In 2016 there will be four sires to choose from at Arctic Tack Stud. By leading National Hunt influence Monsun, Arcadio has done
extremely well from limited numbers in his first
crop and is certainly one to stay on the right side of. Arcadio was joined by his paternal half brother Aizavoski for the 2013 season, whose first foals arrived in 2014 and realised up to €17,500 at the sales. Le Fou is the established member of the group, a brother to two top-class sires in Montjeu and Gold Well, he is a prolific sire of winners in France where he initially stood and has been well supported since his arrival to Ireland. The last of the quartet is Jet Away, a Gr.3 winning son of Cape Cross (IRE) in Australia, who joined the stallion ranks in 2015.

CONDUIT (IRE) POA
Tullyraine House Stud has successfully bred National Hunt horses in Co. Down for over 30 years and will stand
Conduit for 2016. Tullyraine has a history of standing stallions with classic middle-distance form and have stood successful stallions such as Insan and Winged Love in the past. An American Champion Racehorse and twice European Champion Racehorse, Conduit’s race record is outstanding, though possibly his victory on soft ground in the St. Leger may be the best indicator for future National Hunt
success. He is exceptionally well-balanced in both conformation and movement. He is a straight mover with textbook-perfect limbs. He is the very model of a modern National Hunt racehorse.

Yeomanstown and Morristown Lattin Studs, Naas, Co. Kildare, are set in 600 acres of lush Kildare pasture land on the
banks of the River Liffey. The well maintained and sheltered paddocks are bordered by mature fields and hedges. Gay O’Callaghan has established a tradition of purchasing fast, precocious racehorses who have gone on to make successful sires. The stallion division opened as a public stud in 1989, and its flagship stallion was Common Grounds, one of Europe’s most prolific sires of two-year-olds. Yeomanstown
Stud now has a crop of exciting stallions made up of Gutaifan, Dark Angel, and Camacho, all of whom were top class two-year-olds and should continue to sire top class, fast and precocious stock that have the looks to match. New for 2016 is record-breaking two-year-old Gutaifan pictured above winning Prix Robert Papin.
