900VMB VERTICAL STEEL BLASTER A VERTICAL STEEL BLASTER, WORKING WIDTH 890 MM The Blastrac 900VMB is a vertical steel blaster ideally suited large vertical steel blast cleaning jobs and applications. It is remote controlled for operator safety, comfort, and productivity. With its increased production width and greater productivity, the Blastrac 900VMB is ideal for medium and large sized jobs. It is equipped as standard with a certified endless winch system, cables of 25 meter long (cable lenght can be modified) and an integrated closed circuit cooling system inside the electrical box. The Blastrac 900VMB steel blast cleaning machine is ideally suited for: oil / storage / water tank shells, ship hulls and wind mill pipes. The 900VMB is dust free when connected to the appropriate Blastrac dust collection system. Blastrac has designed a full range of dust collectors, consumables and optional items which give the opportunity to process any specific application. This means that you are able to work dust free, creating a safe working environment. REMOTE CONTROLLED All the movements of both the rigging system and the 900VMB vertical blast cleaning machine are controlled from a mobile control station located on the ground floor. ENDLESS WINCH SYSTEM The 900VMB steel blaster is equipped as standard with a certified endless winch system and cables. It is possible to blast both by going up and down, increasing the productivity of the machine. STEEL ABRASIVES Depending on the material you want to remove and the profile you want to achieve, you can choose different types of abrasives. PERFECT TO PREPARE STEEL SURFACES The Blastrac 900VMB steel blaster is perfect to prepare vertical steel surfaces before the application of new coatings.
