*BRETHREN, THAT IS OUR LESSON. WHEN I TELL YOU THAT

ALL OF YOU ARE THE CHRISTS OF GOD, YOU DO NOT SEEM

TO BELIEVE ME.I have also told you that the Holy Spirit has

existed from the beginning of the world. It is only the Holy

Spirit who can do this work. Our Lord Jesus Christ is called

Jesus the Christ because the Spirit that dwells in him is God.

This is why He said, "I am in the Father and the Father is in

me." This Spirit is responsible for the mighty works whichwere wrought by Our Lord Jesus Christ.

*OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS KILLED IN THE

FLESH BUT NOW HE LIVES IN THE SPIRIT.

WHENEVER SOMEBODY SPEAKS TO YOU, KNOW

THAT IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT SPEAKS AND NOT

THE SPEAKER. ALL THOSE WHO ARE THE CHILDREN

OF GOD LISTEN TO THIS SPIRIT. GOD IS A SPIRIT

AND ALL THOSE WHO WORSHIP HIM MUST WORSHIP

HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.IT DOES NOT ONLY

END WITH YOUR HAVING THE HOLY SPIRIT, BUT

YOU HAVE TO ALSO LISTEN TO HIM AND ACT

ACCORDING TO HIS DIRECTIVES.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD THE CREATOR. HE IS THEKING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS AND THE LONG

EXPECTED COMFORTER WHOM YOU HAVE BEEN

WAITING FOR. HE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM IS SAFE, IN

THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, AMEN.

FIRST BIBLE LESSON 1ST CORINTHIANS 2:12

"Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the

spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are

freely given to us of God."

SECOND BIBLE LESSON: ROMANS 8:11

"But if the spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead

dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also

quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you."

GOLDEN TEXT: MATTHEW 3:16

"And Jesus, when he was baptized went straight out of the

water: and lo, the heavens opened unto him and He saw the

spirit of God descending like a dove and lightening upon

Him."

BRETHREN, THAT IS OUR LESSON. WHEN I TELL YOU THAT

ALL OF YOU ARE THE CHRISTS OF GOD, YOU DO NOT SEEM

TO BELIEVE ME.I have also told you that the Holy Spirit has

existed from the beginning of the world. It is only the Holy

Spirit who can do this work. Our Lord Jesus Christ is called

Jesus the Christ because the Spirit that dwells in him is God.

This is why He said, "I am in the Father and the Father is in

me." This Spirit is responsible for the mighty works which

were wrought by Our Lord Jesus Christ. Right from the time

the Holy Spirit entered into Him, He was fortified and

therefore He did not live according to the dictates of the

flesh. It was for this reason that the Spirit took Him into thedesert. He did not lead the Spirit into the desert, rather it was

the spirit which led Him into the desert.

You will observe how sickly some people become during the

Easter Pentecostal. When the Holy Spirit enters into you, it

disintegrates you completely, so that you have no appetite

for food throughout the whole month. Many people do not

realize that when the Holy Spirit enters into them that theybecome weak and unable to exert themselves. Out of

ignorance, they go to the hospital, take tablets and

injections, and for this reason they encounter problems.

Brethren, you should realize that you are the luckiest

generation. The Holy Spirit has descended upon you.WHO

AMONGST YOU BELIEVES THAT THE SPIRIT WHICH DWELT

IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME SPIRIT THATDWELLS IN ALL OF YOU TODAY? THE SPIRIT THAT GAVE

OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST THE POWER TO PREACH HAS NOW

DESCENDED UPON ALL OF YOU.

When you are asked to go, for you have been healed, and you

go and this statement comes to pass, it is the spirit which is

at work. Without the Holy Spirit this work would be

impossible. During the advent of Our Lord Jesus Christ, it wasHe alone who received this Holy Spirit in that generation.

This is why He said except a grain of corn falls to the ground

and dies it remains alone. When it dies it brings forth much

fruit. In those days John the Baptist baptized many people

but none of them received the Holy Spirit. From this you will

realize that to have the Holy Spirit is not a small thing. None

of the disciples of Our Lord Jesus received the Holy Spirit.

This is the Holy Spirit that Our Lord Jesus Christ obeyed. This

is why Christ said, "I can of my own self do nothing, as I hearI judge and my judgment is just; for I seek not my own will but

the will of him that sent me." Our Lord Jesus Christ did

nothing out of his own volition but acted as he was directed

by the Holy Spirit. Anyone who has this spirit no longer owns

himself and should no longer act according to his own will.

Your former body has been deadened. The body which you

possess today is a new body. The body which you possessnow is not the one that you had from your mother's womb.

THE BODY WHICH YOU HAVE NOW IS THE BODY OF OUR

LORD JESUS CHRIST. THAT IS WHY DRUGS AND

INJECTIONS HAVE NO EFFECT ON YOU. YOU CAN SEE FROM

OUR SECOND LESSON THAT WHEN THIS SPIRIT WHICH

RESTED ON OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST RESTS ON YOU, THE

FLESH WILL BE COMPLETELY SUBDUED. NO MATTER HOW

POWERFUL YOU ARE, WHEN THIS SPIRIT RESTS UPON YOU,

THE FLESH WILL DIE COMPLETELY.

Brethren, you have cause to rejoice and thank God

because you are the luckiest of all the generations. WE ARE

UNWORTHY TO HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT IN OUR MIDST

NEITHER DO WE HAVE A HEART OF APPRECIATION. YOU

CAN SEE HOW GREAT IS THE LOVE OF GOD THAT HE

SHOULD DESCEND TO DWELL IN OUR MIDST. BEFORE HECAME INTO THE WORLD HE WAS COMPLETELY FREE

OF SIN. WHEN HE CAME INTO THE WORLD, HE DID

NOT MARRY AND HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH SIN.

John testified about His glory. The reason that John

baptized with water and taught the people to fast is so that

the Holy Spirit would rest upon them.

If it were to because of our money or education none of

us would be qualified to be here. Brethren if this phenomenon

had taken place in America or London, they would rule the

whole world. THE SPIRIT WHICH CAUSED OUR LORD JESUS

CHRIST TO RESURRECT FROM THE DEAD IS THE SPIRIT

WHICH THE WHOLE WORLD PROFESSES TO KNOW BUT

STILL KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT HIM.THE SPIRIT WHICH

ENABLED OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST TO OVERCOME THEWHOLE WORLD IS THE SPIRIT PRESENT IN OUR MIDST. IT IS

WITH THIS SPIRIT THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST

COMMANDED HIS DISCIPLES TO GO AND HEAL THE SICK

AND RAISE THE DEAD AND WHEN THEY WENT THESE SIGNS

CAME TO PASS. WITH THIS SPIRIT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST

WAS ABLE TO OVERCOME ALL THOSE WHO CONSPIRED TO

DESTROY THE FATHER'S WORK.

This is the spirit which we seem not to know. It is just

like throwing precious jewels before pigs. The Europeans, in

their search for the spirit have gone naked, refused to marry

and even lived in the bush. You cannot equate the spirit with

any mundane things.

God is supreme and great. God had said that the covenant

He would make with us is not like the one He made with ourforefathers, in which he abandoned them when they went

astray. If the Holy Spirit has allowed us to go our own way we

would have strayed and perished.

GOD IS LOVE, GOODNESS, AND KINDNESS. THAT IS WHY HE

HAS COME TO THE BLACK RACE HAVING SEEN THAT THE

BLACKS ARE FILLED WITH EVIL AND WICKED ATTITUDES. IT

IS FOR THIS REASON THAT HE HAS MADE A NEW COVENANT

WITH US, AS OPPOSED TO THE FORMER ONE HE MADE WITHOUR FOREFATHERS. AT THE FULLNESS OF TIME,"I WILL

CALL THEM MY PEOPLE WHICH WERE NOT MY PEOPLE AND

HER MY BELOVED WHICH WAS NOT MY BELOVED."

I want you to realize that this work is not done by you or by

flesh and blood, but by the Holy Spirit. Many of you refer to

people as teachers, doctors, lawyers and give other people

glory that they can heal, raise the dead, compose songs.WHEN WE SAY THESE THINGS WE ARE BLASPHEMING.

THERE IS NOBODY WHO CAN COMPOSE SONGS APART

FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT. When you refer to someone as a

good visioner, there is no visioner except the Holy Spirit. You

give glory to human beings by referring to a particular person

as a good charm remover. No one can extract charms except

the Holy Spirit. You say that man is generous. No one has

generosity apart from the Holy Spirit. You say that person is

powerful. No one is powerful except the Holy Spirit. You say a

person is very intelligent or knowledgeable. I am telling you

that no one has wisdom. We should refrain from giving vain

glory to ourselves and to other people. INSTEAD WE SHOULD

GIVE ALL GLORY AND HONOR TO GOD, THE HOLY SPIRIT.HE

HAS NOT COME IN A SIMPLE WAY, BUT IN A WAY WHICH

BAFFLES WHOLE WORLD. HE HAS NOT COME AS A

STRANGER OR AS THE SON. HE HAS COME AS THE TRINITY

OF GOD THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT.

HE HAS NOT COME TO PLAY BUT TO REFORM THE WHOLE

WORLD. IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN RUN TO THE MOON, THE

DEPTHS OF THE SEAS, YOU WILL FIND HIM IN ALL THESE

PLACES. IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN PROJECT TO THE MOON.

WHEN YOU REACH THERE, YOU WILL FIND HIM THERE. THE

HOLY SPIRIT HAS CONSUMED THE PRIDE OF THE WORLD.

HE HAS SUBDUED THE MOST STUBBORN OF MEN.

JUST AS THE HOLY SPIRIT ENTERED INTO OUR LORD

JESUS CHRIST AND REBUILT HIM TO BE LIKE A STONE, SO

ALSO HAS HE REMOLDED EACH OF US LIKE A STONE. OUR

VILE BODIES ARE NOW BEING RAISED UP TO RESEMBLE THE

GLORIOUS BODY OF CHRIST.I am in sympathy with those

who go to hospitals for injections and those who go to

consult native doctors. There is no injection or medicationwhich has power over you. There is no gun or any destructive

weapon that has power over you. It is not you of yesterday

who is sitting down here. The old things have passed away.

Everything has now been made new. The world has testified

that no matter how wicked a person may be, if he comes to

Brotherhood of the Cross and Star even for one day, He is

bound to be reformed. People always ask why it is that when

a person comes to Brotherhood his behavior changes

completely. You have no answer to give. When you are asked

why it is that when no one can charm you or harm you when

you come to Brotherhood, you find no answer to give.

The majority of you have hope in the Holy Oil because you

feel that all the power is concentrated there. All the ordained

ones place their hopes on their girdles. That is why when

anything happens they send for their girdles. THESE PEOPLEHAVE DIVERTED THEIR ATTENTION FROM THE SOURCE OF

THE RIVER TO THE ITS TRIBUTARIES.

Brethren all the words you speak are nothing but spirit.

Your entire body is spirit. All the clothes you put on are spirit.

Even the food you buy and eat become spirit. All your

footsteps are spirit though you do not know this. When you

give someone a handshake that is spirit. It is for this reason

that you are warned not to utter any evil words because anyword spoken by Christ is power.

Brethren the spirit which dwells here is the source of

everything in this kingdom. It is the one that heals, preaches,

gives vision, renders songs and does everything in this new

kingdom. Therefore academic excellence or worldly wisdom

has no place here. Many people come here with the intention

of investigating Brotherhood to know the source of power.

I AM ASKING YOU, "WHAT DO YOU FIND IN

BROTHERHOOD?" MANY OF US SUSPECT THAT THE SOURCE

OF POWER IS IN THE VESTRY, BUT WHEN WE GO IN THERE

WE CANNOT SEE THIS POWER. SO WE BEGIN TO WONDER

WHETHER IT IS AT 26 MBUKPA STREET, CALABAR, NIGERIA.

WHEN WE DO NOT SEE IT THERE WE SUSPECT THAT IT

MIGHT BE FOUND IN THE BIAKPAN WATER. WHEN WE GO TOBIAKPAN AND FAIL TO FIND THIS POWER, WE ARE LEFT

WITH NOTHING .

Many people have been asking why the brethren in

Brotherhood are filled with the Holy Spirit but when they

backslide they become empty. And so people begin to

suspect that the Holy Father extracts the power from them.

This statement is not true. Our Lord Jesus Christ said anyonewho believes and is baptized shall be saved. Anyone not born

of water and the spirit cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

No matter how educated you are, or how much you have

studied, when the spirit does not dwell in you, you are

useless.

Anyone without the Holy Spirit is deaf and blind. This is the

reason why Our Lord Jesus Christ did not ask anyone who

they were, because the Holy Spirit in Him revealed everything

about everyone. (John 2:24-25)This spirit also enabled Him toread people's minds. (Matthew 9:4;Luke 5:22). IT IS THIS

SPIRIT WHO IS GOD AND HE ALONE IS ABLE TO REVEAL THE

LIKES AND DISLIKES OF GOD. WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT

YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT SIN IS AND YOU WILL NOT BE

ABLE TO DO ANYTHING GOOD AND YOU WILL NOT KNOW

GOD. IF YOU LACK THE HOLY SPIRIT, NO MATTER HOW

MANY TIMES YOU READ THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS TO

REVELATION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND

EVEN ONE VERSE. THE REASON IS THAT THE HOLY BIBLE IS

WRITTEN IN SPIRITUAL LANGUAGE. WHEN THE HOLY

SPIRIT RESTS UPON YOU, HE WILL REVEAL THE BIBLE

FROM GENESIS TO REVELATION TO YOU. WHEN THE SPIRIT

OF GOD ENTERS INTO YOU, NO ONE NEEDS TO DIRECT YOU

IN ANYTHING. YOU WILL BECOME AN EXPERT IN

EVERYTHING DONE IN BROTHERHOOD. THIS HOLY SPIRIT

WILL TEACH YOU EVERYTHING AND DIRECT YOU TO DO ALL

THAT IS NECESSARY FOR YOU.

Brethren we are so fortunate to have been given this Spirit

free of charge because we did not go to the mountain to pray

or go on pilgrimage to Jerusalem in order to have this spirit.

We did not suffer or labor for it, but it has been given to us

free of charge. The people of old sought for this spirit to an

extent they went naked, but they did not receive it. This is

what makes people to believe that God no longer exists. This

is why they decided to help themselves and establish secret

societies and other cults.

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE LOVE OF GOD, THE WISDOM OF

GOD, AND EVERYTHING PERTAINING TO GOD. ONCE YOU

HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT YOU ARE GIVEN THE POWER AND

THE KNOWLEDGE TO UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING ABOUT

GOD. AT THIS TIME WE ARE LAYING EMPHASIS ON LOVEAND YOU CANNOT HAVE LOVE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE

HOLY SPIRIT SINCE THE HOLY SPIRIT IS LOVE.Man is just

like a doll. He has eyes but he cannot see. He has legs but he

cannot walk. Man is like a grave. On the outside it is well

adorned but when you open it, the inside is filled with bones.

WE HAVE TO GIVE GLORY TO THE HOLY SPIRIT BECAUSE HE

HAS NO BEGINNING AND HE HAS NO END. We are

unrighteous and unholy. We are not worthy to receive the

Holy Spirit.

The spirit that dwells in the world and operates in all

churches is nothing but elementary spirits. Are you not

surprised to see members of the churches drumming,

clapping their hands, drinking, and committing terrible sins?

This is because they are directed by the spirit of the world.

WHEN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS ON EARTH, IN THE

FLESH, HE DID NOT CLAP HIS HANDS OR BEAT DRUMS OR

DO ANY OF THE THINGS WHICH THE CHURCHES ARE DOING.

OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST DID NOT READ THE SEVEN BOOKS

OF MOSES OR GO TO THE MOUNTAINS TO PRAY. HE WAS

SOLELY DIRECTED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT. NOW THIS SAME

HOLY SPIRIT HAS RESTED ON EVERYONE OF US AND HE

HAS MADE OUR HEARTS AND MINDS HIS DWELLING PLACE.

HE IS DWELLING IN US AND REMOVED ALL SINS FROM US

AND MADE US ONE WITH HIM. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE

BOLDNESS BEFORE MEN AND THE ANGELS.

THERE IS NO HUMAN BEING OR ANGEL WHO DOES NOT

BOW DOWN TO THE CHILDREN OF GOD.

It is not meant for you that you should understand

yourselves to the extent that I am revealing to you. It seems

to me that if you were to understand yourselves, you would

be so proud and pompous. This is why He does not want us tounderstand ourselves beyond this limit. It is for others to

know us. Read the First Lesson.

FIRST BIBLE LESSON: 1ST CORINTHIANS 2:12

"Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the

spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are

freely given to us of God."

Brethren, have you heard the text which has been read out

to you? When I refer to the Spirit and the flesh, I mean the

spirit which operates in the world, which is the elementary

spirit. THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS DIFFERENT. The spirit of the

world operates only here in this world. THE SPIRIT IN OUR

MIDST IS GOD ALMIGHTY WHO HAS DESCENDED TO

DWELL WITH US. IT IS SAID THAT WHEN THE WAR ISFIERCE, THE KING HIMSELF WILL GO AND FIGHT.

NOW HE HAS COME BY HIMSELF, WITHOUT SENDING

ANYONE. THIS IS THE REASON WHY HE HAS

REVEALED HIMSELF TO HIS CHILDREN.

If you go to the spiritual churches like Cherubim and

Seraphim, Mount Zion, those churches who profess to be

filled with the Holy Spirit, you will find them drinking,

smoking and snuffing. In short while you will see them falling

about and claiming to be moved by the Holy Spirit. They will

make meaningless sounds, attempting to speak in tongues.

All these things amount to total deceit because there is

nothing there. They burn incense, light candles, and sprinkle

perfumes. ALL THESE SHOW THAT THEY ARE BEING

DIRECTED AND LED BY ELEMENTARY SPIRITS. ***They are

directed to go to the riverside and offer sacrifices, go tomountain tops and they also draw circles. THESE ARE ALL

THE DIRECTIVES OF THE WORLDLY SPIRITS. THERE IS NO

OTHER CHURCH WHICH HAS THE HOLY SPIRIT EXCEPT

BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND STAR.

Brethren this is why people from Mount Zion, Apostolic

Church and secret societies come to you in a crafty way to

ascertain the source of this power. Today they are beingdeceived into believing that the power is concentrated in the

HOLY OIL. THE HOLY OIL COMES FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT. IT

IS ONLY THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO CAN REVEAL TO YOU THAT

IT IS NOT GOOD TO DRINK OR FORNICATE. ONCE YOU HAVE

THE HOLY SPIRIT YOU WILL SEE YOUR NAKEDNESS AND

REALIZE THAT YOU ARE NOTHING BEFORE GOD. NO

MATTER HOW HIGHLY EDUCATED YOU ARE OR HOW

WEALTHY YOU ARE, THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL EXPOSE YOUR

NAKEDNESS BEFORE GOD AND YOU WILL KNOW THAT YOU

ARE EMPTY.

It is not your preaching which changes people from

sinfulness to righteousness. IT ONLY THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO

CHANGES PEOPLE FROM SINFULNESS TO RIGHTEOUSNESS.

We are all advised not to imitate the people of the world who

profess to have the Holy Spirit but they are drinking, andcommitting sins. WE HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

AND PRACTICE HIS INJUNCTIONS AND ABIDE BY ALL THE

INSTRUCTIONS HE GIVES US.We must not do things

according to the worldly wisdom or according to our

independent volition. SOMEONE WHO GOES TO SCHOOL IS

ONE THING, BUT FOR YOU TO HAVE A TEACHER TO TEACH

YOU IS ANOTHER THING. IT IS MOST ESSENTIAL THAT YOU

LISTEN TO YOUR TEACHER AND PUT HIS INSTRUCTIONS

INTO PRACTICE. IF YOU HAVE A TEACHER AND YOU DO NOTLISTEN TO HIM, OR PAY ANY ATTENTION TO HIM, EVEN IF

YOU REMAIN IN THAT SCHOOL FOR TWENTY YEARS IT

MEANS NOTHING.

Many of you here do not listen to your teacher. This is what

causes your problems. THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS COME TO LEAD

YOU TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH. HE TEACHES YOU NOT

TO FORNICATE BUT YOU PAY DEAF EARS TO HIM AND YOUCONTINUE TO FORNICATE. HE TEACHES YOU THAT THERE

IF YOU HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT YOU BECOME TOTALLY

DEMOLISHED AND THIS VILE BODYHAS BECOME THE

GLORIOUS BODY OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. YOU DO ALL

THE SAME WORK AS OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST DID WHEN

THE HOLY SPIRIT RESTED UPON HIM. HE WAS LED INTO THE

DESERT TO BE TEMPTED FOR FORTY DAYS AND FORTY

Unfortunately for you, but fortunately for Our Lord

Jesus Christ, before He was led into the desert He had

already passed through the primary school, the secondary

school, and the post-secondary school, and so for Him to

graduate into the university was not difficult. In your owncase, you have never been to school but you wake up and find

yourself in the university. This is what is happening to all of

you. IT HAS PLEASED GOD TO USE THINGS DESPISED AND

REJECTED TO CONFOUND THE WISDOM OF THE MIGHTY.

THEREFORE GOD HAS USED US TO CONFOUND THE WISDOM

sick person and you say, "LET..," that person becomes well.

People wonder what type of power this is. A person can point

a gun at you but he would not be able to pull the trigger. Some

others send thunder to destroy you but thunder would not

come to you. In fact all their plans against you have always

met with failure. For this reason the people are confounded.

It has pleased the Father to do this for you even though you

do not realize that you are beyond human destruction.

If you enter into the house of a juju doctor, all his juju are

destroyed forever. Your problem is that since you feel that

you are sinful the power of the Holy Spirit is not dwelling in

you. I AM ASSURING YOU THAT THIS SAME SPIRIT WHICH

CAUSED OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST TO RESURRECT FROM

THE DEAD IS THE ONE DWELLING IN YOU. THIS SPIRIT HAS

ENTERED INTO YOU AND DEMOLISHED YOU SO THAT YOU

HAVE EQUAL POWER WITH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.(He

who believes in me, the works that I do same shall he do...and

greater works than this shall he do){JOHN 14:12}.

SOME OF YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY

BROTHERHOOD IN YOUR FAMILY. I ADVISE YOU NOT TOSPEAK IN THIS WAY. IF I WERE TO GIVE YOU THE POWER OF

THE SPOKEN WORD, THAT WHATEVER YOU SAY MUST

in Lagos and you are living in Calabar, if someone tells you

that he has paid the debt, if you go to Lagos you will be afraid

of your debtors arresting you.

In times past, you were afraid of your debtors arresting you

and in times past, you were riddled with fears, but it haspleased the Father to redeem you and give you the Holy Spirit

which has turned you into spirit. You do not realize that you

are no longer a human being but a spirit. THERE IS NO

VISIONER WHO CAN SEE THAT IT IS THE FATHER, THE SON

AND THE HOLY SPIRIT. THIS IS WHY I HAVE COME AS YOUR

LEADER TO KILL THE FLESH AND GIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT

DOMINION IN YOU. NONE OF YOU IS ANY LONGER IN THE

FLESH. IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO HAS TAKEN DOMINION

Today if you decide not to go to the Bethel, you will find

yourself the first person to be there because the flesh is dead

and it is the spirit which leads. The day you decide to remain

at home, you will find yourself going on ministry work to so

many places because you are no longer the owner of yourself.

There is none of you who knows how he comes into thiskingdom. You do not know where you are going and where

you are coming from. The spirit can go anywhere it likes and

the flesh has no power to question it. AS YOU BORE THE

IMAGE OF THE EARTHLY MAN, SO MUST YOU BEAR THE

Your Brethren in the world testify that you do not go into their

the going out and coming in. Now if you plan to kill the spirit,

engage in a business but unless this is sanctioned by the Holy

Spirit, you will not succeed. SINCE HE CONTROLS YOUR

WILL GIVE YOU A JOB. WHEN HE DOES NOT WANT YOU TO

WORK, HE WILL TAKE THE JOB FROM YOU.

BROTHERHOOD, IT ONLY MEANS THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT

APOSTOLIC, QUA IBOE, MOUNT ZION, OR EVEN IN PRISON.

OUR BRETHREN WHO ARE IN THE PRISONS ARE IN PRISON

ARE THERE TO PREACH THE GOSPEL AND TO LIBERATE

THOSE IN PRISONS.

Brethren we have no problems. There is no sickness for us

and there is no death for us. We are free because the flesh is

now dead, and the Spirit has taken His reign. Since God does

His things slowly He gave the flesh a breathing space. This is

why people feel that the Holy Spirit is no longer exists.

People have been asking when they shall go to heaven.

SECOND BIBLE LESSON: ROMANS 8:11

"But if the spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead

dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also

quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you."

I am asking you where are you now, are you not in heaven?

People are asking when they will be changed in the twinkle of

an eye. I am telling you that all of you have already been

changed. Read the Second lesson again. How many times do

you want God to change you? He is the fire that consumes

and the Spirit that gives life. Brethren, have you heard that?

The Spirit has demolished and rebuilt you. You are no longer

the same with the past. I have been observing the visioners. I

and witchcraft binding their hands and feet. They see how

mermaids are disturbing you. They only see how your entire

household has been sold to witchcraft so they advise you toabandon your household and live in the Bethel. ALL THOSE

VISIONS COME FROM THE ELEMENTARY SPIRITS. WHEN

THE HOLY SPIRIT RESTS UPON YOU, THE FLESH BECOMES

DEAD AND THE SPIRIT MAKES YOU TO RESURRECT AND

YOU BECOME SPIRIT. THE SAME SPIRIT THAT CAUSED OUR

LORD JESUS CHRIST TO RESURRECT HAS ALSO RAISED

YOU UP AND NOW RESTS UPON YOU. SINCE YOU HAVE DIED

ONCE AND RESURRECTED THERE IS NO MORE DEATH FOR

YOU. ETERNAL LIFE IS YOURS. LABOR AND WORK HARD

BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO LIVE FOREVER. NOW THAT YOU

HAVE MADE PLANS FOR YOUR DEATH, I AM ASSURING YOU

THAT THERE IS NO DEATH FOR YOU, WHETHER YOU

BELIEVE IT OR NOT. ETERNAL LIFE IS YOURS FOREVER. IF

THE SPIRIT WHICH CAUSED OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST TO

RESURRECT RESTS UPON YOU, IT MEANS YOU HAVE

OVERCOME DEATH.If He likes to send you to the depths of

the sea you will go. Perhaps the water kingdom is lacking in

workers. Therefore, you may be assigned to go and work

there. You can be sent to work in the sun, you may be sent to

work it the prison because they are all lacking in preachers

there.

You may go to offer prayers in the hospital. The staff may

ask you to return later. If it pleases the Father He may send

you there as a patient to work. The way and manner he will

assign you to duties will be unknown to you. You may ask

that since you pray for the sick and they are healed and the

Father has said that you will not be sick or die, how then will

you go to the Hospital? Ask whether you will not go? When

the Father wants to send you on that ministry work, you

would become sick and no prayer would cure you. No amount

of Holy Oil will heal you.

When you are asked if you will go to the Hospital or not you

reply that you do not go to the hospital, but you would be

forced to go. And though you may be a patient, you will find

yourself praying for the other patients, and also praying for

them. You may remain there for a month or two, as it pleases

the Father because you do not own yourself. When it is the

fullness of time, He would discharge you. When you witnessthis situation, do not blame anyone. If the Holy Spirit does not

want you to go to the Hospital, nobody can force you to go.

Refrain from asking why a person should do this or that. If I

were to go deeper into this mystery you would not

understand.

Prophet Ezekiel said, the bones shall rise again. If the bones

shall rise again, what can the Holy Spirit not do? IF I DID NOTKNOW HIM TO BE THE FATHER OF LOVE, AND MERCY, I

WOULD HAVE RUN AWAY FROM HIM. IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT

WHO DOES EVERYTHING.

All the instructions which you do not obey are written on

your palms. You have been driving about without meeting any

police check points. One day you decide to go the market.

You are stopped by the police and it is discovered that yourdocuments are not in order and they are incomplete. The

case then is taken to court. You begin to shout Olumba

Olumba Obu is before and behind me. When you are given a

fine to pay and you do not pay on time, you find yourself

facing imprisonment. You can curse the magistrate and

protect you. If He wants you to go and work in the prison, you

will get thrown into prison for the smallest offense. No matter

how you will call on the name of the Father, He will notredeem you because He wants you to go and work in the

prison. JUDAS ISCARIOT BETRAYED OUR LORD JESUS

CHRIST BECAUSE HE KNEW THAT THERE WAS NO POWER

THAT COULD CAUSE HIM TO BE ARRESTED. HE HAD

WITNESSED MANY INSTANCES IN WHICH PEOPLE TRIED TO

ARREST OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AND CHRIST

DISAPPEARED FROM THEM. JUDAS ISCARIOT'S OWN PLAN

WAS TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM THE HIGH PRIEST AND

DISAPPEAR. WHEN HIS HOPE TO TRICK THE HIGH PRIEST

FAILED HE THREW DOWN THE MONEY AND WENT AND

HANGED HIMSELF. THIS WAS SO BECAUSE JUDAS REALIZED

THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAD BEEN CONDEMNED TO

DEATH.

Remember what happened in the Cameroon: Dinka did not

know that he was destined to go on ministry work in the

prison in order to reveal the glory of God. When Dinka

received the document to practice as a lawyer, he did not

study the document to know whether it was forged or not. He

was not interested because he knew nothing could happen to

him. This was because the Father wanted to use this way to

reveal his own glory. When the forgery was discovered, they

were all arrested and imprisoned. The Holy Spirit owns all the

parts of your body. He alone owns your eyes, ears, nose,

brains, mind and conscience. Since the flesh is dead the

spirit has taken dominion.

BRETHREN, THIS IS WHY WE MUST HUMBLE OURSELVES

BEFORE THE LORD, BECAUSE HE CAN LEAD US ANYWHERE

WITHIN A SHORT TIME YOU WILL SEE MILLIONAIRES,

BILLIONAIRES, KINGS AND QUEENS, LORDS, AND HEAD OF

STATES ALL COMING BEFORE THE FATHER. WHERE IN THEWORLD HAVE YOU EVER SEEN MILLIONAIRES MINGLING

WITH PAUPERS? IN THE WORLD THERE IS SO MUCH CLASS

DISTINCTION. THE WEALTHY PEOPLE CANNOT MIX WITH

POOR ONES. IN THE WORLD THE MILLIONAIRES ARE

SUPREME BECAUSE EVERYONE LOOKS UP TO THEM.This is

why our Lord Jesus Christ said it is very difficult for a rich

man to enter into the kingdom of God. What does a rich man

want there? In this kingdom we do not have millionaires or

paupers. No one is ugly or beautiful. IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT

WHO IS ALL IN ALL.In the world people worship money.

Everybody wants to have money by all means. If you ask

some one to bring out some money, a quarrel can break out.

IN GOD'S KINGDOM WE DO NOT VALUE MONEY OR ANY

MUNDANE THING. SINCE THE FATHER DWELLS IN US, WE

ONLY GLORY IN THE GOOD VIRTUES SUCH AS LOVE, PEACE,

MEEKNESS, HUMILITY, LONGSUFFERING, PATIENCE ETC.

OUR DUTY IS TO RESEMBLE THE FATHER, EXACTLY.

Just as our Lord Jesus Christ called the Jews children of

vipers, so also in this new kingdom, we do not value

millionaires, lawyers, or any other people who are

worshipped in the world. This is why the world says that

Brotherhood does not count on positions. SINCE THE HOLY

SPIRIT DWELLS IN YOU YOU DESPISE ALL WORLDLY

THINGS.When you visit your family, they will show you their

storey buildings and other material possessions. They will try

to convince you to come and enjoy with them. While they are

trying to convince you, you begin to testify about God and

show absolutely no interest in their material acquisitions. By

the time you depart they begin to wonder what kind of person

you are. WHEN PEOPLE TESTIFY THAT THEIR WIVES HAVE

DELIVERED BABIES OR HAVE ACQUIRED MATERIAL GAINS,YOU ONLY PITY THEM AND ASK THE FATHER TO OPEN

THEIR EYES TO SEE THIS NEW KINGDOM AS YOU ARE

SEEING IT. ALL YOUR MIND WILL BE JUST LIKE THE

FATHER.

FLESH AND BLOOD CANNOT DO THIS WORK. UNLESS YOU

HAVE THE SAME SPIRIT AS OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, YOU

CANNOT SUCCEED IN THIS WORK, BECAUSE FLESH ANDBLOOD CANNOT ACCOMPLISH THIS ASSIGNMENT. THIS IS

WHY WE SHOULD NOT GIVE GLORY TO ANY HUMAN BEING

BUT TO GOD WHO OUT OF HIS LOVE HAS DESCENDED TO

Brethren, have you heard that? Many people ask why you

should be steadfast in Brotherhood. You have a wife,

children, money, and everything. When you hear such a

question you feel sympathy for the person asking such

question. This person is your junior and is not even educated,

but he asks you why you humble yourself so much in

Brotherhood. Your only reaction is to ask the Father to

forgive him because he knows what he is saying. The

greatest problem now facing you is to refrain completely from

material. Your other major problem is how convert the whole

world into Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. This is why you

wonder how you would convert your family so that they maynot perish. If a person in Lagos wants to see the Father you

are prepared to borrow the money to give him, so that he may

come. You plead day and night to remain with the Father,

though you are miserable sinners. Our anxiety to remain with

Father could be likened to a Father who when he wants to out

gives his children food so that they may not cry. Immediately

the Father leaves the house all the children abandon the food

and run after the Father. Even those who own buildings and

numerous cars, if they hear the Father is leaving this place,

they would abandon all their wealth and children to follow the

Father. I want you to show me anything in the whole world

that is greater than this kingdom. YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED

THE SPIRIT OF THIS WORLD, BUT THE SPIRIT OF GOD. NONE

OF US IS INTERESTED IN THE THINGS OF THIS WORLD

ANYMORE. ALL OUR MIND IS NOW FOCUSED ON HOW TO BE

WITH THE FATHER AND HOW TO REFRAIN FROM SIN. THIS IS

WHY YOU ATTRIBUTE EVERYTHING TO THE FATHER. IT IS

ONLY THE FATHER WHO HEALS, PRAYS, AND DOES

EVERYTHING. WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU

ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING ANYTHING, YOU TELL THEM

THAT IT IS NOT YOU BUT THE FATHER. FOR THIS REASON

THE WORLD MARVELS AND PEOPLE ASK YOU WHERE THIS

FATHER IS TO BE FOUND.

Your only desire is to make the whole world know the

Father, either through charity, gospels, songs, or

testimonies. In fact everything you do is in order to convince

the people to believe in the Father. When you see someone

instead go to convince him to believe in the Father. Those in

the civil service are there solely to convert the whole world

to the Father. You can now see that it is not flesh and bloodthat is doing the work but the Holy Spirit. Since the creation

of the world, there has never been one person who remains in

one place, praying, fasting and delivering the gospel from

morning until evening. In this place the people come and sit

down foolishly though there is no drink or any other worldly

thing to be found here. In the places where the worldly people

assemble, though they have drinks, beautiful women, food

and everything, they cannot remain in one place for more

than an hour without going out. The major work that the Holy

Spirit has done is to demolish you and remold you, by

removing all the pride and evils from you and taking absolute

dominion over you. THE VISION OF JOHN THE DIVINE HAS

MANIFESTED. AS IT SAYS THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD

HAVE BECOME THE KINGDOM OF JEHOVAH GOD AND HIS

CHRIST AND HE SHALL REIGN FOREVER AND EVER.

All your pride, craftiness, arrogance, and stubbornness, are

they still in you? You will be surprised to see handsome men,

beautiful women, educated people, highly placed person, all

congregating here. No matter how ugly you may be, or how

dirty or filthy or crooked you may be, once the Holy Spirit

enters into you, you are reformed and made handsome and

beautiful. No matter how foolish you are, once the Holy Spirit

enters into you, you become reformed and you become the

king of knowledge. NO MATTER HOW SINFUL YOU MAYBE,

WHEN THE HOLY SPIRIT DESCENDS INTO YOU, YOU

BECOME LIKE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. EVEN IF YOU ARE

SLAVE UNDER SOMEONE, IMMEDIATELY THE HOLY SPIRIT

not the God of Love, Peace, Mercy, Joy, etc., He would have

destroyed them all. THIS SPIRIT IS HERE TO CONVERT THE

WHOLE WORLD UNTO HIMSELF.THIS IS WHY IF YOU CURSE

A PERSON, THE FATHER WILL BLESS THAT PERSON AND

THE PERSON WILL TESTIFY HOW GOD, THE FATHER HASBLESSED HIM. THE SPIRIT DOES NOT KILL OR PUNISH. IT

People run away from Brotherhood because they want to

Rejoice because you and the entire world are saved. We haveto listen to Him, to His likes and dislikes. He is the head and

you only have to second the motion. He is the government in

not seek for anyone's opinion before doing His will. He goes

out quietly and does His work and comes back. He is not the

kind of spirit who begs people to follow Him and people make

excuses that they want to go and bury their fathers first. Our

Lord Jesus would look at them without doing anything.

And so brethren, I do not intend to be tedious with you. It is

said that a stroke of the cane is sufficient unto the wise man.

Brethren , that is the revelation of our lesson this

morning. In the past people thought that the Holy

Spirit was in Heaven. Many people regarded Him as a

thing of fable. At the moment we have seen from our

lesson what is meant by the working of the Holy

Spirit. When your mind is disturbed, the Spirit directs

you right ahead on what to do. The Spirit said to

Peter, "Have no doubt for I am the one sending you."Do you not know that the particular spirit working in

you is the urge that directs your affairs. What ever the

Holy Spirit directs you to do, do not doubt, act upon it.

OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS KILLED IN THE

FLESH BUT NOW HE LIVES IN THE SPIRIT.

WHENEVER SOMEBODY SPEAKS TO YOU, KNOWTHAT IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT SPEAKS AND NOT

It is not the shaking of the head alone that makes one

worship God. IT IS ONLY WHEN YOU BEHAVE

WHEN HE TELLS YOU TO SING, YOU SING; WHEN HE

The Spirit directed Him to go into the desert, it was

not because He liked it but He had to obey his call.

Our trouble is that we do not believe that the spirit

that lives in us is God who created heaven and earth.

That is why we do not have peace in our lives. HOW

CAN WE PLEASE GOD WHEN WE DO NOT LISTEN TO

HIM?He teaches you about the mysteries of the

kingdom but you do not listen to Him. That is why a

lot of people are unable to perform this work, for flesh

and blood cannot please God. If you live according to

the directives of the flesh you will surely die. Christ

did not please Himself but He listened to the Holy

Spirit. All the Apostles, James, Peter, John, to

mention a few did not please themselves but they

listened to the Holy Spirit. There are certain places

where you go to and the spirit urges you not to say a

word, and you have to obey Him. Always do

whatsoever the Holy Spirit wants you to do. There

may be a time when the Holy Spirit urges you to go on

ministry journey to up to five stations, you have toobey. What I am telling you, all of you are living

witness that the spirit comes to dwell in every one of

you so that you might be inheritors of His kingdom.

Our Lord Jesus Christ emphatically said that God is a

Spirit and they that worship Him must worship him in

spirit and in truth. But for those who professed to bechildren of God but indulge in fornication and adultery

and other vices, are led by the evil spirit. Therefore

brethren do not regard God as man, tree, Beelzebub.

He is nothing but the true spirit of God. Our Lord

Jesus did not say that God is a man or ghost but He

said that God is a spirit.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said, "Nevertheless, I tell you

the truth, it is expedient for you that I go away for if I

do not go away the comforter will not come unto you,

but if I depart, I will send him unto you." The question

now is has that Comforter come? Since that time he

has always been here but people did not believe in

Him. How can you claim to be the child of God when

you do not believe in the existence of the Holy Spirit?

All of us are the school children but we are not in a

carnal school. We are scholars of God by listening to

spirit only. THAT IS WHY WE MUST PRAY ALWAYS.

AFTER YOU HAVE PRAYED, SIT DOWN AND LISTEN

TO HIS VOICE. As we are scholars of God we do not

have to do anything by ourselves. We are His littlechildren. As children we cannot do anything by

ourselves except what the Father tells us to do.

Any disobedient child will not receive any good

thing from His Father. A lot of us suffer because we

disobey God. Many of us disobey the directives of the

Holy Spirit and as a result we suffer untold hardship,

praying for life and death and yet we cannot find anybecause we disobey the Holy Spirit.

There are many things we have to do for Him and

there are also many things He wishes to teach us as

Our Lord Jesus Christ bore witness about Him. Read

your Bibles from Genesis to Revelation as much as

you like but if you are not led by the Holy Spirit, it

avails you nothing. This is because it was written

through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit it is the Holy

Spirit alone who can give accurate interpretation.

THAT IS WHY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SAID THAT

IF A MAN IS NOT BORN OF WATER AND SPIRIT HE

CANNOT ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD. THERE

IS NO PERSON WHO KNOWS THE MIND OF GOD

EXCEPT THE HOLY SPIRIT.At times you may say I am

very worried, I do not know what is wrong with me,

why do you have a disturbed mind? It is because you

failed to listen to the Holy Spirit. We are not annoyed

when somebody offends us, neither are we annoyed

when we offend ourselves, but we are annoyedbecause we failed to listen the dictates of the Holy

Spirit.

Whether you have money or not, it is not your

problem. Whether you are healthy or sick, it does not

affect you. But whenever you failed to listen to the

directives of the Holy Spirit trouble comes in. Even if

you fill this Pentecostal Hall with money and otherprecious things and you are still unhappy know that

you have not listened to the Holy Spirit within you.

At times you asked yourselves, "I have acquired

wealth and all worldly pleasures, why am I still

unhappy?" Know from this that you have failed to

listen to and act according to the dictates of the Holy

Spirit. The peace that the world is fighting, struggling,

and spending money to get all hang on listening to the

Holy Spirit. IF YOU LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT YOU

WILL FIND THAT YOU FEEL VERY HAPPY, YOU ARE

CONTENT AND THAT YOU HAVE NO MORE WORRIES.

THIS IS THE REIGN OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THERE

IS NO OTHER FORCE IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH

THAT CAN OPPOSE OR CHALLENGE HIM. THE

FATHER DOES NOT REIGN, NEITHER THE SON,

EXCEPT THE HOLY SPIRIT.

f you want good health, listen to the Holy Spirit,

whatever He tells you, act accordingly and you will

have your desires met. Do not look for power from thesun, moon, secret societies, native doctors etc.

LISTEN TO THE SPIRIT AND HE WILL GIVE YOU THE

ULTIMATE POWER.

If you want to acquire all the godly virtues: love,

strength, wisdom, act according to the instructions of

the Holy Spirit and you will get them all.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said, "if you love me you will

keep my commandments and I will pray the Father

and He shall send you another Comforter who will

abide with you forever, even the Spirit of Truth whom

the world cannot receive because it seeth him not

neither knoweth, but ye know him for he dwelleth

with you and he shall dwell in you.

Is the Holy Spirit not living in your heart? Have you

not heard when he speaks to you? At times he tells

refuse you receive a heavy punishment. How can you

live in peace if you are not walking according to

directives of the Holy Spirit.

Sometimes you pray to God to give you the Holy

Spirit. He is here, He is all over your body. To get the

Holy Spirit does not require prayer, nor fasting

because He is here with you already. The trouble of

the world is that they do not believe in the existenceof the Holy Spirit. What brings calamity, hardship,

untold suffering to humanity is because the Holy

Spirit has come down to dwell with mankind but the

world does not believe in Him. *** IT IS NOT

NECESSARY TO GO TO THE RIVER BANK TO FAST

AND PRAY, CALLING ON THE NAME OF JESUS OR

ELIJAH IN ORDER TO GET THE HOLY SPIRIT. HE ISWITHIN YOU.***All you need to do is to listen to Him

and act according to his instructions.

Many people complain that they are not educated and

as such they cannot do the work of God. The work of

God does not require academic attainment. All you

have to do is to listen to the Holy Spirit. THERE IS

NOTHING ON EARTH THAT PLEASES GOD MORE

THAN FOR ONE TO LISTEN TO THE SPIRIT AND ACT

ACCORDING TO HIS INSTRUCTIONS.THAT IS WHY

WE SHOULD NOT BE NOISY, WE SHOULD NOT FIGHT

YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED. DO NOT

EMULATE OTHERS BUT LISTEN TO THE HOLY

SPIRIT. WHEN SOMEONE GIVES YOU ADVICE, DO

NOT RUSH AND GIVE IMMEDIATE REPLY, LISTEN TO

THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR AN IMMEDIATE ANSWER.

As the result of your disobedience to the dictates of

the Holy Spirit, you are now indulging in all vices. Any

time you come before me you confess the same sin

over and over again simply because you do not listen

to Holy Spirit. If you listen to the Holy Spirit within

you, you will be spotless of sin, and you will make nomistakes whatsoever.

IF YOU POSSESS THE WHOLE WORLD AND YOU DO

NOT LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT WHAT IS YOUR

GAIN? CONVERSELY, IF YOU WALK ACCORDING TO

THE DICTATES OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE

WHOLE WORLD IS AGAINST YOU KNOW THAT YOU

HAVE GAINED YOUR SALVATION.BUT I AM TELLING

YOU THAT THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO

PLEASE MAN OR THE WORLD. THIS IS SO BECAUSE

MAN IS NEVER CONTENT, HE IS EVER DEMANDING,

Ananias heard of how Saul persecuted the Church

and when the Holy Spirit urged him to go and offer

prayers for Saul he argued and said, "Lord I have

heard, by many, of this man how much evil he had

done to the Saints at Jerusalem and he had authority

from the high priest to bind all that call on thy name."

But the Lord said unto him, "Go thy way for he is a

chosen vessel unto me." Be careful when the HolySpirit directs you to deliver a vision or prophesy do

not add or subtract, give exactly as the spirit

instructs you.HE IS THE GOD OF LOVE, THE GOD OF

PEACE AND THE GOD OF FORGIVENESS, WHATEVER

DIFFICULTY OR PROBLEM CONFRONTS YOU, PUT IT

BEFORE HIM AND HE WILL SOLVE IT FOR YOU.

It is pitiful and blasphemous to hear how certain

people say that God will not come down from Heaven

to do a particular thing for you. If God does not come

down in person to do that particular thing for you who

else do you think will do such a thing for you?

Everything you see in the world and all the events

happening thereby it is God alone who is responsible.

Whatever God does not do, nobody else can do it. The

downfall of both the whites and the blacks is that

they do not listen to the Holy Spirit. Remember when

Peter drew his sword in defense of Our Lord Jesus

Christ and Christ rebuked Peter saying:" He who lives

by the sword shall perish by the sword. I have power

to pray and my Father would send legions of angels to

come and fight, but if I do so how would the glory of

my Father be manifested? Do you not remember when

king Hezekiah received a letter from the King of

Assyria that he was going to wage war with him. To

this end King Hezekiah took the letter and he placed

it on the alter of God telling God in his prayers that

such was direct challenge to him. While he waspraying in the alter, God sent a message to him

through Prophet Isaiah that the king of Assyria and

his subjects would never set their feet in his territory.

God sent one angel to the Assyrian camp and he

destroyed the Assyrian camp while the king himself

took refuge in Nineveh.

Now in your ignorance you claim that God will not

come down in person to save you from trouble; if he

will not come down who would save you, give you

peace, food, life and all the blessings you desire from

him.

HE REMAINS INVISIBLE. AT TIMES WE DO CERTAINTHINGS CLAIMING THAT GOD DOES NOT SEE US,

NOT KNOWING THAT WE ARE DECEIVING

OURSELVES.

Even where no human being had ever been, like in the

sun, God exists there. IT IS NOT THE BUILDING OF

MAGNIFICENT BUILDINGS FOR GOD, NOR GOINGALONG THE STREET SHOUTING JESUS! JESUS! IT IS

NEITHER GOING FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE

PREACHING JESUS THAT WOULD BRING US

SALVATION. * BUT SALVATION IS GAINED BY

LISTENING TO THE HOLY SPIRIT. IT IS WHEN WE SIT

DOWN QUIETLY AND LISTEN TO THE INSTRUCTIONS

OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND ACT UPON THEM AND

THEN WE GET THE DESIRED PEACE AND SALVATION.

The scripture says, "Today if you hear his voice

harden not your hearts." Today the Holy Spirit can

call upon you to go to the hospital to offer prayers for

Sometimes we do certain things unconsciously and if

we are asked to explain the reason for such actions

we cannot explain. Therefore let us surrender

ourselves entirely to the control of the Holy Spirit. Do

not think of what you will eat or what you will wear.

Do not say that people do not love you or that you are

an orphan or a widow or that you have no relations.

BRETHREN, DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT THE SPIRITTHAT DWELLS IN YOU IS YOUR MOTHER, FATHER,

AND ALL IN ALL FOR YOU.

Let us not doubt the existence of the Holy Spirit as

Thomas did. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT BELIEVE

THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS RESURRECTED

UNTIL HE SEES HIM WITH HIS NAKED EYES ANDPUTS HIS HANDS IN THE WOUNDS, BEFORE HE

WOULD BELIEVE. DID YOU NOT KNOW THAT GOD IS

A SPIRIT AND ALL THOSE WHO WORSHIP HIM MUST

DO SO IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH? THE DISCIPLES

TOLD THOMAS OF THE RESURRECTION OF OUR

LORD JESUS CHRIST BUT HE DID NOT BELIEVE

UNTIL OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST APPEARED UNTO

HIM AND TOLD HIM TO COME AND THRUST HIS

FINGER INTO HIS WOUNDS. OUR LORD JESUS

CHRIST REMARKED, "BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO

Abraham worshipped God in spirit and in truth. That

was what moved him to try to sacrifice his only son

Isaac to God. Why did Sarah push Ishmael, the son of

a slave woman, out of her house? It was the Holy

Spirit who instructed her.

When Abraham returned and was informed of the

incident he was infuriated but the spirit instructed

him not to be annoyed because it was the wish of thespirit that they should be expelled from the family,

rather Abraham should bless them.

BRETHREN AS YOU HAVE HEARD THIS SERMON IF

YOU LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU, AND

YOUR JOY WILL BE ETERNAL.Somebody may offend

you and immediately you are about to get annoyed, ifyou stop to listen to the still small voice of the Holy

Spirit within you, He will be telling you to love your

enemies. You will therefore not be annoyed any more.

WORRIED, JUST KNOCK YOUR HEAD ON THE

GROUND AND THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL CONSOLE YOU.

Brethren you have been in Brotherhood for so many

years say for twenty years or more and you have not

got what you wanted. This is because you do not walk

according to the directives of the Holy Spirit for ALL

THOSE WHO WALK ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTIVES

OF THE HOLY SPIRIT ARE GIVEN THE POWER TO BE

SONS OF GOD.

What will the Holy Spirit teach you? HE WILL TEACHYOU TO FORSAKE THE VICES OF YOUR FORMER

LIFE. FLESH AND BLOOD CANNOT PREACH THE

GOSPEL TO ANY PERSON EXCEPT THE HOLY SPIRIT

THE POWERFUL WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT:

He who does not walk according to the directives of

to die. For the flesh indulges in adultery,

lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance,

emulation, wrath, strife, sedition, heresies, envy,

spirit we will not do those things that we know do not

please the Holy Spirit, but we will only be doing things

that are pleasing to the Holy Spirit.

MANY PEOPLE SAY, "I WANT TO DO THE WORK OF

GOD, I WANT TO DO SPIRITUAL WORK." WHAT IS THE

WORK OF GOD AND WHAT IS SPIRITUAL WORK? THE

WORK OF GOD AND SPIRITUAL WORK DEPEND ON

HOW YOU OBEY THE HOLY SPIRIT WHICH IS WITHIN

YOU. IF YOU ARE DIRECTED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD

YOU CANNOT COMMIT ANY SIN.You keep requestingGod to give you wealth and other material things.

What is your gain if possess all these things and yet

you lose your soul in hell fire? Have you remembered

the story of the young rich man and how he built a

store filled with wealth and said to himself, my soul

come and rest and enjoy, but God said to him thou

fool, thy soul is demanded of thee. Then who shall

enjoy all these wealth he acquired? It is exactly like

the man who amassed all the wealth of this world but

does not listen to the spirit.

God is a master who sends someone on an errand and

goes before and behind him. When he sent Ananias to

Saul he also communicated to Saul that Ananias was

coming to him. Also when he sent Cornelius to Peter

he in turn informed Peter that Cornelius was coming

to him. Before the Holy Spirit directs you to go to a

particular place he had already communicated with

such a person before your arrival thus you experience

no difficulty. The Holy Spirit can move you to go

around this premises while you are sick. Know that

whenever you obey without complaining you will bewell. THERE IS NOTHING THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL

DIRECT YOU TO DO THAT WILL BRING SHAME AND

DISGRACE TO YOU. IF WE LOVE OURSELVES AND

OUR LIVES, LET US WALK ACCORDING TO THE

DIRECTIVES OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. HE WILL REVEAL

EVERYTHING IN HEAVEN TO YOU. IF YOU LISTEN TO

THE HOLY SPIRIT YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANYPROBLEMS NOR ENCOUNTER ANY STUMBLING

BLOCK IN YOUR LIFE, IN THIS WORLD.

The flesh and its desires fight against the spirit. The

spirit on the other hand wages war against the flesh.

(Galatians 5:17-18) Do you think the flesh will stand

the battle of the Holy Spirit?

When you hear of the War of Armageddon, it is the

battle of the spirit and the flesh. This is the reason

there is fighting everywhere. Right from this moment,

if you listen to the Holy Spirit you are living with God.

IT IS CLEAR THAT IT IS NOT A MAN, WHO

RECOMMENDS HIMSELF, WHO IS APPROVED BY HE

WHOM GOD RECOMMENDS.

This is the time to please our creator alone.IF YOU

DO NOT PLEASE THE HOLY SPIRIT IT MEANS YOU

ARE NOT HIS BELOVED CHILD AND YOU CANNOT

LIVE.Our first Bible Lesson stated that God is a spirit

and those who worship him must worship him in spirit

and in truth. The Second Bible Lesson advised us towalk in spirit because if we walk in the spirit we

would not please the flesh.

The children of this kingdom walk by the spirit and so

please do not do anything by your own volition, do not

beat your chest and say, "I am." THERE IS NO

REASON TO SEEK ADVICE FROM ANY BODY NORSHOULD WE ASK ANYBODY TO DIRECT US BECAUSE

WE HAVE GOD WHO IS PREPARED TO INSTRUCT,

TEACH, AND LEAD US TO THE WISDOM OF THE

TRUTH.

While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto

him, Behold, three men seek thee. Arise therefore,

and get thee down, and go with them, doubting

nothing: for I have sent them. Then Peter went down

to the men which were sent onto him from Cornelius;

and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the

cause wherefore ye are come?

Brethren, the lesson you have heard is impossible for

a carnal man to practice. THIS VERY TEXT CREATED

CONFUSION AMONG THE APOSTLES OF OLD

BECAUSE WHEN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS ON

EARTH IN HIS FIRST ADVENT, HE DID NOT DIRECT

HIS APOSTLES TO GO UNTO THE GENTILES.This is aproof that without the Holy Spirit the whole world

would be lost. After his death and resurrection, he

instructed his Apostles to go and look for the lost

sheep of the house of Israel, that, is the Israelites

only. When they went out on ministry work, they

inquired to know if any Israelite was at the location

they had arrived at, just as the churches who whenthey are on Evangelical work, inquire to know about

the whereabouts of only their church members. Note

that Cornelius was a Gentile who traditionally had

nothing in common with the Israelites. But the Holy

Spirit directed Peter, an Israelite, to go and preach

the gospel of God to him. UNTIL DOOMS DAY, THE

GOSPEL OF GOD COULD NOT HAVE BEEN PREACHED

TO THE GENTILES, BUT FOR THE INTERCESSION OF

THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Before this time Peter had a dream in which he saw

four footed animals and he was instructed to kill and

eat. He refused and replied the voice that instructed

him that he had never eaten anything unclean. When

Peter was disconnected from that revelation and was

contemplating on the manner of the revelation and

immediately there was a tap on his door, and it was

the servants sent by Cornelius. GOD IS LOVE, GOD OF

ALL VIRTUES. HE HAS COME TO DWELL WITH MAN IN

HUMAN FORM IN ORDER TO UNITE THE WHOLE

WORLD IN LOVE AND ONENESS.

If Peter had been asked, at gun point, to go to the

Gentiles, especially to Cornelius, he would never

have agreed to accept the assignment, for the simple

reason that Cornelius was a gentile. WHEN THE HOLY

SPIRIT ASKED PETER TO GO TO THE GENTILES,

PETER WENT BECAUSE HE BELIEVED IN THE HOLYSPIRIT.

FROM THIS ILLUSTRATION YOU WILL REALIZE THAT

THE HOLY SPIRIT DOES NOT SEND ONE TO PLACES

WHERE ONE LIKES, HE WILL SEND ONE TO PLACES

ONE HATES OR TO PLACES WHERE ONE THINKS

ONE'S LIFE MIGHT BE IN DANGER OF DESTRUCTION.

IF WE LISTEN TO THE DIRECTIVES OF THE HOLY

SPIRIT WE WILL BE ABLE TO OVERCOME ALL THE

VICES OF THIS WORLD. OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST

AND ALL THE APOSTLES WALKED IN SPIRIT. BUT

TODAY WE DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO THE

DIRECTIVES OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. THERE WAS A

PLACE PAUL WENT, AND HE WAS AFRAID, BUT THE

HOLY SPIRIT ASSURED HIM THAT HE WOULD NOTHAVE ANY PROBLEMS THERE. OUR LORD JESUS

CHRIST WENT TO JERUSALEM NOT BECAUSE HE

LIKED GOING THERE. PAUL ALSO WENT TO

JERUSALEM AFTER WHICH THE HOLY SPIRIT HAD

REVEALED TO HIM THE IMPENDING IMPRISONMENT

WHICH AWAITED HIM THERE. THE HOLY SPIRIT

DOES NOT HIDE ANYTHING FROM YOU BUT IF YOUEXERCISE FEAR, YOU ARE SURE TO MEET YOUR

DOOM.

Why do you tell people to come to Brotherhood in

order to have money, children, and work? Is that all?

Are you directed by the Spirit or flesh to make such

proclamation? Our Lord Jesus Christ said, "whoever

does not take his cross and come after me is not

worthy to be my disciple." He also said, "Whoever

does not hate his mother, father, husband, wife,

children and himself is not worthy to be my disciple."

Why then do you go about asking people to come to

Brotherhood for material things?

Whatever we do let us listen to the Holy Spirit and act

exactly as He directs. LET US NOT ADD OR

SUBTRACT.Many of you in the out stations undertake

your personal business after you have vowed to work

for God. Note that you are deceiving nobody but you

but yourself. In fact you are doing more harm than

good to yourself. The Holy Spirit is urging you to gothe hospital in order to offer prayers for the sick, visit

the prisoners and console them but you refuse.

Instead you remain in your bethels and you continue

to sleep.

When you listen to the Holy Spirit, you have no room

for gossiping and fornication. Our Lord Jesus Christsaid, "My father worketh, hitherto I work." The Holy

Spirit in our midst works around the clock but you

who profess to do the work of God remain a sleeping

dog in the different bethels. *** THE HOLY SPIRIT

DOES NOT APPROVE OF BETHELS. DON'T YOU SEE

HOW YOU JINGLE THE BELL FOR MORNING SERVICE

BUT YOU FIND NO BODY TO ATTEND. I TOLD YOU

EMPHATICALLY SINCE THE YEAR 1974 THAT THERE

IS NO QUESTION OF BETHELS IN THE WORK OF GOD

BUT INSTEAD YOU BUILD MAGNIFICENT BETHEL

AND YOU SAY, "THIS IS MY BETHEL."

REMEMBER THAT GOD HAD PROPHESIED IN THE

MOUTH OF THE PROPHETS: "HOWBEIT THE MOST

HIGH DWELLETH NOT IN TEMPLES MADE BY HANDS

AS SAID THE PROPHETS, HEAVEN IS MY THRONE

AND THE EARTH MY FOOTSTOOL, BUT WHAT HOUSE

WILL YE BUILD ME? SAID THE LORD, OR WHAT IS

THE PLACE OF MY REST? YE STIFFNECK AND

UNCIRCUMCISED IN HEART AND EARS, YE DO

ALWAYS RESIST THE HOLY GHOST AS YOURFATHERS DID, SO DO YE."

BUT NOW EVERY BETHEL EMBARKS ON A BUILDING

PROJECT.Therefore brethren, it is incumbent upon

every one of us to act according to the dictates of the

Holy Spirit for THE TRUE WORSHIPPERS OF GOD

WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.

I will not be tedious unto you. Those who have earslet them hear. May the Lord bless His Holy Word-
