CHAPTER 1-

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

HYPNOSIS

There have been many attempts to describe the phenomenonknow as hypnosis.

Through the centuries, there have been many individuals whohave used hypnosiseven though not calling it hypnosis. Witchdoctors have used itfor healing patientsas they use their mysterious dances and movements to lulltheir sick patients into atrance by flailing their hands and bodies about. Manyreligions use meditation which

like hypnosis, is in fact an altered state. Many religiousleaders have used thepowers of suggestion to create wonderful feelings in theirfollowers, or even havegone as far as creating mass hysteria. Plays, movies,television, all of which create atrance like altered stated. Why is this so. Because anything

that you are notconsciously aware of at any given time is from theunconscious mind. When youwatch TV, generally you are not aware of your surroundings.Someone may saysomething to you, and yet you may be so engrossed in theprogram that you don’teven hear them. This is what is called a deep trance

phenomena. Have you ever satyour keys down on the table, then went to get something,came back looked on thetable, but the keys weren’t there anymore. Or so you mayhave thought until you asksomeone where your keys are and they were on the table all

along. This is anotherexample of altered states. Or while driving, does your mindever drift, you drive for100 miles, then boom your at your destination and have noidea of how you gotthere? This is yet another example of how your alreadyrealizing how hypnosisoccurs everyday in everyone.

BRAIN WAVES

When we are fully awake and aware our brains are producingwaves which arerelatively rapid. These waves are known as beta waves. Thisis your conscious state.

When we sleep our brains are emitting brain waves. In thesleep state, there knownas delta waves. This is your unconscious state. These are veryslow brain wavesindicating slow brain activity. Just before falling asleep or justupon awakening,your brain waves are still slow but not as slow. During this

time, your brainproduces what are known as alpha waves. That is why mostpeople grab for thatmorning cup of java. Its a dreamy trance like state. Its asemi-conscious state wherethe conscious beta brain waves aren’t filtering out things. Thisalpha state is whatwe will be concentrating on as this is where all hypnotic

phenomena occurs. This isthe state where the conscious beta waves are out of the way,and suggestions can just slip right on into a persons mind.Brain waves, like radio waves are from about 88 to 108 in theMHZ (mega hertz) range. Your brainwaves are measured

much in the same way on the same frequency range.

DELTA (0.5 - 3.5 cycles per second) - very deep sleepwithout dreamingTHETA (3.5 - 7 cps) - the moment just prior to sleepALPHA (7 - 13 cps) - meditative, daydreamingBETA (14 - 30 cps) - wide awake and engaged in activity

CONSCIOUS MIND

The conscious mind is what you are using to read this book. Itis the part of themind that you make decisions with like what you will have forlunch. It is also thepart of the mind that houses the ego. What a person thinks

they are is in theconscious mind.

THE UNCONSCIOUS MIND

The unconscious mind is the part of the mind which isresponsible for what you are

not currently aware of. It stores your entire life, almost like avideo tape recorderwhich never stops. It records all feelings and emotions, visual,auditory, smells andtastes you have ever had in your entire life.Just stop for a moment and remember the smell of a turkeybaking in the oven. If it

helps stop reading and close your eyes for a minute while youdo this. Now, whathappened? If you remembered the scent of a turkey beingcooked, then you were just in that alpha state. Your conscious mind stopped for amoment and dove down

into the unconscious to search for a time where you smelled aturkey baking. Whenthat memory was recovered, it was brought to your consciousawareness and thereyou were. Possibly you remembered a Thanksgiving meal youhad with family.Perhaps you even remembered a Thanksgiving as a child.Either way, this is a fine

example how stimulus can cause memories to come back tothe consciousness.The unconscious mind dosen't discriminate between a dream,a realistic fantasy,or reality. This is why my method of Hypnotic Seduction is sopowerful as youwill soon discover.

PAVLOV’S DOGS

You may be wondering what dogs have to do with seducingwomen. Well beforeyou call me a sexist, I am not comparing women with dogs,but the importance of

the work of a Russian scientist named Ivan Pavlov. Pavlovstudied how dogs reactin the presence of food. He liked to count how many cc’s of saliva poured out of adog’s mouth when shown food. So he showed a dog food andout came saliva. Bigdeal you say. But there’s more. Pavlov then started to ring abell at the same time as

showing the dog his meal. Still counting the saliva. After afew times doing this,Pavlov just rung the bell without food. Guess what. The dogsstarted salivating as ifthe food was there. He rang the bell later with the sameresults. What does this

mean. Well it means that if it can be done with dogs, can thisbe done with humans.Well Pavlov found out yes indeed humans did the samething.

FRANZ ANTON MESMER

Credited as the founding father of modern hypnotism wasFranz Anton Mesmer.Mesmer lived in the 18th century. He ran a very fashionableclinic in Paris at thetime. He had clients with all sorts of nervous problems whichhe treated with histechnique he called “Animal Magnetism”. He believed thatmagnets could help get

the magnetic fluids in a persons body in proper order andeliminate mental illness inthe process. He would wave magnets all around a personsbody until she fell into asleep like state. Another woman went into convulsions afterMesmer pointed at her.Later Mesmer refined his work and stopped using the

magnets. He found that hecould produce the same results by simply passing his hands inthe same sweepingmotions as he did with the magnets. Mesmer used thesemotions along withpowerful suggestions to create these dramatic altered states inhis patients whichbecame known as Mesmerism. Sadly, Mesmer was forced to

stop practicing hiscraft as he was accused by the French government of seducingwomen as well asbeing a fraud. Well heck. If he was a fraud, why was he sogood at seducingwomen. He must have been on the right track.

SIGMUND FREUD

Sigmund Freud is known as the father of modern psychiatry.In Freud’s early days,he used the techniques of Mesmer’s which became known ashypnosis. Freud found

some success with hypnosis in treating nervous conditions.Freud was not a verygood hypnotist, so he starting to tell people to relive theirproblems over and overand over hoping that after reliving it enough, a person wouldfeel better. Well Idoubt that. Well ever since, psychiatry went in one directionand hypnosis went in

another.

MILTON ERICKSON

Milton Erickson was a medical doctor as well as a hypnotist.He is considered bymany to be the greatest hypnotist of this century. He was very

successful withtreating mentally ill patients. People would walk into hisoffice and Milton wouldstart to tell a story. Within a few moments, the person was in atotal hypnotic trance.No magnets, none of the famous media induced “Look Deeply Into My Eyes”.

Milton used stories, or metaphors to induce trance in peoplewho were notresponsive to traditional hypnosis techniques. He would saysomething like: “Youknow, Joe, a little baby knows how to relax completely in hismother’s arms.” or “a

tomato plant can feel really comfortable as it grows.” What isit that stands out inthe above sentences? The statements relax completely andfeel really comfortable.If Milton, or anybody told you to feel really comfortable orrelax completelydirectly, most often you would think that is too direct,wouldn’t you. But If Milton

were to tell you a story about a person who could becometotally relaxed now thenyou may become totally relaxed now and not even realize youwere just hypnotized,weren’t you? Hummmm. These sentence fragments areknown as embeddedcommands. When cleverly hidden within any “normal”

sounding conversation, theunconscious will pick up on them and act on them as if nothing was happening outof the normal. Im wondering if you are already beginning torealize how theseembedded commands can help you to seduce beautifulwomen.The thing to remember here is that when Milton used an

embedded command, hewould alter his voice tone downward, to mark out theembedded command so tospeak.

DON JUAN

Look at Don Juan. Why was he able to be so success full withwomen. Well the

answer is surprisingly simple. He was a great story teller. Hecould do with hiswords what a thousand men couldn’t do with their money,strength, or power puttogether. Don Juan was able to capture a woman’simagination. He washypnotically seductive. He would very elaborately describebeautiful and wondrous

fantasies with his seductive tone of voice, lulling women intoa trance andeffectively programming them for seduction. With his voiceand words used in sucha hypnotic way, women couldn’t resist his magnetic charm.Which is the secret ofthis course.

MY VACATION

Let me for a minute stop and tell you about a vacation I took recently. I took awonderful trip to a tropical paradise. I can remember howbeautiful it was there as I

become aware of the feeling of the warm breeze blowinggently across my body,and feeling the warmth of the sun penetrating my skin whichcaused me to feel veryrelaxed. I could hear the sound of the ocean gently flowing inand out as I watched

the seagulls gracefully sailing on the wind. There were peoplesailing on boatswhich I can remember seeing off in the distance. I can evenremember how good itfelt to have my feet in the warm sand. I can picture the mistdancing off the gentlewaves now, and can even now remember the wonderful smellof the salty sea air, all

of these things can cause me to feel very relaxed andcomfortable as I think aboutthem.

Now as you were reading that story about my vacation, Iknow you had manyimages come to your mind. Yet how much solid informationdid I give you. None. I

didn’t tell you where I went, nor when. I gave no specifics. Ibasically vividlydescribed my subjective experience. And as I did, you createdin your mind yourown subjective experience based totally on my words.Hummm. Did you begin tofeel like you were taking a bit of a vacation as you were

reading about my trip? Didyou notice any embedded commands. There were many. Tryand find as many asyou can. I’ll mention a couple. Hear the sound of the ocean ,remember how good itfelt ,imagine the feeling of the warm breeze,picture the mistdancing off the gentlewaves now.

SEDUCTION TECHNIQUES

Now, lets talk about putting this information to use. Letssuppose you have a datewith Mary.

You take Mary to a very quiet restaurant, with soft music inthe background. Theplace is dimly lit by candle light. Perhaps she is having a glassof wine. All of thesethings are causing Mary to go into the state where you wanther to be. The relaxedstate of alpha we discussed in the previous chapter. Providingthere are no

distractions around, you can begin your process of hypnoticseduction. You beginby looking at Mary with an intensity in your eyes. And tell herthat she has verydeep eyes. This will cause her to notice that your eyes aredeep, but she won’t tellyou that probably right away. Then you have her attention onyour eyes and as sheis focused on your eyes you begin saying :

“Mary, I know that there are some people who can look verydeeply intosomeone’s eyes..... and truly see something so deep....soprofound inside thisperson. And I feel that you are a person who can notice

certain details......like therhythm of your breathing .....and the beating of yourheart..........and as you noticethese things.....your mind can start to have fantasies aboutsomeone that cancause you to feel so totally comfortable.....now this is a veryspecial and magicalthing to begin to feel totally aroused .....and when a person

starts listingcarefully...and begin to notice certain wonderful things aboutthis person.....andas they do that.....one can start to notice a sense of growingattraction.......and Ifind that when that happens now..... it is very interesting how

people can becometotally fascinated .........with me....its like for mysteriousreasons...that when aperson can surrender.....and let go of all inhibitions....whenthey begin to realizethat they really want to be with this person.....almost as if destiny brought you tothis person.....at this place and at this special time.....and all

these things cancreate a feeling of connection........on a deep level...... withme.....these things cansometimes lead to an incredible sense of attraction.......andsometimes people canhave dreams of being with one special person....and not evenbe aware that they

have these intense feelings for this person......now withme....its like a feeling ofecstasy when you realize you have met someone who can fillthat space deepinside your mine.......and I think that you are the kind of person who can have verystrong feelings of attraction.....and even at night when youdream and

sleep.....with me its like all these sensations can begin tospread through out yourentire body.....causing you to feel an incredible passion.....awonderful feeling thatwords can not express......like a flood of wondrous feelingscoming from a place sodeep inside.....that thoughts of this person just starts to

penetrate your wholebeing........and something which can cause you to realize thatyou know that youwant something more..and you want it ..so passionately sodeeply....you may evenfind your self going inside and telling yourself....I want it

now.....with me that’show I see things.

That paragraph was written in trance language. Very vaguebut very descriptivehypnotic languaging designed to put a woman right into thestate where she willwant to go home with you and sleep with you and she won’t

even know that you’vehypnotized her at all. This is very, very powerful languagepatterns, so make sureyou really want the woman your out with because you will gether using this type ofhypnotic language. The thing to remember here is that anytime you tell a story tosomeone, they have to follow along by making images and

sounds and feelings intheir mind to understand you. If you tell a woman a storyabout an incredible sexualexperience you had, she will automatically recall one she had.If you tell the story ina very arousing tone of voice, she will start becoming veryexcited just like Pavlov’s

dogs getting excited when they heard the bell and begansalivating. And when youuse terms such as “a person can feel horny” a woman won’treject this statementor “Sometimes, Mary, a person becomes aroused instantly!”This is typical ofthe Ericksonian form of indirect hypnosis. It is also a form of conditioning with

language. You talk about something and the person has toexperience it becausewords are to humans what the bell was to Pavlov’s dogs.Stimuli.You may find many embedded commands in the precedingparagraph. Please look

for them and study them and soon you will be able to createyour own sentences andlanguage patterns for hypnotic seduction. And alwaysremember to set the stage forsuccess. Use subdued lighting, and always use a seductivetonality whileremembering to mark out the embedded.

STORIES

Using the same techniques as above, you can disguise yourembedded commandswithin stories to make them even less consciously noticeable.For example youcould tell Mary:

“I can remember a time when I was really in love withsomeone. It was the mostwonderful feeling in the world. I remember how close we feltwhen we weremaking love all night long. Have you ever began to feel sototally in love withsomeone that your heart jumps with excitement.”

Another example of a hypnotic story goes like this:“I was talking to a girl friend of mine who told me that shegets really horny whena man is kissing her stomach. Can you imagine how good shemust have felt now.She told me that she would have multiple orgasms when evera man just even

looked at her stomach because she started to picture how itwould be if this manwere to kiss her ever so softly on her stomach, and she toldme that all thesefantasies caused her to become really hot and verywet.....NOW!”

In the above to examples the hypnotic embedded commandshave been marked outfor you.

ANCHORS

Anchors are basically the same idea as the bells for Pavolv’sdogs. When the anchorof the bell was rung, the dogs began remembering the foodand started salivating.The baking turkey you remember smelling in the previouschapter was an anchor foryou to remember a Thanksgiving in the past.Anchors are very useful in seduction. For example if you have

gotten a woman intoa very horny and aroused state through the use of the hypnoticseduction, the bestthing to do to cause her to go back into that state easily is tocreate an anchor.Perhaps a bell could be useful here, but I think a touch on thehand or the kneewould be better. So if you have gotten Mary very hot and

bothered, then give her afirm touch on her right knee. The next time you see Mary andwant to get her horny,simply touch her firmly on her right knee and you havere-activated her “hornyanchor”Many other states can be anchored as well. Just use your

imagination. Mabe you aremaking love to Mary and she is at the height of ecstasy. Justsqueeze an earlobe.Then take Mary to the shopping mall and fire off the ear lobeanchor and watch asshe starts smiling and turning red because you know she is

having orgasms.

CHAPTER 3-

PSYCHIC SEDUCTION

PSYCHIC SEDUCTION

As mentioned in chapter 1, there are 3 brain wave states.Hypnosis

occurs in the alpha state. In addition, when a person is in thealphastate, they are more relaxed and calm, and imaginationabilities areincreased. To use my method of psychic seduction, you mustfirst becomefamiliar with this alpha state. In order to do this, you shouldpay

attention to the way your state changes as you are fallingasleep. Youwill notice as your brain waves slow from waking beta torelaxed alpha,you will start feeling that dreamy "day dream" state beforesleep. Asyou get more familiar with this state, try to catch yourself

before youfall asleep. This is where you will begin your psychicseduction work.

When in the reverie state of alpha, you should use yourimaginationskills to picture as vividly as possible the type of woman youdesire.

The physical characteristics as well as her personality.Visualize as clearlyas you can and make her as real as possible. Imagine yourself talking toher and her enjoying talking to you. Then proceed to vividlyimagine how

it will feel to touch her body. Put your hands on her body andexplore.Watch as she gets aroused. Then imagine you and her makingpassionatelove. See what you would see, feel what it will feel like, andhear herhow she would sound if it were really happening now. Nextbegin to

imagine a spiral of light surrounding the both of you as yousend thisrequest out to the universe. You ask the universe that you willmeetthis exact woman and will have that very same experiencewith her.Within a few days, you will begin to get urges and promptings

to go toplaces which you do not normally go to. There you will bepleasantlysurprised that you will find this exact woman and she willrespond to youwith all the warmth and passion you would expect from her.

TELEPATHY

With this method, you can create a connection with a womanand cause herto want to come and meet you without you saying anything.To do this,you first go into a mild trance state. Then you clearly imagineyou have

Personal Key Words are important when creating a personalletter. You can use a person's key words to influence them to do just about anything, and they won't even have a clue as to what

you are doing. They will just think you naturally reallyunderstand them. You can use this amazing process for any typeof personal letter. Let me give you an example of how thisworks. Let's say you are composing a letter in which you want toseduce a woman. Perhaps you have corresponded with herbefore. USE YOUR IMAGINATION AND CREATEWONDERFUL STATES INWOMEN USING THIS PATTERN.ANYTHING CAN CAUSE ANYTHING.

PRESUPPOSITIONS

In hypnosis, presuppositions are the linguistic equivalent toassumptions, yet theyare a bit different. If I were to ask you: How much have youenjoyed reading thismanual? There are two presuppositions in this question. Oneis that you are readingthis manual, and the other is that you have enjoyed it. I’massuming both things and

presupposing that both have occurred. Now if you were toapply this to seducing awoman you could say: I’m wondering how much fun we willhave when we go outtogether. The presuppositions in this statement are that wewill go out together andit will be fun. I’m wondering how excited you will be as you

find yourself thinkingof us being together in a special way after we have connectedon a deeper level.Damn. There are so many presuppositions in this one I will letyou figure it out.

INDUCTIONS AND THE HYPNOTIC

If you will remember from the earlier chapter on the work of Franz Anton Mesmer,you will recall how he used his hands to control and influencehis patients’ “animalmagnetism”. Now most modern hypnotists will not admit tousing these powerfultechniques that Mesmer used, however this is a closelyguarded secret in the worldof hypnosis. The process of hypnotizing a person involves a

When a baby elephant is born, it quickly learns to walk. Babyelephants have a tendency to wander off. Therefore, when thebaby elephant is very young, one of its' hind legs is tied to ametal pole anchored into the ground. The baby elephant triesand tries to pull its leg away from the rope keeping him fromwandering off. The baby elephant tries for many years,

however, by the time the elephant is full grown, it has learnedthat it can't wander off. or falling in love, you will elicit those feelings from the girlyou are seducing.
