent. With the right environment and system, anyone can be groomed.
