“The Government cannot prevent you from being called by your own name. These are your names, attributes of God, or names of God; your names. You in the white man’s name now, and that is a wicked name, and don’t mean anything; its nuts! And the Bible here also teaches you, That their names, is not the name of God, and that their name will be removed from the planet Earth, (*a

few seconds are inaudible*)…As David says in his Psalms…he says, Destroy them Oh Lord, for they are not called by my name, this is true. But David says in his psalms, My name is written in

Heaven; I’m a citizen of heaven. I say to you, Elijah is a citizen of Heaven.”

As-Salaam-Alaikum,

I would first like to thank Allah, for my good brother, David Muhammad; Pbta. It was this brother, who Allah blessed to share with me, the “Declaration of Legal Name Change” document; and for whom I will forever be both thankful and inspired; for embodying some of the core teachings of the Messenger; “To want for his brother, what He wants for himself!” I love you black man! With that said, my hopes and intentions are to reciprocate, this shining example, set by my good brother David. Whereas, Allah has blessed me to put this informational PowerPoint together, in order to show any believer in the Messenger, the process in which I followed, to legally change my slave name (*AT NO COST!* PBTA), while at the same time, accepting my Righteous name of God! Furthermore, In my attempts' to detail the step by step process, which has worked for me, as well as others. I pray that Allah continues to guide me, to a clear and concise conclusion. I must make note, that each quote, which I have attributed to the Messenger, has been transcribed from the various audio lecture series/speeches, of the Messenger. I have exhausted every effort within my grasp, to verify word by word, syllable by syllable each and every word, that has been quoted! In addition, I have referenced for your review each audio quote, as well as, its location(For you to verify his words); and I challenge each and every believer, as well as myself, to become more astute in our daily studies! In closing, I would like to thank Master Fard Muhammad, for his inspiration and guidance on this subject, and The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, for his perfect example; and I pray that if even one letter is found in disarray, within this presentation, that Allah will forgives me; because he knows, that my heart has been pure in this endeavor. As a final point, I pray for the success of each and every Muslim, and I look forward to seeing and hearing the names of the righteous, both written and recorded, both here in the wilderness of North America, and the world! The Messenger Says… “Hurry, Hurry, get out of the Name of White people! Hurry, Hurry, and acclaim the Name of

Allah; your people!”

Step #1:

Fill in the “DECLARATION OF LEGAL NAME CHANGE” document **(Do not Sign your signature(s), until you are in the presence of a legal notary; which will be explained in more detail in Step #2),** with your correct information…i.e. (Name, state, birth date, county, etc.)

“But you can’t go back to your people, nor even in Africa, with the Whiteman’s name. Many of you say ‘I go to Africa,’ but when the “Check-Up Day” come, they will send you back; because, you must have a Muslim name,

Islamic peoples name, to see the hereafter…you can’t go with the Whiteman’s name; and Africa will tell you that. No! When that time comes for your separation, you must return to us, with the name of Allah. That ahh..we all have to go in his name; and ahh…the bible teaches us; and why should not we leap, and jump, to get out of the

name of a enemy…who chained up our fathers and mothers, and beat them with chains, after they got them over here. Why should we be happy? You don’t seem to be happy to get out of the devils name. Why you should been

Step #2:

After filling out this document with all your information; then have this form legally notarized, at your local bank(Which was free for me, because I have a account with them), or any other legal public notary, which offers this service at no cost to you.

“One thing I will warn you of, before I go from this platform; get you a name, come to me I will show you how to get it. A name that will live. You can’t see the hereafter with the white man’s name. Every

Blackman on the earth knows the white man’s name, from your name. Don’t wear that name. Don’t be called by that name. If you don’t know nothing, but just to tell the world, I’m the lord’s servant, but he has not given me his name yet. That’s better than giving you the white man’s name. Just tell them that

yes, I have a name; it’s in my God for certain. So what is that? Well you can call me God, call me Allah, call me Gabriel, call me anything but a white man’s name. We don’t want the name of the devil; the bible

Step #3:

Once you have notarized your “DECLARATION OF LEGAL NAME CHANGE” document, you must now take that notarized document as well as your current ID, current S.S. card, and go down to your local Social Security Office, and fill out Form SS-5 (*See Example, which I have referenced to the right*); in order to have your Social Security Card reflect your new Righteous Name*(Please note: That you must articulate to the SSA, that it is not your intent to change your current Social Security number, which has been attached to your slave name from birth ,nor to take on a Total new Identity. However, you only intend, that your current Social Security card and number, will now reflect your new Righteous name. Again, you don’t want a new Social Security number!)*

“Get you into your own Holy Nation’s name, and get out of the name of the devil. Stop calling yourself by his name. We will give you a name, my God(I)and myself; as he has taught me…is the We that I'm

referring too. I can give you a name, and it will be recognized all over the world; but I don’t want to try to make you think, that I'm God myself…but I can do that, and he will recognize that which I give to you,

because he have taught me.”

Step #4:

After successfully completing step #3, at you local SSA office. They(SSA) should print out and give to you a receipt/ letter (*See Example, which I have referenced to the right*), from their office; stating the new change.

ahh…I want to give you a better name; take Muhammad,}” he offered me Abdul Muhammad, but we had a hypocrite at that time, that was named Abdul. I said no, no, I said let me go with Elijah, and I take the

Muhammad. He looked at me and he frowned. He said’ {Why not you take that big name, Abdul Muhammad?} but I was so dumb, I didn’t understand. But I say to you my friends, I first was called Elijah Karim, and later he changed that Karim to Muhammad; and today I say to you and the world, that I love

that name!”

What Step #4, Should (InshAllah) Accomplish:

After successfully completing step #4, at you local SSA office. The Social Security Administration will mail out to you(typically within 2 weeks of application,) your New social security card, reflecting your New Righteous Muslim Name of God. **Please take note, that my social security number, from my old slave name, has remained the same, as it should have.** (*See Example, which I have referenced to the right.*)

you. You’re free to accept them, and if you just accept his name; you may not be too good of a Muslim or not…but anyway, you’ll be on the safe side. You cannot be…uhh separated, and taken back into your own

people, with the white man’s name, nor with his religion.”

This is accomplished by consistently using the new name in all aspects of your personal, social, and business life, to the point where it in fact becomes the name you are known by when dealing with others. This is legally valid and does not involve any costs (minors and prison inmates are generally exceptions to this rule).”

Step #5:

While waiting on your updated Social Security card to arrive, please take this time and opportunity, to began to change/update any, and all of your business, personal, and social entities; which are currently listed under your slave name(To now reflect your new Righteous Muslim Name of God) i.e..”FaceTube, YouBook, MyTweet, TwitterSpace [sic]..” Magazine subscriptions, utility bills, etc.. Although, most places will ask for you to wait until you receive your new updated S.S. card, and or your new I.D. card(Which will be addressed later in this presentation), before a name change can be made to your accounts; however, some places may allow you to update these changes, without further documents, via-online updates, telephone, and or letter writing requests. This Step is referred to, in the law as “Name Usage.”

Step #6: Once you have received your updated Social Security card; as well as, any other documents, which should have now been updated, to reflect your new righteous name of Allah. It is now time to put together the following forms/documents, in preparation for your Secretary of State visit; in order to apply for your new ID… Once there ask for, and fill out the License/ID renewal form, and fill in with your Righteous name, and other current required information. (*See Example, which I have referenced to the right.*) : Required Documents Needed: Document 1: Your Current Valid ID Card Document 2: Your New Updated S.S. card Document 3: Notarized Name Chg. Letter **Note: The first three documents, will be mandatory! The remaining documents/subscriptions, are only necessary if requested, i.e.…Updated Utility bills, Magazine Subscriptions, etc…(Covered in Step #5)**Remember, try not to get frustrated/discouraged, because this will not be an easy process; in fact, the road will be arduous at best; however, it is necessary just the same! So, Keep calm, be vigilant, and “Humble, yet Demanding”; because Allah and righteousness is on your side! PBTA**

You are free to go back into your own names; they only hinder you, if they know that you don’t understand that you are free today.”

What Step #6, Should (InshAllah) Accomplish:

After successfully completing step #6, at you local Secretary of State office. The Secretary of State will mail out to you(typically within 2 weeks of application,) your New Drivers License and/or State ID card, reflecting your New Righteous Muslim Name of God.

A Final Note:

After receiving your updated Identification card, from the Secretary of State, please complete any additional personal and business, Name Change updates i.e..(IRS, Utility Companies, Business Ventures, etc..); So that “The

World will know that I (Master Fard Muhammad) have visited you!”
