****************************************************************** The INFORMAL DISCUSSION on Wed, 12 Dec 2007 at 11:00 am in the Library will be led byUta Grothkopf & Chris Erdmann (ESO, Garching) who will discuss: The ESO Telescope Bibliography We will be discussing the tools and techniques we use to collect data and build statistics for the telescope bibliography. To start, we will give an overview on the primary tool used to maintain the telescope bibliography, otherwise known as telbib. We will explain telbib's current capabilities along with recent developments to extend it's capabilities to provide more revealing and helpful statistics.
