Regarding the specialized controls in 2009
According to the previous decisions of working group there is established a list of priorities in market surveillance activity performed in CIS, and in this respect for each year (or half a year) from this list it is chosen one group of products and in the same time performed control in each countries.
The results are generalized, and the results with some proposals are presented at the next meeting of working group.
For this year for the specialized control was chosen the group of products “electrical tools for renovation and construction”.

The ways of collaboration of Market surveillance authorities
The collaboration of Market surveillance authorities in CIS is on the systematical basis. In The Interstate Council has been created a working group of representatives of Market surveillance authorities of CIS.
During the last session in Chisinau It was discussed the amendment to the document ПМГ 32-2006 The ways of collaboration of Market surveillance authorities, regarding the exchange information system on the dangerous products revealed on the market

The implementation of the risk assessment into
the Market surveillance practice
As a result of discussion it was mentioned and emphasised the crucial role of the risk assessment in the choice of market surveillance procedures and in the scope of:
achieving of a high level proving of reasons of control avoiding of excess of controls avoiding of the overlap in the control activity
It was decided to focus in the future the activity of working group on the elaboration of common documents for CIS (guide or recommendations) regarding the methods and ways of using of the risk assessment in the market surveillance activity

Follow-up to the WP.6 UNECE annual session in November 2008, chapter Market surveillance
As it was provided by p.71 of eighteenth session (on 3 and 4 November 2008 Report of the WP.6, the Market Surveillance Model Initiative was included in the agenda of the meeting of the Group.
In the opinion of the participants of meeting the model procedure would be a good support as a guide in the Market surveillance activity.
It was decided to collect the proposals of market surveillance authorities regarding the structure and content of the procedure, applicable in CIS.The proposals will be generalized by Ministry of Economy and Trade of Republic of Moldova and they will be discussed at next 14th meeting of working group.It was underlined the opportunity of participation of the representatives of CIS market surveillance authorities in in the WP.6 activity

New EU Legislative Framework and the future implementation into the national legislation (Regulation 765/2008/EC - requirements for market surveillance relating to the marketing of products)
It was recommended to the national market surveillance authorities to transpose into national legislation the EU regulation 765/2008/EC as much as it is possible, in order to achieve the same principles and the same approach in the market surveillance activity.
In this respect it was underlined the necessity of a good understanding of EU regulation and it was suggested to organize trainings for policy makers

Conclusions
The goal of CIS working group is the same as of the MARS group- to find through communication and exchange of experience the best solutions
