The Heart to Heart Deck Therapeutic and Meditative

The Heart to Heart deck can be used both for personal spiritual

development and for sharing amazing sessions with others. A Heart to

Heart reading will uncover an issue, empower, inspire, and end with

prayer or meditation. It is recommended that you allow the Heart to

Heart deck first to work in your own inner world as preparation for

sharing readings with others. Explore the cards, meditate on their

messages, open your heart to transformation.

THE WORD OF WISDOM (blue) – meditation and inspiration

Identify the Issue Identifying a significant inner need is the key to a meaningful

session. It is important to make an internal connection at a personal

level.

• The Truth – a desired state of wholeness

• The Breakthrough – aim for transformation and inner freedom

How to have a Heart to Heart reading

Identify the Issue

Spread out the Issue cards face down, and invite your client to take five

at random. Ask them to select one that they particularly connect with. If

it appears that none are relevant right now, replace and continue until a

meaningful card has been identified. Allow people time to think about the

cards' meanings. Explore the issues that the card raises. Sometimes a

raw nerve is exposed so your approach must be sensitive and gentle.

The Gift of Power cards. Ask people to select three or four cards

randomly and choose one they are attracted to. These cards have

empowering inspirational messages and are more general in nature, so

three or four are usually sufficient. Incorporate the symbolic message in

the prayer or meditation session

The Word of Wisdom cards are uplifting, inspirational quotations from

the Bible. Ask people to select three or four and choose one or more that

they connect with. Keep going until one jumps out! Use during the prayer

or meditation session.

Prayer and Meditation

The session ends by drawing together the messages of inspiration and

transformation from the cards. Create an atmosphere of intimacy and

sensitivity, and lovingly support those who need to find healing for

hurting areas of their lives.

Encourage people to give permission to the Light of God to reveal

anything that needs to be dealt with. Ask people to open their heart in a

trusting way and receive healing. Pain and negativity may surface.

Surrender it to God, to the Source. Believe that God can intervene in

supernatural ways.

There are suggested prayer and meditation examples for this part of the

reading, (pages 14–28), each one linking to a different Issue card. If you

are used to praying out loud you may prefer to be spontaneous and pray

as led from your heart.

Fear of failure and fear of success limit my progress.

Either I hold back timidly and hide my abilities or I strain to get noticed and

I am empowered to achieve all that is crucial for my life purpose and destiny.

BREAKTHROUGH

With confidence I advance knowing that ultimately I will achieve my destiny.

Success and failure are part of the journey and I learn from both.

INTIMIDATED

LIE

Intimidated and fearful of the disapproving, angry reactions and views of others.

TRUTH

I can CHOOSE! So I refuse to be threatened or intimidated.

BREAKTHROUGH

All sense of apprehension is gone. I will not adjust my behaviour to avoid anger or

disapproval from others!

RECOILING FROM REJECTION

LIE

Despair descends whenever I think I am being sidelined or overlooked. Jealousy and

resentment rises up within. Others seem more popular and successful than me.

TRUTH

I am secure, accepted. I do not need constant reassurance and approval.

BREAKTHROUGH

I do not misinterpret life through an imaginary lens of rejection.

I am secure, accepted, able to genuinely applaud the achievements of others.

CRINGING IN CONFLICT

LIE

I avoid conflict whenever I can because it makes me feel fearful, inadequate and

overwhelmed.

TRUTH

I am enabled confidently and with dignity to stand my ground in the face of

opposition.

BREAKTHROUGH

I am appropriately assertive and communicate authoritatively

CRUSHED BY CRITICISM

LIE

I dread appraisals, critical comments and negative feedback.

Lacking confidence I can be easily bruised or cower under a false sense of guilt.

I have robust self worth and can handle honest feedback, learning from it, but I

do not accept unfair blame.

I am an equal participant and respond assertively with honesty love and integrity.

DARK DREAMS

LIE

I am apprehensive about the supernatural and fearful of a mysterious spiritual

realm of unexplained forces and events. I’m superstitious!

TRUTH

I know that there is a God who is total goodness who will protect me when I call

for help.

BREAKTHROUGH

I am secure in the knowledge that I am loved and protected by the God who

created me.

TROUBLED BY TRAUMA

Repetitive and destructive thinking, often from historic trauma, grips me, and my

I need to dominate the debate.

The pain of the past pursues me and I feel helpless, trapped, disappointed and

MORTIFIED IN THE MIRROR

LIE

I constantly check my appearance, do I look fat, thin, pale, old, drained, drab or

ugly? How are my hair, make up, clothes? Others usually look better than me.

TRUTH

I choose to shift my focus and grasp the understanding that I am truly and

perfectly loved by God.

BREAKTHROUGH

I know that God values the inner person despite the ever–changing outer shell.

CONSTANTLY CRAVING

LIE

I need my fix of choice! I am gripped by desires for alcohol, drugs, cigarettes,

chocolate, sweet foods, sex, Facebook, TV, shopping, working out, gambling and

more.

TRUTH

I resist the fix that dominates and wastes so much of my time. I need to break

free. I am willing to ask Heaven for help.

BREAKTHROUGH

I can rise above compulsion and addiction. Inner freedom and peace can be found.

FAKING FRIENDSHIP

LIE

I live behind a mask. I have surface level, often digital connections with a wide

range of people, ensuring that I am never truly vulnerable.

TRUTH

Superficial relationships do not satisfy. I risk removing my defence mechanisms as

I desire to experience a new depth of relationship and true connection.

BREAKTHROUGH

My relationships are improving and becoming more meaningful.

LAUGH OUT LOUD!

LIE

I feel jaded, joyless, dry and dull! I rarely laugh, cry or play.

I lack passion and repress pain.

TRUTH

I throw off the inhibitions that confine me and rediscover my unique personality.

BREAKTHROUGH

I open myself again to a full emotional life, and especially to joy.

LIFT OFF THE LIMITS

LIE

I am plagued by negative expectations, it won't work out for me! My past

experiences tell me to expect the worst.

TRUTH

I challenge the victim mentality, and confront self pity and defeat.

BREAKTHROUGH

I am energised to achieve and overcome all self-imposed limitations and dismiss the

wrong beliefs that have held me back.

FINISHING WELL!

LIE

I lack motivation and determination when faced with obstacles. I find myself

wandering off, half-hearted and struggling to complete a task.

TRUTH

I will reposition myself to stay on track. Even when I face difficulties, become

discouraged or distracted, I will not procrastinate or delay.

I am motivated to finish what I started. I can overcome and complete any task!

GRIPPED BY A GRUDGE

LIE

I’ve been financially and emotionally betrayed! I now need to be self protective in

relationships because I might be taken advantage of again.

TRUTH

I choose to trust. Forgiveness brings freedom.

I will fight the grip of the grudge and journey into the light of love.

I offer generosity and undeserved forgiveness despite negative past experiences.

Some situations make me furious, and it is usually other people's fault! My anger is

The GIFT of POWER Cards

COMMUNICATION

You are given influence and authority through speaking words of Truth which are

incisive but not destructive. As you align with the spirit of God your words will

penetrate the deepest parts of the soul with transformative effect.

TRUST

Trust is given to overcome crippling doubt and anxiety. You are enabled to hold onto

faith and not despair. You will see goodness outmanoeuvre the power of darkness

and recognise Divine intervention at work.

KEYS

Privileged positioning! The key that unlocks the door is revealed. Authority and

responsibility is given only to those with a proven track record.

MOUNTAIN

What appears insurmountable is not! The power of God can overcome.

Encouragement to continue and persist despite all the apparent difficulty. Great

power and strength.

DEER

Deer are graceful, swift and can easily climb in treacherous places. You have a

spiritual longing and hunger for God and a gift of extra strength to traverse the

mountainous regions of your life. You will take great strides and your feet will not

slip.

FREEDOM

Freedom from restrictions either self imposed or environmental. Addictive

behaviours fall away. Entanglements and co-dependency are exposed. Healthy and

life giving relationships are restored.

RESURRECTION

Although there has been the death of a dream, new life and meaning will come.

The lifeless thing becomes vibrant. You are encouraged to keep going and not

despair when you cannot see hope.

Jesus miraculously returned to life after experiencing a cruel and violent death.

SHEEP

Guidance in the essential questions of life! In parts of your life you feel you are

wandering aimlessly. God will guide you and you will be led by the Shepherd, the

great Shepherd of your soul, Jesus.

VALLEY ENDURANCE

Wisdom is gained from the lessons of the valley. Divine help is available in times of

need. In times of trial, difficulty and pressure you will have a life-changing

revelation of God.

EDEN

Eden signifies a land of perfection, pleasantness and innocence designed by the

Creator God. You will return to the blueprint, God is restoring what was originally

intended.

LEARNING FROM LIFE

A time of learning that requires an attitude of flexibility and adaptability. God is in

control of the process of personal growth and development using real life events.

The need in this season is to become like clay in the hands of the Master Potter.

PROTECTION

In your most vulnerable and exposed places you will be protected and find shelter

from the storms of life. There is comfort and hope in shaky places.

REFRESHMENT

Rain drenches the dry and parched ground. Blockages are shifting. New life grows

up in desolate and barren places.

SPIRITUAL ARMOUR

Divine protection is available. Wearing the armour of God creates an impenetrable

force field, and opposition is ultimately defeated.

FROM THE ALTAR

Place your best gift on the altar where it will be treasured eternally. Honour the

kindness and whole-hearted generosity of the creator.

SEED AND HARVEST

Seeds carry great potential! Correct nutrients are essential. Wisely planted seeds

produce a future harvest. Invest generously (seed) to ensure a positive future

outcome (harvest).

INNOCENCE

Child-like innocence, an open heart, trust in the Good. Those who are receptive to

hearing Truth will find God.

REBIRTH

Spiritual rebirth, miraculous personal transformation is available. A heartfelt

prayer to Christ is the access point for inner revitalisation and spiritual detox.

COMMUNION

Connect at heart to heart level, experiencing the beauty of intense rapport.

Through a deep level of communion, you will find amazing solutions in God.

CROWN

The crown of honour for selfless dedication. Rewards for commitment,

perseverance, and hard work. God has seen your heart.

GUIDANCE

Trustworthy spiritual guidance is offered. Jesus sometimes called the Wonderful

Counsellor and Prince of Peace can be reliably consulted and will steer your life in

the right direction.

AT DAYBREAK

A more positive season is ahead, the breaking in of light, clarity, revelation and

greater understanding in your situation.

TRANSFORMATION

Transformation for those willing to release themselves from their small lives for the

sake of experiencing a greater life. You will be transformed if you let go

unconditionally.

THE ANCHOR

Despite changing circumstances there is stability. As you connect directly with God

you will anchor your life to a solid internal framework and create strong

foundations.

THE EAGLE

You are capable of soaring. You can be a powerful person with great potential in

spiritual matters. Eagles have keen eyesight and respond quickly. Their power can

be both protective and destructive. You need extra wisdom when soaring into

unknown heights.

THE JEWEL

You are of great worth and value. Do not allow yourself to be sidelined or even

abused by those who do not see or appreciate the jewel within you. God affirms

and treasures you. The special abilities and gifts that you have been given must be

used.

Wounds into Wisdom Meditations

Each one of the Issue cards has been linked to a Gift of

Power and a Word of Wisdom card. These are simply

suggestions - any combination of the Gift of Power and

Word of Wisdom cards can be used especially the actual

ones chosen in a session. Read aloud and ask your client to

repeat and affirm the words over their life, offer to

photograph / email the meditation for future reference.

ANXIOUS ACHIEVER

I release anxiety to the God who radiates peace. Both the

pressures of success and the dread of failure torment me so I

place worry, strain and tension on the altar. I exchange anxiety

I release persistent feelings of timidity to the infinitely

strong and loving God. I challenge fear and all its restrictive

constraints. Exaggerated suspicions and distorted perspectives

are exposed. I exchange intimidation for courage. I resolutely

face the giants in my life with faith, boldness and confidence. I

am transformed through the revelation that I am perfectly

safe and fully protected by the fearless One. I receive the gift of supernatural

PROTECTION

Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray . . . shape your worries into

prayers, letting God know your concerns.

RECOILING FROM REJECTION

I lift the scars of rejection to the Healer of wounded hearts.

I look to the Eternal One for unconditional love and healing. I

release the pain of abandonment and encounter the God who

cherishes me, even collecting my tears in a bottle. I discover a

love that is consistent, dependable and will never change. I

open my heart to the love of God and am reassured and

transformed. I receive a gift of power

THE JEWEL

I am of great worth and value. I will not allow myself to be sidelined

or abused by those who do not appreciate the jewel within. God

WORD OF WISDOM – STRENGTHENED

. . . those who trust in the Eternal One will regain their strength. They

will soar on wings as eagles. They will run, never winded, they will walk,

never tired never faint.

CRINGING IN CONFLICT

I release fear of conflict to the Warrior God, the Lion of

Judah who overcomes in every battle. I open my heart to the

wisdom and love of God and ask to be empowered in conflict. I

refuse to run and hide when challenged. I exchange feelings of

inadequacy for self esteem and confidence. I am strengthened

as I stand strong and firm in the face of opposition. I receive the gift of

SPIRITUAL ARMOUR

Divine protection is available. Wearing the armour of God creates an

impenetrable force field and opposition is ultimately defeated.

WORD OF WISDOM – DEEP WATERS

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass

through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through

the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

RAGE RIOTS

I reject destructive anger, knee-jerk displays of frustration

and temper tantrums, placing them on the altar. I exchange

unguarded responses for self control and peace. I seek insight

and understanding and receive pure love from the Eternal One

who cleanses me, penetrating into deep and hidden areas of my

soul. I am no longer overpowered by rage and enjoy full control

over all my reactions. I receive the gift of power

COMMUNICATION

I have influence and authority through speaking words of truth which

are incisive but not angry and destructive. As I align with the

Highest Authority, the spirit of Truth, my words will bring wisdom

and healing.

WORD OF WISDOM - PATIENCE

May God . . . help you to live in complete harmony with each other ...the

fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,

faithfulness.

FACING DOWN PHOBIA

I bring irrational, obsessive fear to the altar of peace. I turn

to the Lion of Judah whose victorious presence banishes

anguish and terror. I receive new wisdom and confidence as

Light is shed in dark places. I embrace the eternal promises of

the rainbow, grasping that the healer of my soul will never fail

me. Engulfed in love I experience total transformation. I receive the gift of

TRUST

Trust is given to overcome crippling doubt and anxiety. You are

enabled to hold onto faith and not despair. You will see goodness

outmanoeuvre the power of darkness and recognise Divine intervention

at work. WORD OF WISDOM – PEACE

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the

world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

IN SUBJECTION

I release myself from unhealthy relationship dynamics and

controlling soul ties. I acknowledge that the views of dominant

individuals seem to pressurise me, and I become subservient,

and needy of their approval. I ask the Perfect One for radical

courage. Antagonistic responses of significant others will not

overwhelm. I now reclaim my freedom, and am determined to

express the authentic 'me' so that I can follow my unique God

given destiny. I receive a gift of power

FREEDOM

I bring my desolation and loss to the altar. I am sad and

grieving but there is sweet communion despite my pain. I call on

the Comforter, the Healer of the broken-hearted. I meet the

One who gives the next breath. I am shown that he is in total

control, my steps are ordered and he sees the beginning and

the end of all things. I receive light and hope for dark days,

and strength in weakness. I receive the gift of power

RESURRECTION!

He reached down into my darkness to rescue me! He took me out of my

calamity and chaos and drew me to himself, taking me from the depths of

my despair!

DEEPLY NEEDY

I release feelings of inadequacy and call on the Alpha and

Omega, the lover of my soul, who securely anchors my life. I

surrender neediness and insecurity, choosing to trust the

promise that I will never be left alone and never abandoned. I

call on the One who walks with me from birth to death, the

self-sufficient, self-sustaining, self-creating One. I focus my

dependency on heaven's unending resources where every need

can be met. I receive the gift of power

TRANSFORMATION

Transformation for those willing to release themselves from their

small lives for the sake of experiencing a greater life. You will be

transformed if you let go unconditionally.

WORD OF WISDOM – RESURRECTION

You don’t have to wait for the End. I am, right now, Resurrection and Life.

The one who believes in me, even though he or she dies, will live. And

everyone who lives believing in me does not ultimately die at all. Do you

believe this?

DARK DREAMS

I commit the night times to the One who never sleeps, the

invisible One, the source of all creation. With relief I find that

darkness and light are just the same to You. In the night hours

my soul will know the protection of God. I attune my senses to

perceive truth and expect my dreams to contain godly

messages bringing enlightenment and peace. Disturbing,

distressing dreams and unexplained forces cannot terrify. I receive the gift of power

SPIRITUAL ARMOUR

RULE THE REBEL

I reject rebellious and confrontational attitudes that create

tensions in my relationships. I seek harmony and cooperation,

discarding manipulative and subversive agendas. My heavenly

advocate reveals the mystic wisdom of the ancient Way,

teaching me how to serve from my heart, and how to overlook

offences. I can then position myself alongside others, without

provoking or opposing them. I receive a gift of power

THE EAGLE

Like the eagle I am capable of soaring in the power of the Spirit, as

a person of potential. Eagles have keen eyesight and respond quickly.

Their power can be both protective and destructive. I am given extra

insight so that when I soar into unknown areas I respond skilfully

bringing wisdom and peace.

WORD OF WISDOM – REAL POWER

True wisdom and real power belong to God, from him we learn how to live,

and also what to live for. If he tears something down, it’s down for good;

if he locks people up, they’re locked up for good. Strength and success

belong to God.

ROOT OUT REGRET

I release confining and tormenting regrets that create limiting

structures in my life. I walk away from the what ifs . . . and if

onlys . . . that constantly plague my thoughts. I refuse to

repeatedly rehearse the past. I turn to Jesus of Nazareth who

generously extends the offer of a second chance and I choose

to pursue. I am determined to experience the holy new

beginning so freely given, and participate in vibrant life. I receive a gift of power

AT DAYBREAK

A more positive season is ahead, the breaking in of light, clarity,

revelation and greater understanding in your situation.

WORD OF WISDOM – FULFILLED LIFE

I came that they may have and enjoy life and have it in abundance.

CRUSHED BY CRITICISM

I bring oversensitivity to the altar. I acknowledge my tendency

to become easily bruised by negative feedback. I run to the

One who lovingly reassures and encourages. I will benefit from

constructive correction and resist feelings of despair and

failure. I am inspired by Jesus of Nazareth who was unjustly

condemned, but never deviated off course. I receive the gift of power

LEARNING FROM LIFE

A time of learning that requires an attitude of flexibility and

adaptability. God is in control of the process of personal growth and

development using real-life events. The need in this season is to

become like clay in the hands of the Master Potter.

WORD OF WISDOM – INTIMATELY KNOWN

You read my heart like an open book . . . That is just too wonderful, deep,

and incomprehensible! Your understanding of me brings me wonder and

strength.

TROUBLED BY TRAUMA

I come to the altar dishevelled and distressed by painful

memories. I continue to forgive those who have damaged me.

As I release the past I find that God is wiping away my tears. I

focus on all that is beautiful and pure. I am transformed by

the truth that God is Love. I understand that I was never

abandoned in that valley experience and I have a positive

future and a unique destiny ahead. I receive the gift of power

PROTECTION

In your most vulnerable and exposed places you will be protected and

find shelter from the storms of life. There is comfort and hope in

shaky places.

WORD OF WISDOM – RESCUED

. . . His love broke open the way and he brought me into a beautiful broad

place. He rescued me - because his delight is in me.

INDECISIVE

I bring procrastination and distraction to the altar. I release

the confusion and frozen emotions that cloud my ability to

make decisions. I look beyond my deliberations and ask for

guidance from the wonderful counsellor. I decide to become

like that sheep who follows the Great Shepherd. When I

glimpse his inspired wisdom, dynamic action and decision making

become easy. I receive a gift of power

A SHEEP!

Guidance in the essential questions of life! In parts of your life you

feel you are wandering aimlessly. God will guide you and you will be

led by the shepherd, the Great Shepherd of your soul, Jesus of

Nazareth.

WORD OF WISDOM – PURPOSE

I know what I am doing, I have it all planned out, plans to take care of

you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

ARDENT AND ARGUMENTATIVE

I release my need to win the debate. I recognise the pride

that rises up, demanding to be respected and heard. I

remember that God's nature is gentle and humble. I call on the

Man of Peace, the bridge over troubled water, the ultimate

reconciler, and ask for wisdom in dispute and patience in

conflict. I receive a gift of power

TRANSFORMATION Transformation for those willing to release themselves from their

small lives for the sake of experiencing a greater life. You will be

transformed if you let go unconditionally.

WORD OF WISDOM – PATIENCE

May God who gives this patience and encouragement help you to live in

complete harmony with each other.

THE TAINTED TONGUE

I bring poisoned words to the altar of mystic transformation,

both the words I have used and the words spoken against me.

I seek healing and renewal in the run-down and tattered places

of my life where gossip and backbiting have devastated. I turn

to the kindness of Jesus of Nazareth and ask for a cleansing

of my tongue. I recognise afresh its formidable power and

commit myself to its responsible use. I receive a gift of power

COMMUNICATION You are given influence and authority through speaking words of Truth

which are incisive but not destructive. As you align with the spirit of

God your words will penetrate the deepest parts of the soul with

transformative effect.

WORD OF WISDOM – DYNAMIC SPEECH

Sharing words of wisdom is satisfying to your inner being . . . your words

are so powerful that they will kill or give life.

MORTIFIED IN THE MIRROR

I release myself from the grip of image conscious obsession

and the tyranny of its increasing demands. I look to the altar

of unconditional love where I encounter the God whose

friendship is eternally constant. I refuse to be controlled by

media messages of glamour and glitz. Superficial symbols of

success are exposed as I draw deeply from the fountain of

life, learning from the Giver of great wisdom. I receive a gift of power

THE JEWEL

You are of great worth and value. Do not allow yourself to be

sidelined or even abused by those who do not see or appreciate the

jewel within. God affirms and treasures you. The special abilities

gifts that you have been given must be used.

WORD OF WISDOM – TRUE LIFE

Jesus: 'The one who loves himself and pampers his life will miss true life.

But the one who detaches his life from this world and abandons himself

to me will find true life and enjoy it forever!

CONSTANTLY CRAVING

I want to break free from my fix! I bring deep-rooted

dependencies to the altar. I am ready to admit that I need a

rehab programme from Heaven to overcome the compulsions

that have dominated my life. I reject all short–term comforts

which bring a long-term loss of inner strength and ruin self

esteem. I ask for miraculous transformation, and the breaking

of all chains of addiction. I receive a gift of power

REBIRTH

Spiritual rebirth, miraculous personal transformation is available. A

heartfelt prayer to Christ is the access point for inner revitalisation

and spiritual detox.

WORD OF WISDOM – RESCUED

He reached down into my darkness to rescue me! He took me out of my

calamity and chaos and drew me to himself, taking me from the depths of

my despair!

FAKING FRIENDSHIPS

I yearn for authentic relationships and meaningful connections

with people. I refuse to chase online virtual 'friends' and

invest in the superficial. I choose to remove the mask and

become transparent before the God who sees all and knows all.

In loneliness I collapse at the feet of Jesus, desperate to be

vulnerable and find acceptance. I receive a gift of power

COMMUNION

Connect at heart to heart level, experiencing the beauty of intense

rapport. Through a deep level of communion you will find amazing

solutions in God.

WORD OF WISDOM – INTIMATELY KNOWN

You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and understand my

every thought before it enters my mind, you are so intimately aware of

me.

LAUGH OUT LOUD

I release depression and discouragement at the altar. I refuse

to continue living a small life, hidden in the shadows. I am

determined to experience joy and fun again despite negative

circumstances. I look to the transformational power of God

who miraculously brings life from the dead and turns mountains

into valleys. Change is coming my way! I receive a gift of power

THE MOUNTAIN

What appears insurmountable is not! The power of God can overcome.

Encouragement to continue and persist despite all the apparent

difficulty. Great power and strength.

WORD OF WISDOM – HOPE

We are not giving up – how could we? Even though on the outside if often

looks like things are falling apart, on the inside God is making new life.

These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times.

LIFT OFF THE LIMITS

I challenge a self defeating and self sabotaging mindset. I will

not be restricted or held back. I recognise that Divine plans

test and stretch . . . but always work out the best. The Light of

the World illuminates my true path. I will not suppress my

dreams and visions but as I allow them to resurrect I expect

the miraculous . . . nothing is impossible with God! I receive a gift of power

THE EAGLE

You are capable of soaring. You can be a powerful person with great

potential in spiritual matters. Eagles have keen eyesight and respond

extra wisdom when soaring into unknown heights.

For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and

the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the

field shall clap their hands.

FINISHING WELL

I fully commit to the task before me. I am determined to

pursue to completion. I release the discouragement that brings

half-heartedness and the self doubt that undermines. At the

altar, I find the strength to continue to push through. I

dedicate my assignment to the life giving, loving Creator who

offers precious opportunities to serve, the all-seeing one who

rewards selfless sacrifice. I receive a gift of power

THE CROWN

The crown of honour for selfless dedication. Rewards for

commitment, perseverance, and hard work. God has seen your heart.

WORD OF WISDOM – STRENGTHENED

. . . those who trust in the Eternal One will regain their strength. They

will soar on wings as eagles. They will run, never winded, they will walk,

never tired never faint.

GRIPPED BY A GRUDGE

I really want to forgive but I find it so painful. It seems I have

become imprisoned in bitterness and self protection. At the

altar, I release the pain of betrayal, acknowledging that I too

need forgiveness. I turn to the unconditional compassion and

love of Jesus and ask for the strength to forgive others no

matter what took place. Please purify my inner being, unlock

the chains that choke love, and heal my battered heart. I receive a gift of power

TRANSFORMATION Transformation for those willing to release themselves from their

small lives for the sake of experiencing a greater life. You will be

transformed if you let go unconditionally.

WORD OF WISDOM – UNOFFENDED

A wise person demonstrates patience; for mercy means holding your

tongue. When you are insulted be quick to forgive and forget it, for you

are virtuous when you overlook an offence.

PASSIONATE PIONEER

My dreams and creative ideas have potential and I will not

listen to voices of discouragement and doubt. At the altar, I

receive fresh motivation. I am poised and prepared to act, to

progress and take risks. The God of all creativity is inspiring

me, guiding me, urging me to trust. I am excited at the new

possibilities I can see ahead. I expect expansion and

multiplication. I receive a gift of power

SEED AND HARVEST Seeds carry great potential. Correct nutrients are essential. Wisely planted seeds

produce a future harvest. Invest generously (seed) to ensure a positive future

outcome (harvest).

WORD OF WISDOM – FOCUS

So let’s keep focused on that goal, those of us who want everything God

has for us. If any of you have something else in mind, something less than

total commitment, God will clear your blurred vision – you’ll see it yet!

Now that we’re on the right track, let’s stay on it.

RUNNING FROM RISK

I reject a risk averse mentality that is anxious, hesitant,

resistant to change and always playing safe. At the altar of

transformation, I ask the Eternal One to align my attitudes

with the dynamic plans of Heaven. I receive God given

inspiration and a childlike ability to trust in the good. I am

empowered to positively embrace a season where the next step

is uncertain and life is likely to change. I receive a gift of power

INNOCENCE

Child-like innocence, an open heart, trust in the Good. Those who are

receptive to hearing Truth will find God.

WORD OF WISDOM – CHILDLIKE

Jesus: 'I want little children to come to me . . . for Heaven's kingdom

realm is composed of beloved ones like these! Listen to this truth: no one

will enter the reign of Heaven's kingdom unless he becomes like one of

these.'

Deeper Encounter

A deeper encounter with Jesus is available. Jesus

will always respond to anyone who calls out to him.

If you feel drawn to connect with Jesus pray out

loud or meditate on this Jesus prayer:

Jesus I ask for a revelation of who you are. I

really want to know if you are real. I wish to align

my heart with your unconditional love because I see

that your love is completely selfless and pure. I

place all darkness within me on the altar and I ask

for cleansing, forgiveness and transformation.

Please come into my heart and enable me to

experience a heart to heart connection with you.

Jesus please lead me and show me the right path

for my life. I look to your light and power. Jesus

thank you for showing me the way and being my holy

friend and Advocate.
