SAFETY SIDES
Soft patient safety sides provide unobtrusive support to help prevent high risk falls patients rolling out of bed. Gently encourages central patient positioning for maximum pressure care.
CONCAVE LATERAL MATTRESS FORMERS
Maximises the contact surface of the mattress with the patient increasing pressure care. The modest curve is barely noticeable and does not impede primary patient care or general bedside nursing duties. Also facilitates central patient positioning, decreasing falls risks for restless and agitated patients.
ULTRA-SOFT PRESSURE CARE PAD
Provides additional localised pressure care to specific critical areas
Often selected for clients with bony prominences
Can be placed anywhere on mattress surface
PRESSURE CARE HEEL GRADIENT
Minimises pressure loading on critical heel areas
ICON OPTIONS – CORE
FULLY SEALED AND ENCLOSED COVER
Choose this option when infection control is critical. Specially designed one-way flow valves allow transmission of air to prevent ‘ballooning’. Often selected in Mental Health applications as this feature is tamper proof.
INTEGRATED MATTRESS CARRY HANDLES
Make mattress transportation within your facility easy with our integrated mattress carry-handles.
Made from robust durable webbing for maximum longevity
Reinforced so as not to place excessive stress on cover base
EXTREME FABRIC COATING
When you need ultimate durability from your mattress covers, select our Extreme Fabric Coating option. Ideal for use when infection control is a critical consideration as it allows for a wider range of harsh cleaning chemicals to be used for cover cleaning.
